New mall, you would expect clean places and especially in this period of pandemic F&B would be extra careful and sanitise regularly. Unfortunately not the case at this cafe outlet of the popular chain Fun Toast. Absently ordered a coffee and found a table to sit down waiting for a friend. Then realised, tables everywhere were filled with leftovers the staffs failed to clear and clean. There 3 staffs that I can see, besides operating Cashier, makes coffee, bantering mostly. When they finally do clear the tables, all they do were bring away the utensils. No wipe cleaning, clean food debris or sanitisation of table surfaces. Flies can be seen everywhere. Coffee while aromatic, a tat bitter and honestly, lost all appetite for anything.

Terrible experiences at multiple occasions. Cashier missed out orders, rude to customers. Wasted a lot of time just to wait for some soft buns.

Ate ala carte chee cheong fun here. Standard was you can buy fr frozen foods and cook at home. Do not eat chee cheong fun here. Bt Batok branch Le Quest is better for chee cheong fun set but is closed year 2023.

Bad hygiene, found a fly in my drink. Teh is horrible. Quality here is bad.

Friendly service staff, who smiles at customers. Fast in serving drinks.

Ordered via Grabfood from this branch. Found some mould in my Fan Choy after a couple of mouths. This isn’t fit for consumption..

8am peak hour queue for kopi: But with this man GREETING EVERY CUSTOMER, including a quick dig at his regulars. The heat and crowd just disappear! No the speed of order collecting and payment is SWIFT and shd I say SEAMLESS. Ong , bless this man and keep him at this store forever! Thumbs up man. You are an inspiration to peasants like me packed like sardines gg to work earning a sad paycheck. Thank you brother for the kopi. It matters

Decent food & a variety of choices to select from. Right beside the MRT entrance / exit, & makes for a good place to meet up or wait for a friend. Easily spotted once you enter the mall through the MRT exit.

Horrible service. Staffs are very rude if not happy to take order don't open F&B.

Convenient for a quick breakfast, just next to the tunnel to the MRT. Who says plates have to be round or square? Charges an additional $1 to change from coffee to yuan yang...

Hideous amount of ice in the drink. Red cane leaf is forever unavailable. Probably the only outlet that permanently don’t have red cane leaf drink. Goes to show how dam lazy the staff are. If u don’t wan to sell this item, then remove it from your menu.

Worst experience ever! Staff made a wrong drink instead of apologizing the other staff was trying to snatch it as free drink and one drank it right in front of everyone.

Good food! Tasty. Drink is good. Value for monies if bundled with set.

Decent mee siam with shredded chicken. The chicken was very tough. Suspect that they were microwaved. Curry gravy was good but Chee cheong fun was hard and tasteless.

My Filipino friend said this laksa is better than the toastbox's.

Really super slow and no efficient at all...I queue at 8.30am and until 8.47am I still cnt place my order ( the queue was less than 8people)....please improve ur staff efficiency if ever wanna become coffee provider in a working area
