Singapore’s largest outlet mall located at Jurong east. Houses over 100+ brands offering 30% - 80% discounts all-year round. You name it, they have it - sports, cosmetics, furniture, travel, fashion, jewelry, toys, etc. The area is huge but can be navigated very easily with clear signs and conveniently located escalators. Nike, Adidas, Coach, Under Armour, are some of the hottest brands there due to amazing sales. That said, sizes and designs are limited. Hence do not expect latest releases or limited edition items. Quality of service is still great despite the huge crowd on weekends. They all try their best for their customers which is amazing. One of the best things about visiting IMM used to be the free parking but there is a change on the rates recently - still very reasonable nonetheless. Great place for family, couples to purchase their electric and housing furniture needs too. You can even stop for a massage at one of the stalls to take a break from all the shopping!

We went early in the morning for breakfast. Quite a number of eateries already open. Most of the shops selling bags, shoes, etc open at 10am. Very big shopping mall and there's seats for you to rest. There's giant hypermarket there too. Ample parking space.

IMM is an expansive shopping center with a diverse range of stores and dining options. The layout is convenient, making it easy to navigate. The parking facilities are well-maintained and spacious. However, during peak hours, it can get quite crowded. Overall, a great place for shopping and dining with friends and family.

It is so crowded. There are many sale going on at IMM, surely these shoppers must have great savings! Having a meal at Burger King. The Q is also very long. Haha...basically all the food alley here are packed with people. It is a good sign!

Great outlet stores mall. Full of international stores like Nike, adidas, vans, and many others that are very popular worldwide. The only problem is that the selection of the apparel stores is quite limited. There are lots of restaurants and furniture stores, which take up quite a lot of space. There is a taxi stand at the main gate, and the mall is also accessible by MRT busses.

Many, many years since we last visited IMM. Must say it has changed a lot since but still the mall to shop for groceries, furniture, furnishings and for dining too. It has also addedany apparel and sports wear outlets here in IMM too. There's all the Furniture Mall less than 5 mins walk away. We also found a KopiTiam here but unfortunately half the stalls were shutdown.

Went to an outlet store - the infamous IMM. Expect this place to be crowded as it offers products with the lowest price possible(mostly, I'm not saying all of it, but this is where people go to) prepare your wallet as well🤑. And energy as you need to walk a lot.

Great bargains on major brands all year round. Also, many F&B outlets to replenish your energy, with all the great shopping available. Great connectivity to other nearby malls & Jurong East MRT.

Went around this mall for better deals as this mall has supposedly all factory outlets, but I didn't find any good deals. Better deals are available in Orchard street malls. Food: Mall has ample outlets filled with restaurants, including vegetarian options like Subway etc. Tip: You can find the shops on Google maps, type name on maps, and make your way through inside the mall through maps.

Been a while since I came here.. IMM position itself as an outlet mall ; past season items but new stock . But some of the so called sale items does not seems very cheap? But if compare to normal price there is a difference.. the food area is full of people.. I did not expect it to be soon much people , almost all small eataty there is a long Q... Some also took this to clear their old stock as well too by selling really cheap. People not so friendly here I wonder why?

Singapore’s largest outlet mall, IMM boasts over 100 outlet stores amongst more than 220 stores, offering up to 80% discount all year round. Part of CapitaLand, it is a well managed and enjoys super high footfall mall, being a favourite for bargain hunters. The outlet stores cover a wide variety of merchandise, including designer fashion, sportswear, footwear, luggage, children's apparel and fashion accessories. It also houses a GIANT Hypermarket; you can actually spend a whole day in it.

This mall is one of the most famous shopping mall in Singapore. Located in Jurong. Many famous brands' outlets are in here. Adidas, Nike, Timberland, Victoria Secret, Guess...etc This mall is crowded almost every day. Offers, Discounts can be found in stores. Varieties of food and beverage are available. Easy access to the Mall from different sides. The most common entrance is the J walk link bridge if you are coming by the Metro.

Went on a weekday. Not so crowded.Alot of Shoes/Sports shops. For ex: Puma,Adidas etc etc.Alot of eateries too. There's a Best Denki on Level 3 but that level is pretty quiet. There's a canteen for staff in Level 4 but im sure outsiders also can pop in.I love going to IMM because I can get my fav perfume in Victoria Secret & Bath & Body Works. There's a Watson & Guardian too.And also Giant(Hypermart). There's also a Singapore Pools at Level 2.Quite convienent actually.

Great place to look out for discount items at this mall that most of the shop here are factory outlets that sells item at discount. Plenty of eateries options and at level 3 it has furniture shops too. Crowded during weekends. Giant Hypermarket is on the ground level of this building, huge and stocked with plenty of stuff.

Went there this afternoon to replace my mum's wheelchair rear wheels. The staff there is friendly, patience and knowledgeable. They even provide a temporary wheelchair for my mum to shop around IMM mall while they replace the wheels. It's take about 1.5hrs to replace the wheels and the cost for one pair of wheel is $77/- + workmanship $20 + general servicing $20/- . So total cost is $117/-. The shop sell wheelchair (new) and even adult diapers. Would recommend those who need to repair their elderly parent wheelchair to go there and those who need to buy new wheelchair.

