Came for the snow. It was overcrowded and hot that night. Parking was crowded on that timing. Earlier would be less crowded. Nothing much in this mall. There was a KK market selling Korean things. It was expensive though.

An upscale and unique mall that is distinctly less crowded compared to the busier malls along Orchard Road, but houses a variety of specialty shops, amongst a unique blend of restaurants and cafes serving fantastic food and culinary delights. The decor and layout of this modestly sized mall is reminiscent of Europe... highly recommended...

Great shopping mall. Just behind the Jen Hotel. Especially love the Cs Gold Fresh supper market. This supermarkets so many products and fresh flowers and fruits with cozy design.

Visited this mall with my family. Discovered most of the staff working in the shops are super nice to foreigners but rather rude to locals. Swear I never step into this mall ever again. There is nothing worse than being treated as a 2nd class citizen in your own country.

I love coming to this place great Christmas stuff @tanglinmallsg. I love coming here to get Christmas Gifts! Especially with cool places like @scoopwholefoods_sg. They have very cool vibes. I also signed up for the Great Rewards, a loyalty programme where you can be rewarded for shopping at Tanglin Mall. Use my member code “WJ2N6YX” and we can both get 500 points! I looked forward to collecting more points when the new brands open at Tanglin Mall in Dec/early Jan.

A nice neighbourhood mall with a good variety of shops. I'm usually there for Paul, Nandos and my groceries. One of the highlights of this mall is during Halloween and Christmas! Amazing decorations and festive lights that brings a warm fuzzy cheer to shoppers. I look forward to drop by again.

Christmas vibes! Snow splendours from 19.30 - 20.00 and 20.30 - 21.00 (this is for weekend only) for weekday just 19.30 - 20.00. Have a snow and avalanche foam at outdoor area near starbucks. For people dont want to get wet, better see from far, they also have place to clean after snow and foam in front of nandos, its free!

Visited Tanglin Mall for the Snow Avalanche and Snowfall (annual event for kids during Christmas and New Year's). The kids loved it. They were completely soaked in the foam. Imp points to note 1. Make kids wear Swim costume it would help. 2. Carry extra change of clothes. Kids had a great time, so worth visiting during this time.

a nice mall conveniently located between napier and orchard boulevard mrt! it has a nice variety of stores including bakeries, restaurants, food centres, maternity and clothing stores! it has 5 levels, and occasionally has events! this place is definitely a nice place to stop and shop with your friends or family!

Frankly this is the first time coming to this shopping mall. This shopping mall can be consider a high end shopping mall with lots of high end products. I can here for my pedicure treatment otherwise have never ever enter this shopping mall...never even know that it is a normal shopping mall except they provide a more high end product.( Re photo taken) You can find a big Cold Storage Supermarket here to meet your essential shopping. Even the toilets are so high class, clean and neat. Much more classy than the hotel toilets!!

A homely sense of nostalgia, returning back home, always come over me when I come to Tanglin Mall. It's an indescribable feeling that I have come home, yet knowing I'm still at the far ends of Orchard. The looks, the air conditioning, the tenants and the shoppers fondly remind one of the heartland malls of Singapore.

Really cosy mall with a homely feeling. Slightly more upscale mall along Orchard Road. Prices are definitely higher than average but the choices are unique and some even more exquisite. More western European options, rather than local - translates to the demographics of the visitors too. Slightly farther away from Orchard MRT but still walkable overall.

A great and classy mall despite its small size. There are various cafes and restaurants that serve good food, and some very interesting stores that you do not find at other malls. They have an awesome supermarket in the basement that has really great food items. A great place to chill out.

Tanglin Mall offers a delightful shopping experience with its diverse range of boutiques and eateries. The charming atmosphere, coupled with a blend of high-end and niche stores, creates a unique retail destination. Conveniently located, it's a pleasant spot for both leisurely strolls and curated shopping excursions.

The best part of this mall is during Christmas you get to enjoy the artificial snow just outside the mall which is really cool 🤩 and it's for 30 minutes twice a day and you can have a real snow like experience 😍 but inside the mall you get lot of options to eat to shop. The mall closes pretty soon pretty quick around 10:00 p.m. and it is not very well connected to the Metro so you have to walk some distance to get Metro or bus.

Went to see the snow fall over last weekend. My kiddo just loved the whole experience. The whole Christmas decor is very nice. We went there for the first time and had dinner at Pana Kota which a lovely Mediterranean restaurant.

Tanglin Mall, a stunning shopping center, upholds its annual tradition of celebrating Christmas by featuring artificial snow near the entrance. We had a wonderful time celebrating the holiday season there.

Enjoyed a lovely meal with my family here. The main courses are fresh and tasty. We ordered the Curried Lamb Shank, Duck Confit, Missions Cod, and Steak and Fries. Entertainer 1 for 1 offer made it even better. Service was warm and friendly. We had a wonderful time!

It is a relaxing mall with an average crowd and some good eating and coffee options. On the minus side, it is rather dark inside. I loved that they had events before Christmas, a Christmas songs performance and visit of Santa Clause.

A good place to get your daily needs and bits and bobs. A decent super market, pharmacy, bakeries , some home decor and clothing stores. Would not recommend if you are looking for retail therapy. The supermarket downstairs is very well stocked albeit a bit expensive.

Very small mall that don’t really offer much in terms of variety and the shops mostly close by 8pm or even earlier during this COVID phase 2 period. The only late opening Easter is Nando’s which closes at 10pm. Brunetti stops food orders by 8pm. There is however a nice large Royal Sporting House with a very good range of gears. Food court is decent and spacious. The crowd being served is rather niche, for those staying in the area.

The food court here has international cusines but limited local delights. Market place has many range of groceries and fresh fruits & veggies. There are nando, Paul cafe, cedele, Starbucks for the hungry ones. If haircut is a necessity, there's one 10 mins cut here.

