Compulsory to pay for membership and download their app to order songs. Limited song selection. App is also buggy and difficult to use. Other cash studio outlets are better.

Choosing songs requires you to download their application on your smartphone which often times lag or just don't work at all. Their song selection is also quite limited compared to other karaoke.

Some of the rooms have non working mics. Just ask for a new room. Keep in mind you need to be a member to book a room (memberships cost $2). Otherwise clean facilities and pretty good service.

This Cash Studio is more for their members so you need to sign up for a membership if you haven't done so. The staff was patient and nice. I was led to a room where there is a disco ball hanging from the ceiling and a standing microphone (the old kind where it can also bend). It is definitely a different feel as it felt more atas and exclusive. It is not that cheap but i think it would be perfect for some occasion/celebration. The sound system is good. I think like most karaoke, they implemented the system of controlling through the phone;the song selection, volume and etc. Aside from all these, the first drink is complimentary whereas you have to pay for the subsequent drinks. I enjoyed myself a lot!! Even though I brought in outside food, the staff didn't comment on it or disallow it.

polite staff but absurd music videos, wrong lyrics and a very laggy app which they force you to use. they also force you to sign up for some useless membership

Room is cozy. No alcoholic drinks in the menu. Family friendly. But can bring alcohol - chargeable with a cork fee.
