Certainly one of the cleanest and most state of the art airports in the world. It’s extremely unique. If you have a long layover here, you shouldn’t be upset. There’s plenty to do. They have high end shopping, a FREE movie theater, whiskey tasting, and plenty of eye catching places to take photos. They have plenty of nice lounges and good restaurants as well.

Most beautiful and magnificent airport that's out there! The structure is massive. You definitely need around 4 5 hours to take in the entire jewel. And it's amazing to even think how they built the entire mini forest, the vegetation, the whole cascading waterfall inside the airport! You will surely enjoy the customer service with many high end brands and stores on all the levels. You can go to the top most and view the whole of the jewel with a breathtaking top view.

A massive airport. Amazing architecture. Smart high-tech , environmentally friendly building. Handles millions of passengers in the most efficient and smooth manner. Very efficient security, customs and immigration staff and facilities. The airport is spotless clean. Very well managed and maintained. Clear signs and information desks everywhere. Terminals are well connected with a tram system. One of the cleanest and modern airports in the world. It’s a unique one due to design, theme, hub and cleanliness. While you are in a long layover here, you shouldn’t be upset as plenty to do here. High end shopping, airport transit hotel, flatbeds to rest, and plenty of eye catching places to take photos will ease your layover. They have plenty of nice lounges and good restaurants as well.

One of the most Travellers friendly airports in the world! From arrival to departure every aspect demonstrates how meticulously all the processes have been planned and executed. Absolutely seamless immigration on arrival with impeccably silent efficiency. Ordering a cab and then getting to the correct pick up depot speaks of flawless efficiency with very basic common sense. Returning to airport for return flight is yet another pleasant experience. Getting to the correct drop off point for the cab is made do easy and simple with demonstrative signage. Entering airport is effortless and checking in a breeze. Again immigration at Departure is unbelievably quick and simple. Once inside fabulous choice of Duty free shops await you with tempting price tags. Thanks Singapore.

Nice airport . Got done full body massage here ..found satisfactory. Staff is extremely cooperative. People can take sky train for changing the terminal and exits.lot of shops. But found only one apple store in this whole big airport. The waiting area for the ones who are in transit is comfortable. WIFI is fast and stable. There's free drinking water as always however there's only few options to choose from the food delivery.

Beautiful, fun, clean airport. Great for stop-overs with lots to do and eat. Really appreciated having the in-airport hotel to stay in for a few hours, freshen up between flights - made a huge difference to the overall journey.

One of the best airport(s) in the world. It is huge and very nice. You can easily spent over 5-6 hours just in the airport. The airport has 3 story mall with all of the shops from versions restaurants to bath and body works. You will find everything there. Jewel has breathtaking view. I can see myself going there and enjoying the airport.

The best airport in the world! , there is plenty to explore inside. Would recommend coming to the airport a few hours early so you can spend some time here and enjoy the famous water fountain in the middle. There are plenty of excellent restaurants to dine in too. Buses are available to travel between terminals, making it convenient to visit all the attractions. Clear directions are provided throughout the airport, and the airport is very well maintained.

Forget the detractors, Singapore Changi Airport remains the best airport in the world and Singapore Airlines by far, the best airline in the World. Singapore Changi, an eight-time winner of the World’s Best Airport is so damn good that: 1) You can check in through passing immigration in less than 15-min 2) You will never need to wait for baggage on arrival as it comes out the same time you pass Immigration clearance 3) Home to the best and most loved airline, Singapore Airlines Of course, Changi has one of the best duty free shopping and rest assured the safest airport to transit during pandemic. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 So, what is the pandemic arrival procedure? 1) Book PCR Test and complete ICA Arrival documentation online within 3-days of arrival 2) Proceed to Immigration Clearance on arrival 3) Collect Luggage 4) Do PCR Swab Test 5) Head home or SHN hotel 6) Wait for PCR test results, which came in 5 hours via email

Simply the best airport around. So much to do whether it be eating, shopping or exploring the wonders of the airport. If you're arriving/transferring here, I'd recommend spending some time here to really take in the wonderful atmosphere, the more time you spend here, the less you remember that it is actually an airport

Singapore airport is the first impression everyone has of the city state. And it ticks all the right boxes, correctly. The airport is efficient and very clean. Plenty of facilities like shops and food/beverage options and emo the staff to help any passengers that might be lost. A very convenient transit point for long haul flyers. The airport is designed in a way where one doesn't have to walk for miles. The baggage and immigration are usually very quick as well.

