Alight at green MRT Bugis and walk into Bugis Junction. Head to level 1 and this is located near the entrance facing Liang Seah street, right opposite Butter Studio. Godiva offer a wide variety of luxurious chocolate or chocolate related products and even ice cream at affordable prices. You can be assured that with each chocolate you place on your tongue, there will be a burst of different flavors and indulgence with each piece of Godiva chocolate. Staff in this outlet is prompt with assisting with your inquiries. Appreciate the friendly service provided by the staff here. If you look carefully, there could be promotional items on sale and most of the time, they are snatched up real quick.

Spectacularly rude, appallingly smug service by a woman in black-rimmed glasses and a mask. I stopped by just before 1pm yesterday to try the ice cream. There were no other customers and I couldn't see anyone. "Hello?" I said. A woman appeared and offered no greeting, said nothing except "$9.50" when I (politely) ordered a dark chocolate ice cream. She made the cone and then instead of giving it to me where I stood, she held it out over the counter behind her, on the opposite side of the stall to me. Again, no other customers. "Can you give it to me here, please?" I said. Instead of bringing the ice cream back over to where she had just handed me my change, her body stiffened and she glared at me and said, "Pick up here", still holding the ice cream out over the counter on the other side. "Can you just bring it here please?" I asked again in exasperation. No she would not. I walked around the stall to collect the ice cream and told her what I thought of her behaviour and attitude. If there was some unfathomable reason that she couldn't hand a customer their super-expensive ice cream where they stood, she could maybe have apologised and offered a credible explanation. Crazy management policy? Health and safety? Is a smile or laugh is too much to ask for the universally pleasurable experience of getting ice cream? It wasn't so much having to walk around the empty stall as the unbelievably grumpy and arrogant attitude. Godiva a luxury brand? Not with trashy behaviour like that. Disgraceful. The ice cream was delicious.

As it’s just a counter concept at this location, they only have 2 tables for customers to sit and consume their drinks and ice-cream. Very decent quality soft serve ice-cream that has an intense chocolate flavor without being too sweet. Service staff are also generally quite prompt and friendly.

Awesome soft serve! This is kind of like a takeaway counter and only has 2 tables for sit downs. Service was very prompt and I tried their new soft serve which has dark chocolate and chocolate chips and chocolate shavings. The soft serve was really good and it did not melt as fast as most soft serves usually does which is good as I am not a very fast eater. The cone was very crispy and tastes fresh. Only downside was the table cleanliness. As the staff are inside behind the counter, they won’t realize that customers just left their leftover ice cream cups or tissues on the tables and are not as prompt to clean it up. I do think that there has to be some social responsibility of customers to just pick up the items and hand it to the staff to get them to assist to trash it as there isn’t any available public bin close by. Or maybe the shop can request for customers to pass the trash to them to throw so that the next customers can sit at a cleaner table.

Godivia Dark Chocolate Shake without whipped cream. Rich dark chocolaty milkshake with dark chocolate shaved. Adequate sweetness, nice bitter chocolate taste, very enjoyable. Limited seating area with good view to people watch while having a nice cold drink or soft serve.

Little shop, serves ice cream and shake. I found the ice cream better than the shake. On pricey side compared to the taste. It's an experience, especially on under the transparent yet sheltered sky, surrounded by fancy shops and classy dressed shopper's. Only 3 tables so make sure to grab one to complete the experience.

Godiva Chocolate Twist Soft Serve Thanks to inflation this ice cream cone now costs $9.50, if you haven’t tried it, better get it before it becomes a $10 ice cream cone. The dark chocolate was rich and not too sweet, the white chocolate balanced the flavours but couldn’t taste it much as the dark chocolate was too overpowering. The soft serve was creamy and smooth, nothing special about the cone. Worth a try just to say that you’ve tried Godiva’s soft serve, but not worth the hefty price for a small ice cream cone.

Awesome service by Nadiah! She was very patient with my queries and confusion. We were lucky to get a seat on the table, and Nadiah cleared the table as soon as the previous patrons left. Soft serve was as good as the weather was yesterday!

I really love the soft serve ice cream (tried for first time). Rich but not too sweet. Creamy taste. I will want to try it again!

Ordered the milk chocolate shake and vanilla white chocolate soft serve. Prices were a little on the high side but the quality and taste was definitely worth it. Only complain is that theres very little seats (2) and also that the seats arent cleaned regularly so there was chocolate on my seat so thats something to keep a look out on if youre planning to eat in.

such a disappointment, asked for a gift card and missed it… more than that only their cooler bags are available only for their ice cream? Would be great if they offered one for their chocolates. Not even able to buy the cooler bag and it was a gift for someone… It was such a bad experience and can’t believe I spend 100+ there 😀

Ordered a $9.50 hot chocolate and asked for no foam on top. I only got a pathetic half a cup in the end. First and last time for me.

$9 each. Dark choc ice cream was good - rich flavours and the dark choco taste was apparent. White choc with vanilla was lacking in flavour and richness. Skip the white choc vanilla and go straight for the dark one. Limited seating area.

I love Godiva chocolate, and the service is okay in here. No problem at all. I ordered a matcha with white choco, and I learned a lesson. Always ordered pure chocolate items when you are in godiva. I taste the matcha more than the choco itself, which I can get in any cafe. Nevertheless, there is no problem on the stall, but on the product (for me personally) which might be same in another godiva stall

Limited seating but nonetheless good place to indulge in good quality chocolate 🍫 👍🏻 They have increased the price from $7 to $9 for drinks / soft serve for some time.

One of the best ice cream I have ever had! The chocolate is rich in flavour. No inconsistency of the cream and flavour which delivers a satisfying fix for your chocolate craves. The dark chocolate sweetness isn't overloading and just carries a hint of bitterness! Very very satisfied!

Shi Hui at Bugis Junction was really helpful with all my enquiries, I’m very satisfied with her help with getting my valentines gift. She definitely should get a promotion or sth, she shows passion towards her job, she will do well anywhere

Good chocolate desserts! The soft serves are generally good. The dark chocolate is not too sweet, with quite a strong chocolate taste. The white chocolate one is milkier in taste. For drinks, the chocolate shake is good. It is like the soft serve, but in a ice-blended form. Though, to me, it can get quite ‘heavy’ if you have one whole cup to yourself. Other drink option is the iced chocolate. It is good. I liked that it is nearly unsweetened and has quite a good chocolatiness.

Can't help but to frequent this place for their consistently delectable ice cream and shakes. Bought their chocolates as gifts too... However there are only 2 tables there so if dining in there might be abit of a waiting time

Staff was friendly and polite when we visited. The White chocolate green tea latte tasted pretty similar to Starbuck green tea latte but more powdery and pricier. The dark chocolate drink was a satisfying when you crave for hot chocolate drink but less sinful.

Customer service is good! But.. 2 stars for the milk shake. It is not the same as last time. Milk shake tasted more to dark.. Last time their milk shake was super delicious! No more hot milk or ice milk chocolate drinks too.

😐 This is ecstatically the best looking amongst the PS Cafes. They have a good selection of food and beverages that some might consider pricey. But their cakes and deserts are very good. It’s a great place to chill in the afternoons and also good for sundowners after a long day. It’s always a pleas...