Staying in Hotel Jen under Singapore Isolation and I can tell you this hotel is rubbish the staff do not care as you are here and cannot leave or go anywhere. The food that is brought to the room is inedible and I have eaten some bad meals but what we have been given is a disgrace. We are going to club together and buy the chef cooking for dummies and cooking basics. Before you arrive in Singapore you have to pay $2000 for you Isolation accommodation and have no clue where they will put you. I drew a very short straw so people do not come to Singapore under these restrictions unless you need a 14 day fast. Then if you do come under normal times I would not stay at this hotel. Forgot to mention no hot water in my room unless you leave water running for 15 minute's

It's definitely one of those up market malls here in Singapore, and along Orchard Road. Things are more expensive, restaurant and shop selection is more pricey, and the experience is more western than local. It's a nice place to hang if you're in the area, for sure. However it's definitely not as convenient as your ION mall or those at Somerset. Only bus, or else you should be driving.

I really like this shopping mall, its very 80's and boutique, not too big also and easy to get too car park. Its more like a outer suburb mall. But it has got everything there, from restaurants, cafe, supermarket, chemist and etc. 😊 shopping 🛍

  • 5/5 Samantha H. 2 years ago on Google
Its centrally located and has everything that you may need while you are out on a trip! I was staying at the Jen hotel so being connected to that was an added advantage. The food court offers a wide variety of cuisines, so you never tire of eating there. There are other great eateries too to try out. They have a huge super mart too, which was an added advantage. This place also has a few interesting shops, i loved the Hera hair salon , some really cool shops they offer.

The mall is spacious and upscale. There is a very well-stocked supermarket, Cold Storage, downstairs, though their prices are on the higher end than other supermarkets, like Fairprice and Giant. The Starbucks is a nice place to chill and work at. There is also a Subway for a quick and healthier bite! The food court sell ridiculously priced hawker foods, so wouldn't recommend eating there if you are on a budget.

It's undergoing renovations currently so lot of shops closed, the Thai food restaurant Patara is really good. It has shops with a lot of European sizes so bigger built people who may have issues finding sizes at bugis at and other stores can shop here

A great little mall located at the edge of Orchard Road area. Anchor tenant is CS Fresh supermarket (Cold Storage). A few eateries. Larger shops include Royal Sporting House with a good variety for all your sportings needs. Ample parking. Newly opened MRT station is less than 100 metres from the entrance. Recommended for a visit if you are nearby.

Visiting from Malaysia & staying at Hotel Jen Tanglin adjacent to this mall. The last time I went to this mall years ago it was so quiet, but apparently the management has turned things around for the better. The foot traffic has improved significantly. Many new and exciting restaurants and eateries are operating in this mall.

Sarai Thai Restaurant at level 3. My review for Sarai Thai wasn’t published hence I upload here:- This place is definitely not worth your time. Made online reservation and was impressed the restaurant actually called twice to confirm reservation and remind you to turn up on the day itself. Ordered the Valentine’s Day set with wine pairing:- -Did not mention what was served for every dishes. -The soup was served followed by fried rice leaving it on another table (see photo). -Done with main course and red wine not served. We had to ask for it and waited for a long time. -We realised that green curry not served after we finished our main. They didn’t even know that. -Piece of fish bone in it. -Server told me they are busy and missed out the green curry and wine. -Asked to speak to person-in-charge, waited for very long. -Asked for the bill and waited so long again. -Service worse than coffeeshop. Food wasn’t even nice to begin with and I have doubts with the reviews especially those with no photos. If you have special occasion or bringing guest to Thai cuisine - this restaurant is not recommended.

Great food and good drinks. The chicken rice dish was imaginably prepared, the naan bread was great but the cocktail list could use some re-working. Overall good spot. Mall location is a little off-putting… doesn’t properly showcase how special the interior is. Also, giant column in the middle of the bar isn’t ideal when trying to sit as a group or get the bartenders attention. Could be a 5-star with a new cocktail list and a slightly better location, but worth a try for sure!

Since young, Tanglin is known for their Grand Christmas decor during Dec. A must go mall for Xmas photos. Latest trip surprises me with many nice decorated shops with merchandise they selling. Featuring Korea foodplace at basement. Its a well renovated mall to shop or dine in :)

As an Expat (foreigner living overseas), this is the shopping centre that we were recommended to try when we started visiting Singapore 30 years ago. When we moved here to live 13 years ago we came here to get groceries. The "grocery" store is Cold Storage which is a chain with locations all over Singapore but we feel that this location has the most choice of all.

Tanglin Mall is unique in having a larger proportion of small businesses of high quality. Mrs E has plenty of choice amongst the floaty dresses, wooden bangles, and replica furniture. All the sorts of thing a woman of her age and ilk should cherish.

It's a high end mall and expensive. But it was close to the hotel and had what I needed. Great grocery store on the bottom floor with wine and liquor. Bring your own bags.

Impressed by this hotel. Clean, modern, and a stone’s throw to the east-west brown line. It was very convenient to get around this beautiful city (side note they are constructing an airport line extending the brown line from the Marina hotel directly to the airport). It wasn’t a hassle to get one large check in, two carry ons with 2 backpack and one shopping bag through the red then transfer to brown line to get to the hotel. The staff has been nothing but amazing. I say a good deal. Adjacent to Tanglin mall- there are eateries and a pharmacy within the mall.

Nice pocket sized mall that caters well for parents and children. Good food and supermarket outlets with nod to sustainability with little farms and scoop for the organic option. Several food and coffee shops to take the weight of your feet and relax.

At a more remote corner of orchard nearer to Holland/botanical gardens, near Jen hotel, the shopping mall has a big cold storage super market.