This is the best airport I have ever visited. There is so much to explore within the airport and a range of activities you can do and multiple places you can visit in-house gardens, parks, theatre, and the Jewel which is the largest man made indoor waterfall in the world which is located in Terminal 4. The airport offers four kinds of free tours to transit passengers whose transit time exceeds 5 hours. The tours are super informative and exciting and is about 2-3 hours.

A really great airport with plenty of shops and cafes/restaurants. If you go to the Jewel, then there are many more shops and also some nice activities that you can do. Prices at the shops are not bad, and the food seems reasonably priced for an airport. The terminals and gates are well labeled and easy to find. Sky trains are very handy and regular, which really helps in a big airport like this. On top of this we found dealing with airport staff helpful and pleasant. This theme carried through to the shops, where people seemed very friendly, but without being pushy to make sales. When traveling from New Zealand to Europe, this is definitely our favourite stop over.

One of the best airports in the world, there is plenty to explore inside. All the facilities are strategically located, allowing you to spend an entire day visiting different areas within the airport. Buses are available to travel between terminals, making it convenient to visit all the attractions. If you have excess baggage, there are storage options available where you can safely keep your belongings and retrieve them later for a fee. Investing in baggage storage is worthwhile as it makes it easier to explore all the areas without the burden of carrying extra luggage. Moreover, there are plenty of excellent restaurants to dine in. Clear directions are provided throughout the airport, and the restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Please note most outlets only accept credit card and not cash.

Very nice airport. Bag check was very quick as was customs going in and out. Security is done at the gates. Everywhere you turn, there are beautiful gardens, fish ponds, or other exotic decorations. And the Jewel is worth seeing in person when you are there!

It is a large airport. The whole area are clean. There are many bathroom througout the terminal. I was transiting in terminal 1. Inside the gate had no bathroom, so don't get in until close to boarding time. Many food shops are open.

One of the biggest and cleanest airports I have ever visited. They have many terminals and each terminal has to be reached by metro trains which itself shows how huge the airport is. Even the other end of the gates are accessible via these sky lane trains. The only thing missing was that the huge Mall which had the biggest man made waterfalls was not accessible to transit passengers. We have to step out of the immigration and then only will be able to access the Mall.

Clean and massive airport. Maintenance of cleanliness of such big terminals is not easy and that task is being efficiently executed. Washrooms are cleanly maintained and one can rate the feedback. Different food options in different price ranges are available. Besides luxury stores, you will also find mini supermarkets. Departing and arriving passengers use the same transit area so a security check at the departing gate is necessary. However, you may be spending more time in the queue for security checks at the departing gate.

The best airport in the world. It's advanced, futuristic and engaging. The first striking observation is the cleanliness, especially the carpets in spite of the heavy passenger traffic and the crystal clear washrooms. Hats off to the senior citizen janitors who are contributing to these. The airport is a tourist attraction by itself, plenty of places to see and enjoy. Ex: Kinetic Rain, gardens, slides, luxury shopping stores, restaurants, the indoor water falls to many.

Amazing Airport. It’s world class better than all the airports around the world. It has a beautiful butterfly garden in Terminal 2. Many shopping and dinning options. There is a prayer room as well. The airport is so quiet and well spaced out. The security check is at the gates. Remember anything liquid more than 100ml is not allowed in cabin baggage.

My favorite airport in the world. Free butterfly garden, a movie theater, food court (with street stall style food too!) and there’s also organized tours of the Jewel and Singapore itself that are free from the city! Just gotta sign up if you have a layover long enough to explore. Everything is so clean, and there’s plenty of lounges that you can buy access too. There’s greenery incorporated into the airport and such a treat to see all the art. Great experience all around.

Most beautiful airport I have ever visited. Very pleasant place. They offer free tour guides around Singapore. It is better if you can book early through website. I chose Singapore city tour. If you are going out of the airport you have to fill out Singapore arrival card. You can do that online 3 days before your arrival. You can only clear immigration once. If you want to see both Waterfall (Vortex) and city tour, first go the city tour. Then drop off at terminal one. Then come back to Terminal 2 or 3.

The first impression is that the airport is very large, clean, modern, one of the largest airports in the world, everything is very good, in the middle of the terminals, there will be buses moving by the peaks in the central area with radio stations. very beautiful waterfall, one of the wonders of the world, people can come here to take pictures, moving through the terminals on foot is quite far but the road is wide and clean, I came in mid-2030 still checking for covid 19 However, the number of staff at the airport is quite small, so it is very difficult to move and find positions

Most favorite airport to visit. Very clean, beautiful, very well lighted with nice ambiance. It’s developed with good plan and insights to use the little space very carefully. It does not feel like a airport, it feels like a art gallery with a mall. Shopping and food scene is 100%

So many things to see and do in this huge airport. I loved it we spent a few hours and we walked through the T1 a couple of times. Friendly and helpful staff and the trolley was easy to get it. In the Terminal 1 the carpet doesn’t let the trolley get through smoothly though but there are plenty of seats and charging point for just usb charger. Food court with only fast food option available 24hr on the third floor.