IMM OUTLET, quite far from city center. I go there by taxi costs around SG$18 probably 20 mins. Some famous brands here: coach, MK, Furla, CKand every sport brands. Not luxury brands but more common. For my personal opinion it’s a boring place but you still can have look around if you don’t know where to go in SG.

I decided to go there to check out the Outlet stores. I didn't last long there. Just went into a couple of stores, looked at the price and wondered to myself how do they call themselves outlet stores? Outlet store prices should be 50-70% of regular stores. But they are mostly charging retail prices. Most of the sales there are just gimmicks. A waste of time!

Visited second time here, one of the best malls in the Singapore for discounted rates especially Nike store for me. Always consider to shop here for clothing. A little bit far from the city center if you’re staying there, but easily accessible with MRT as everywhere else in Singapore.

A nice shopping mall that is further away from Jurong East MRT. It is less accessible from the MRT. This shopping mall is known for having many furniture shops and sells many reputable shoe brands like Nike, ASICS and many more. There is a high chance you can get the shoes at a lower price since most of them are factory outlets. Definitely a place worth visiting! It can get really busy during peak hours, so I recommend coming here in the afternoon as most stalls are empty.

After its renovation, the place is clean, bright, odour-free…. The staff are very friendly especially those working in the fresh fish/seafood department. Enjoy buying the whole fresh fish where they will clean n cut to your preference. Found the promotion really reasonable. Like the “Food Bank Singapore” concept where shoppers can simply buy n place on the shelf as a form of donation to the needy…👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🙏🙏

It used to be a mall for interior design and home improvement. Although the anchor tenant is Giant hypermarket. Today, it has been incredibly transformed into a mall that houses branded outlet stores. Major sports and fashion brands have their outlet clearance stores here. Perfect place for bargain hunting.

A family friendly mall, equipped with nursing room & playground. They are plenty of stores which sells items on a bargain (warehouse prices). There is like a food section at level 1 (food like Wok Hey, Hei Sushi etc), which carries variety of food options but unless the restaurant itself offers seating arrangement, the mall doesnt have places for you to sit & eat.

I was there to have lunch with my parents and helper. Coincident we bump into a relative who coincident wanted to dine in there... obviously there are exchange of conversation but your staff, a indian man told us we denied entry. Even the fact that my relative decided to eat somewhere else and he still refused to allow me, my parents and helper to dine in. This is Singapore, chances of meeting people we knew is quite high especially during weekends. If we are together is okay to tuen us down...we meet each other coincidents. This is unacceptable customer service. Iam regular to patron to andes or my first at IMM. Usually we went airport or chai chee outlet. Please teach your staff to differentiate or probably check ic if they even related. This is unacceptable. Are you guys telling me we cannot bump to people coincifent in mall amd coincident want to dine in same place. soooo rude. your service is so disgusted and spoilt my day

Couldn’t wait to eat so all I have is the after-party scene. Authentic Cantonese soup—texture of the lotus root and peanut are a powdery mix of old school, grandmas delight. Perfect soup. Dry hor fun was very well done—tasted like they fried the noodles separately giving the strong wok hei yet fresh ingredients. Fresh chilli condiment tho was soft—soaked in soy sauce for too long or just not fresh. Yea was good, certainly did not stinge on tea leaves. Prices reasonable. Service good.

Crowded. Outlet stall but many sizes not available. Makes shopping a bit frustrating considering its far west. Good restaurants tho. Outside coffeshop nicer food.

Not the prettiest mall, but... 1st hour free parking. Outlet stores for Nike, Under Armor, Coach and many brands. Eateries on three floors. Just brilliant.

Went here to stroll around store and have a lunch. There are options for halal certified food like saap saap thai and korean bbq and hotpot

Good place to go if you are looking at a wide variety and discounts of sports brand. Nike store is a must go as they have great selection here. The cashiers manning the checkout are super chill and friendly.

Good place to shop as it is linked to Gateway and Jem. Ample parking as well as free shutter bus available from designated pick up points. Many eateries and spot wear shops etc in IMM as well as a big Giant Supermarket offer wide range of products. You can hang around the mall to read a book at some of the cafes, if weather is hot.

Went there on Sunday afternoon and it's very crowded, due to the holiday season also. And the good thing is, there are a lot of promotions and discounts. You just have to be patient because the queue to the cashier is very long. A lot of restaurant and fast food chains to choose from, so you can rest and fill your stomach after emptying your wallets.

A great place to shop for discounts as there are many outlet shops. Interestingly, there are also hardware shops selling toilet fixtures and sinks, furniture stores and Giant supermarket. The range of food outlets should be able to satisfy most, though it would be better if there was a vegetarian restaurant. It is really worth a trip if you are looking to get bargains.
