Bugis Junction is no ordinary Singapore shopping mall. This modern development features a wonderful imitation lane of colonial style shop houses selling locally design dresses, T-shirts and accessories, as well as a few cute cafes where you can sip an iced coffee and pretend you’ve been taken back in time. Glance over to the huge glass-roofed section, which is really Bugis Junction’s centrepiece, and you’ll remember exactly where you are. Under the giant glass structure, you’ll find a range of high street shops and a good range of dining option, including fine dining restaurants, fast food outlets and some hawker-style vendors. Bugis Junction is directly accessible from Bugis MRT Station.

Awesome place. You have all kind of shops here. If you follow Google maps you will arrive at an enclosure. But around it there are a lot of stalls too. In the stalls surrounding, we get prayer stuff, general stores and essentials. And inside the enclosure there are mostly beauty products. Including jewelry shops

Getting crowded as it is just 3 weeks away from Chinese New Year. Everyone coming out to buy stuffs for the festive period. Safe distancing tough to manage as there are so many people around. Shops around are doing very well. Not sure why so many fruit shops setting up everywhere

This is a must if you are looking for place in Singapore to buy stuff for souvenir such as shirt, candies, keychain, stuff like that. Don't worry, they already tag the price so can look around without asking. Really crowded almost every time, behind the Bugis street, the store ABC perhaps the recent viral for the store, might to check it out

It is a must to go to Bugis Street, Bugis Junction and Bugis+ while you're in Singapore. There's a ton of shops, food, souvenirs, gifts, chocolates to buy and they're not costly at all. The place has a good modern high-end ambiance as well. It was nice to just stroll and look around.

This is an interesting tourist spot where you can find anything from souvenirs, local snacks to clothing and beauty products. It has several levels but level 1 is the most popular with tourists . Nevertheless, there are many other shops and services at the other level. Most part Level 1 of Bugis Street does not have air conditioning, except for a section leading to the other levels, which is air conditioned. Bugis Street is a great place to buy souvenirs at competitive prices.

If you want to bring back sovenir from Singapore for your 2 dozen friends, this is the place. Visiting itself is an experience. Crowds thronging the market filled with dozens of shops, each overflowing with thousands of options of Singapore labelled key chains, fridge magnets, mirrors, purses and sorts, sold in packs of dozens. At one end there is a mall with high end branded stuff and outside of the mall, cloth Market with all sorts of clothes from kids to women and men and toys as well. My friend living in Singapore swears by the quality and price though I didn't buy any cloth due to size issues. Make sure to buy some cold refreshing drink at the entrance as during summers and peak hours, it gets really hot and navigating the narrow lanes in crowd makes you sweat. Many eateries and sort of Chinese temple are there. Also look around for interesting buildings and row of houses for photo ops.

It has been my yearly pilgrimage to Chinatown before Chinese New Year since I was a young boy. I visited yesterday - 21/1/22 - however this year it was very very different, no more crowd, no more Taiwanese Jellies, no more Waxed-meat shops, no more jostling, no more specialty shops, no more tasting - free peanuts, melon seeds, no more discount bantering, no more good cheers n push around….. Rather the atmosphere was very subtle n subdued. The night market or pasar malam is merely an extension of the existing shop. So there is nothing mystic or interesting from the normal day to day shopping. Nonetheless it’s the season of CNY n let’s enjoy the good ties n vibes. Shop, eat, enjoy n stay safe….. Remember to MASK up!!

A nice street market selling all kinds of items. In my opinion the best place to buy souvenirs if you have a very little time to spare. But, if you have time to spare you might want to explore other option that you have. You can find a popup shops at night and hawker centre in here too.

An ideal place to get funky new trends of clothes for $10 to $100. Accessories, phone accessories, shoes, bags and many other items are available too. Nail and eyelash extensions can be done there too. Tattoo parlour is available as well. It's a great place for tourists, they love to buy souvenirs from Bugis street. Street food and fresh fruit juice is available. Watches from $5 are available. I love Singapore, T shirts are available. Colourful masks are available. The street looked spacious today at 17th August 2021. It was less crowded than other days.

One of Bugis Street's standout features is its extensive shopping options. From clothing to shoes, bags to jewelry, this bustling market has it all, and at prices that won't break the bank. It's a shopping haven loved by both locals and tourists alike, where you can stay on top of the latest fashion trends and snag incredible deals.

One of the most visited tourist spots in Singapore. We recommend Bugis Street for a variety if reasons, the shopping, the vibe and the ease with which you can go home with a bags full of clothes, accessories, and a million smiles! The hawker centre food stalls are fresh but not among the best in the city and can be skipped. Easy connectivity to this place thanks to the bus service makes going in and out a breeze. Cabs and MRT are other options depending on where you arrive and depart to. It can get really busy in the evening thanks to the traffic, so plan your exit carefully. Skip taking a cab out of here and choose the bus stops . Its not only economical but also one of of the quickest ways out of here.

It's probably one of my favorite places that I went to buy little trinkets for family and friends. Probably one of the cheaper areas to buy as well. And it is air conditioned so that was nice. Definitely take cash here. A lot of the vendors do not accept cards here.