9/10 Beautifully and artistically done. It's aesthetics are pleasing to the eye. In a place, where everyone is a visitor and going off somewhere, the airport gives a vibe to slow things down and enjoy the moment. It doesn't give you the feeling that you are surrounded by thousands of travelers coming and going, spacious and an engineering marvel

No doubt that Singapore airport is the world’s best airport. Everything is digitalised we don’t want to wait in the long queue for immigration just fill the details online and scan our passport and walk away. One of the coolest airport i visited. The place was clean and hygiene and the floor carpet colour was great. The ambiance was amazing with the garden setup. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. You can spend more than 2 hours to explore the airport itself. Shopping, movies, play area for kids are one of the best things added in the airport. Visit jewel in Terminal 1 before the immigration process or else you can’t go out to see them again if you’re travel through terminal 2. You can take plenty of photos and spend some good time at the airport. You can rest on the couch if you reach the airport earlier. And there is another cool place to sleep inside thats a nest type one. I saw some kids were sleeping inside. That’s looks so comfy . Wheelchair facilities also available at the entrance. No one will disturb you till you awake. As a solo traveler i felt safe. Everything was good. Can’t wait to visit again.

Lovely and peaceful location to walk around, eat your mouth craving foods or you could just sit in any of the coffee cafes located in Jewel to have a break from our stressful covid-19 time. It's very much less crowded during the day compare to night. The Frontliners are very helpful to assist you regarding your flight or checking in procedure. We just just have to follow the SOP and safe distancing to protect ourselves. Really a mind relaxing time for me personally.

Jewel will be the first building in Singapore to seamlessly integrate lush greenery with other facilities and attractions under the same roof. Jewel’s distinctive architecture features a stunning glass and steel façade that will be a visually striking addition to the airport landscape. In particular, the iconic dome-shaped structure will have five storeys above ground and five basement storeys. Drawing inspiration from Singapore’s reputation as a ‘City in a Garden’, the complex will contain 22,000m2 of landscaped area and will house one of the biggest indoor collections of plants in Singapore. Jewel’s unique design features include twin centrepiece attractions, the Forest Valley and Rain Vortex, in the middle of the complex and surrounded by retail stores and restaurants. The Forest Valley is a huge five-storey indoor garden filled with thousands of trees, plants, ferns and shrubs. Walking trails will allow visitors to hike up the valley in air-conditioned comfort

My friend and I were transiting through this airport on the way to New Zealand from London. We had a 12 hour layover in the airport. Staff escorted us with fellow transiting passengers to a designated area of the airport away from other people. This area included bathrooms, a couple of food stalls, charging stations, and many different socially distanced seating and lying down options. There was plenty of room to be away from other people. At first there were around 40 people in our area, and then as people left to get their next flight there ended up with around 15 of us. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and gave us packs with a toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and flannel. There were hand sanitising stations around. We could order food via an app.

An advanced and impressive airport with plenty of shopping and eating facilities. Be aware if you are transiting and have to change from one terminal to another, then be prepared for a long walk!

Best airport I’ve been! 😍 This photo was taken at Terminal 3 departure hall on 28 Nov 2021. I was there to send a friend off. It’s hard to say goodbye. 😣 There’s this moving 🦕 dinosaurs. There’s also very nice Christmas decorations as well. Airport is very clean.

I enjoy transiting through this airport because the staff are all so professional and helpful however there are two major downsides: (1) if you do not have a Singapore bank card you cannot change any currency and (2) Singapore Airline and their Passenger Loyalty are two separate entities they tell me, so you cannot get into the lounge or ask for an upgrade on points, etc at the airport - you have to organise it with the loyalty program in advance. Unbelievably they have also not rolled over the loyalty points during the pandemic so all the points I built up prior to the pandemic have been lost because their has been no travel *allowed* from Australia for the last 1.5 years :/

This airport is the one and only biggest in Singapore . Environment arround the prayer space is quite and peaceful. Neat and clean environment with beautiful interior and exterior also . Prayer space is very small compare to airport size it needs more bigger space. This airport needs more prayer space as it have insufficient prayer space inside the airport. Amazing and outstanding interior. OZU & washroom facility is quie good and satisfactory. Over all This prayer space is pretty suitable for sound prayer. May Allah bless us all with his mercy. Alhamdulillah, Subhan Allah, La ilaha illallah, Allhuakbar.

