Do not get "Scam" by very big and nice Sign Board show "Shopping Centre", you will be very disappointed. Most of the shops at Basement have become the store room. One of the Aunty who work here has the same feeling ..... some units even still not occupied which has been TOP for many years ..... the owner should be make a "huge" loss yearly .....

Basic shopping for small groceries, pet supplies, dry cleaning etc. It's part of a residential complex and I believe more stores are going to open. They also have a couple interesting stores like a drone shop and some salons. Most shops closed during my stay due to the Chinese New year.

a small, tiny mall out of no where behind NUS/NUH. some basement shops are used for storing goods evidently and there are 2 bars too which open till 'quite late' if u know what i mean. upper levels of the building are residential units. there are supposed to have 3 private parking lots but the way to use it is very complicated so park opposite the building is better, especially at night.

Pretty nice and cozy shopping mall with services like shoe repair, key cutting ,auto gate remote,access card duplication, and laundry.There is one cafe serving nice food, like herbal chicken, and other Asian and western delights. Pet grooming shop and pet lovers shop here as well. There is a tailor, accounting service, salon, drone, etc. It is a great mall serving the residents around.

Biggest shopping mall last floor have some food shop playing place for children and many shops

Very clean complex. Cleaner does an excellent job in ensuring the toilets and walkways to be clean and dry.

I don't like this not impressed

A relatively new and quiet mall. As of January 2017 there were lots of vacant units but still a useful pet lovers store, cafe(just closed down), dog grooming shop, hair dressers, florist, dry cleaners, tailoring and adjustments shop, and even a shop selling drones.

Would have been beneficial to have decent sized shop lots so better options are made available

It is much crowded now. There is a Clinic by Doc. Ng, Saloon by Edwina, Tailor shop by Auntie Zhen. If you need interior design, there is a shop call Length and Breath. There is a Sour dough bakery in the building too. They are famous for Banana Chocolate and Sugee cakes.

Most stores are closed. A few operate. It's quiet and nice to just walk about the halls and watch what's around

Not too crowded. still can find a tasty food also.

Great value freehold property to be considered. Superb rental yield in this development with plenty of local amenities and huge pool of tenants avail for rent from surrounding NUS and science park professionals.

Not really sure how this can be called a shopping mall. Only a few stores not even really a proper restaurant

Small and nothing much here. Perhaps the mall is designed just for the community here. Not easy to access and few shops. No crowd. Not sure if the food they serve are fresh

There are many vacant retail shops there, and the mall hardly gets any shoppers, which is a pity considering the location potential is not bad being the only mall around the area. Much prefer the old Village centre before redevelopment where there used to be a Cold Storage store, nice Japanese restaurant, etc...

Don't like at all not a good place to visit

Incredible staff! Amelia, Victoria and Peter were very welcoming! Luca in the kitchen is an amazing cook! Well done! Definitely coming back!