This place is full of masks forsale. No lack of it. The place has transformed over the last year and almost every stall along the main aisle sells various types and quality masks. The secondary aisles still focus on clothing.

Bugis Street in Singapore is a bustling and vibrant marketplace that offers a diverse shopping and cultural experience. As a visitor, I was thoroughly impressed with the sheer energy and plethora of offerings this iconic street had to offer. The first thing that struck me about Bugis Street was its lively atmosphere. The street was always buzzing with activity, and the vibrant mix of locals and tourists created an electric ambiance. Strolling through the colorful lanes, I encountered an array of stalls and shops selling everything from trendy fashion apparel and accessories to quirky souvenirs and trinkets. The shopping experience at Bugis Street is a shopaholic's paradise. The wide variety of stores, ranging from high-street brands to independent boutiques, ensures that there is something for everyone. The prices are generally affordable, and bargaining is a common practice, adding to the excitement of the experience. It was thrilling to explore the maze-like alleys and uncover hidden gems amidst the hustle and bustle. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the street's cultural diversity. Bugis Street is a melting pot of cultures, and this is reflected in the range of cuisines available. From local hawker stalls serving mouthwatering street food to international eateries offering a global culinary experience, food enthusiasts will find themselves spoilt for choice. Trying the delectable local delicacies, such as Hainanese chicken rice and laksa, was a highlight of my visit. Bugis Street also offers more than just shopping and dining. It is surrounded by historical landmarks and attractions, making it an ideal destination for sightseeing. The nearby Sultan Mosque and the National Museum of Singapore are worth exploring, providing insight into the city's rich heritage. While the vibrant atmosphere and diverse offerings make Bugis Street an exciting place to visit, it can get crowded during peak hours. Navigating through the bustling crowds can be a bit challenging at times, so it's advisable to plan your visit accordingly. In summary, Bugis Street is an energetic and eclectic destination that encapsulates the spirit of Singapore. It's a must-visit for shopaholics, food lovers, and those seeking an immersive cultural experience. Just be prepared for the crowds, and you're bound to have a memorable time exploring this vibrant hub of activity.

Came here at 8:30 pm Wednesday. It’s a short street. Selling more cloth and souvenir than food. They are selling more sweet than savory. A bit disappointed. If you are not living nearby, and not interested in buying any souvenirs, not worth to come.

So as I was exploring Singapore, I went to Buggis Street as well. One of the biggest markets in the heart of Singapore. So here you can shop for non branded clothes, accessories, people can go for nail extensions, eyelash extension and much more...and this straight away goes to a nearby mall too. As you can see in the picture there are narrow streets. And it's like an open market on the ground floor. I personally like the place very much😊

Bugis Street is one of the most famous shopping street in Singapore. You can get things like souvenirs, snacks, food, etc at cheap prices. Located in the central area of the city with easy connectivity to go to this place. MRT and Buses is the best option to go here, you can choose depending on where you arrive and depart to. It can be really busy in the evening, so be careful on the streets.

When you see an old staircase like this it takes you back yesterday once more. As far I can remember my parents and their friends came here to have dinner. In front of Bugis there use to be a Bridge. I don't remember if there was a Bus Top. In front of Bugis was some little shops. The road was a two ways street. I only know the name of the road is the same as my name Victoria.

Unexpectedly I really like Bugis Street Market. There's a lot of cheaper Souvenirs (compare to other places in SG) I bought quite a few things there to bring back to MY. There is a short food street there, and definitely should try it! I tried the smelly tofu, pork crusted pancake etc (can see in the photos) Anyway, come here if you want to buy Souvenirs~

Here is a popular place where you can find unique, maybe trendy street fashion ( read non branded or maybe replica fashion. And they are inexpensive , mostly) I heard that many aspiring young local designers come here to cut their teeth . They are here to show case what they think clothes and shoes and what you wear should look like and hoping that you agree with them . : ) ( This was told to me by friends some time ago . Things may change and these young talent may turned to operate online nowadays . Still , it's a good place to check out .... if you are vaccinated ..) Oh I forgot to tell you , there are 3 floors here. (?) First floor is a hall like fashion space shared with a street food alley ( of which locals had mostly already tasted ). Continue to the next 2 floors Up stairs , you get a full blown even more maze like place of bewildering, glittering and maybe blink blink clothes, shoes , anything that you wear on your body , coming at you . Sprinkled among these fashion shops are the must have coffee shop , snack corners , arcade game machines , catch a toy machines . All there at your leisurely service . Have a good day there . : )

Always fun to see new things for sale, to many mask shops though. Purchased a new t-shirt, cost $25, same price for my size in Canada. Guess bigger guys pay more for clothes here.

  • 4/5 Jass C. 1 year ago on Google
Fruit stall located opposite the food center. Mostly fresh fruits and prices are cheaper than my estate's fruit stall (eg. there are boxes of blueberries that start to have mold thus do remember to check before purchase). 6 banana in a bunch $1.90 + 1 box of blueberries $2 (3 boxes for $5) + 1 custard apple cost $2= $5.90. Bugis Street back to some crowd during lunch hours on a weekday.