One of the best airports I’ve been to. It’s humongous and beautiful. A lot of people opt for lengthy layovers at this airport because your stay is never boring with a lot of shops to go on shopping, food stalls to eat at, and activities to do. Usually the international flights are landed in terminal 3 and you get to go to terminal 1 for any connecting flights. I feel this is a strategy adopted by them to make people roam through the airport as you have to go from one end to the other to switch the terminals. You can take the cable train to switch between terminals. It’s unmanned and arrives at every few minutes without a delay. The airport has Singaporean street food stalls. They’re cheap and affordable for anyone. If you have a long stayover, you may get immigration clearance and go out to explore the country.

Spacious, clean, well managed and beautifully decorated. The architecture and aesthetic of the Jewel building was breathtaking. There’s also a shopping mall inside. You can spend a lot of time here without getting bored.

This is literally the best airport of the world. Everything is so organised and so much travellers-friendly. This airport even has a rooftop swimming pool. The jewel is architecturally a jewel. The stuffs are very helpful. Most of the things are automated. You will definitely love it.

Very nice airport. Staff was very courteous. As a passenger one does not have any anxiety as clear display are available for availability and location of flights is amply visible. Clear directions are given everywhere. Train service is punctual. Airport is very clean. Restrooms are well maintained inspite of the heavy footfall. Recreational activities and shopping are in plenty.

Food court with all kinds of option (halal for muslims and vegetarian)! It’s probably one of the most beautiful airports in the world! Service is great as well!!

One of the biggest and most modern airports in the world. Singapore Changi Airport are one of the world's busiest airports by international passenger and cargo traffic, it has been rated as the "World's Best Airport" by Skytrax a dozen times, and currently holds the title, and was the first airport in the world to hold the accolade for eight consecutive years according to other sources and information provided by the airport. This is also one of the cleanest Airports you will ever come across with modern toilets and restrooms, where passengers can also rate their experience after using it. Passengers can also relax in the massage chairs that is available on most floors at the airport. Duty free shops are available 24/7 with a lot of restaurants to choose from. Signage are very clear for passengers not to get lost with electronic notice boards to update passengers on arrivals and departures. Staff on the ground was very helpful with certain information and friendly at the same time. There is plenty to do whilst waiting for a connection flight.

No doubt, this is the best airport in the world. Every terminals has plenty of excellent facilities, including outdoor rooftop, gardens, cinema, and plenty of good shops and restaurant that really represent Singapore, with usually fair price compared with the same in the city. Efficiency is something that Changi also represent, with speedy service on security screening and immigration, together with very clean and well indicated environment.

The airport is huge and there's enough activities within to spend time if one has to wait long hours in between catching flights. It's very easy to transfer in between terminals using the sky train. Loved the Butterfly park and Enchanted garden. The orchids at the Enchanted garden are truly marvelous. There is a small lily pool and Cactus park too. I had 5 hours waiting time to catch my connecting flight and there was never a boring moment.

Very modern airport. Nice moving art pieces including a huge indoor waterfall. Very nice food court. Super helpful staff and the cherry on top was after we had to wait for our luggage for only 15 minutes, a cart was wheeled in and everyone got complimentary water, chocolate milk and biscuits. As far as airports go, probably my best experience

Let’s start this off by saying this is the BEST AIRPORT I have traveled through-EVER! If you have a lengthy layover..it is worth the walk around to locate the Waterfall; Butterfly Garden and checkout the slides that will drop you off in duty-free shopping or gate areas! The common areas and bathrooms are SPOTLESS! Traveler Beware..there are multiple checkpoints, if you purchase liquids and don’t finish them before you arrive in your seating area you will need to dispose of it! If you have the pleasure of making it to the Singapore Changi Airport…Enjoy!

Singapore is an amazing place to visit. I went on the "Singapore wheel " which is taller than the London Eye and overlooked the F1 circuit. The merlion fountain, the ship that's " balanced " on three skyscrapers, a sight to see, the gardens by the bay, another attraction. Raffles and the " Singapore sling " cocktail, all amazing.

My most favorite airport. It's big, beautiful, clean and even fragrant. The designers have excellent taste in decorate especially color matching. Many people come here just for an "Airport trip". The automatic check-in area in Departure Hall is fantastic! It turns self-service check-in into a pleasant experience and enjoyment. And the colorful carpets! And the color changing waterfall, the restaurants, the Lounge, the shopping stores ...... There are no words could describe its beauty and charm. You must come yourself to see, to feel.
