Terrible. Shockingly terrible and disappointing. I have been a long time member of Harry’s - always loved their burgers and pizza and the chill vibes and drinks. Have been to many of their branches all over our sunny island but was terribly disappointed with the staff and kitchen at the esplanade branch. The staff serving us was probably new and had no idea what the entertainer 1-1 promotion was about (that’s perfectly fine) however when the manager came by to assist him to answer our queries, he was outright rude in terms of his tone and questions. What is wrong with clarifying what items are eligible for the 1-1 promotion before ordering? Such service was just so unjustified. That’s not all - when the food arrived - my wife’s pasta was cold, and my pizza was not edible. The crust was hard and the pizza was such a let down!!! Ingredients were so little and the taste of the pizza was just so off!! Not to mention the place is infested with cockroaches- super dirty and poor upkeep of the place. Please buck up and work on the service and food quality of this branch!!! I will still visit other branches but for now would advise you to stay away from this esplanade outlet till they do a serious check on their staff service attitude and cleanliness!

For the price paid after discount through Eatigo app, we were pretty satisfied with the meal. We ordered their pork ribs and burgers. Burgers were not bad, nothing much to shout home about, but their pork ribs surprised me! Wasn’t expecting much but the meat was actually so tender, and it looked dry from the outside as there wasn’t much glaze on the outside but the meat was flavourful, and the taste of the rub/glaze was pretty on point. Quality in general was pretty good. Overall, I would go again with the discount!

I say all food are good. Prawn in aglio olio is well done. Jazz burger a bit overcooked for medium but still tasty. Rendang is tender. Service however..... We are arriving, 2 waiters loitering near bar not even acknowledged us to be seated.

Food was good and quality. Service level still has room to be improved. a good place for dinner after a jog at MBS area. Still worth to come back. as the restaurant location is right at the sea front.

Terrible service but they have good fish n chips and Kirin and it's near the Anexe Studio for concerts! The guy serving us was the only one there and was cleaning and made it very clear that he would prefer to be cleaning rather than serving us! Multiple times we had to ask him for drinks. Shame because they have Kirin on draughts and it's a cool place to hangout.

We always come here for dinner after our bicycle ride from East Coast. Using Eatigo app for its discount, we always order chicken satay, jazz burger and seafood pasta. The ambience here is quiet and relaxing. If sitting outdoors we can enjoy the gorgeous view of the Skyscrapers.

The service was great. Wife and I rode our foldie bikes there and asked for a seat near the door so that we could watch over our bikes and wouldn't affect other customers and they gladly gave us the table by the door. The carbonara I ordered tasted ok only..

Even if you are super hungry and want to eat something fast, please do not eat here. The quality of the food is absolutely terrible and it's still pricy. The burger tasted like old meat and the bun was way to dry. The pizza was also very blend. Look at the bottom of the pizza. It almost looks like it was a frozen pizza from the supermarket, but even supermarket pizzas taste better.

Popped into Harry's Bar for a couple of drinks and Nachos, welcoming by the male members of staff was at best cold and we should have left at that point. The place was pretty empty but we were given a 2 seater table close to the bar that everyone was walking past, so we asked if we could move to another table but was told it was reserved. Ordered drinks of the app and they were just plonked on the table with the wine in front of me and the pint in front of the wife! The Nachos arrived served by the young lady who did so with courtesy and a smile. Asked for the 2nd round that had been ordered and only the pint arrived and the waiter scurried away, had to get the attention of the other waiter to get the glass of wine. Probably the rudest staff I have experienced in a very long time! Will not be going back. And when we left the table we asked to sit at that was reserved was still empty !

We had beef steak. Service was good. Didn't have to wait long. The walk along esplanade was scenic. The restaurant opens into the outdoor space. But no view of the bay. Overall good experience. Will come back again.