Bugis Street is a famous street market in Singapore, located in the Bugis area. The street market is known for its variety of products, ranging from clothing, accessories, souvenirs, to street food. In recent years, Bugis Street has undergone significant changes, and the market has been transformed into a modern shopping destination. The market offers a unique shopping experience, and visitors can find trendy clothes, shoes, and accessories at affordable prices. Additionally, Bugis Street is a food lover's paradise, with an array of street food stalls offering various local and international cuisine. Overall, Bugis Street is an exciting and vibrant shopping and food destination in Singapore, attracting both locals and tourists alike. Visitors can experience the bustling energy of the market and find affordable deals on clothing, accessories, and food.

It's one of the best places I visited here in Singapore. If you want to have cheap shopping for close ones at an extremely affordable price then this would be the place I would ask you to go. Shops are located on both sides of the street. Most of the shops here have a good discount if you are buying 3 or 4 products together. Like whether it be chocolate or female fashion accessories it would start from around 10 SGD for 3 units and go above. Visit here and experience the local shopping of Singapore. Highly recommended!

  • 5/5 Apoorva S. 10 months ago on Google
I got some really good quality clothes here. The clothes are really good but the place is touristy. You may get things little expensive than you can get at Mustafa Center. Also, if you are carrying older USD notes, you may get far lesser exchange rates for SGD. We found a really good place for Money exchange as it gave us a good rate even for the older note. I am putting photo of that shop.

tourists can buy a wide selection of cheap souvenirs for souvenirs for friends and relatives in their hometown. It's very busy even though it's not a holiday, but all the shop assistants (at least those I visited) serve very kindly, especially when it comes to shopping 😄. For Indonesians who have been to Jakarta, seeing a place like this might remember Tanah Abang 😄

Def a place you have to visit during your stay in SG! A lot of shop selling souvenirs with varieties. Some street food stalls too. I when here when it was a bit early and it wasn't too crowded. Recommended to go to ABC Mart for cheap deals on chocolates and stuffs!

  • 5/5 Mohita P. 8 months ago on Google
A go to place for all kinds of shopping for locals as well as tourists. There is direct MRT and bus connectivity available. You will get all kinds of clothing, beauty and cosmetics items, bags etc. There are so many varieties of chocolates and other items that can be gifted to your close ones.

Bugis St. Has everything under one roof from clothes to shoes, bags, accessories and souvenirs. You will need approx an entire day to walk around and shop. Incase its your lucky day, some of the shopkeepers do bargain. The collection of clothes and shoes are new and in fashion and are reasonable priced. Opp. Bugis is Albert st. Where you get authentic SG food at a reasonable price. Overall, Bugis does not disappoint. Must visit if you are an avid shopper.

  • 5/5 Eva 7 months ago on Google
A very big market with some options for food, but you’re better off going to Albert Center behind Bugis if you’re after food, but it is definitely massive with so much to see and do, a lot of the clothing vendors have very similar items and prices, not insanely cheap but not a bad price, definitely fun wondering around here as a tourist!

  • 4/5 Diyana T. 8 months ago on Google
Cheap clothes/ bags , souvenir such as t-shirts/keychains, chocolates and snacks. Afew non-Halal street food stalls available, I wish there was Halal street food here. Several drinks stall selling a variety of iced fruit drinks to beat the heat. Most parts of Bugis Street is non-aircon. Best to bring cash if you plan to go for a severe shopping fix here.

  • 3/5 Vicky T. 5 months ago on Google
I'm Singaporean but 1st time going to Bugis Street. It's like a Night market but open whole day. The best part is It's air conditioned. Things are quite reasonable price. Lots of tourists. I enjoyed looking at the shops and spent a couple of hours there.

  • 4/5 Kp K. 6 months ago on Google
There are many shops here including food, drink, clothes, pharmacy and gadgets. I suggest you to go straight and the left hand side you will see ABC Bargain centre. This shop sell snacks in low price but they accept cash only.

Bugis is a dynamic neighborhood that effortlessly blends tradition and modernity. As I explored its vibrant streets, I found myself immersed in a kaleidoscope of experiences. The bustling Bugis Street Market is a shopper's paradise, offering everything from trendy fashion to quirky souvenirs. The rich cultural tapestry is evident in the stunning Sultan Mosque and the colorful shophouses. It's also a hub for foodies, with hawker centers serving up local delights. But what truly sets Bugis apart is its youthful energy. The Bugis Junction and Bugis+ shopping malls are a haven for fashion enthusiasts and tech-savvy shoppers. The neighborhood comes alive at night, with numerous bars and entertainment options. Bugis is a delightful blend of old and new, making it a must-visit destination for those looking to experience the heart of Singapore's culture, shopping, and entertainment.

Bugis Street is the best place to find souvenir and snacks in Singapore. It's price is super cheap. We can buy anything in this place. You can go to here by train from Changi Airport. It is located near by marina bay terminal.
