West Mall is located next to Bukit Batok MRT Station . It is a walkable distance from Bukit Batok Bus Interchange It has many shops and facilities for the neighbourhood. Safe distancing measures are followed and now there is queue to enter the mall . It has many dining establishment and has a supermarket in the basement for residents to purchase daily necessities. Overall an pretty good mall. I visit Vegetarian stall at level 4 food court, Jean Yip salon, Tom & Stephanie and Bangawan Solo cake shop. I saw Value Dollar shop, Guardian,Harway Norman ,Japan Home, Watsons and Subway as well. If I am in that area for work or I plan a meeting, I visit food court at the level 4 Vegetarian food stall. I encourage people to eat greens. There is a Cold Storage at the basement. I loved browsing at XIMI VOGUE, a new Korean shop.

Though not a big mall, I always had the feeling that it has all that is needed. Compact and cozy. There is a lot of bakery outlets. FairPrice is located at the basement. Also the prices are comparatively cheap in the stores. Sorella shop got nice fashion accessories collection. You can purchase bags in affordable prices. There is Popular... there is Library...there are gift shops. Not just inside the mall is entertaining, but there are decent furniture shops located at the exit of Bukit Batok MRT and bus interchange. The Cathay cinemas here screen tamil movies too which is another good reason to visit this mall frequently.

This mall is located about 50steps away from Bukit Batok mrt.It has many restaurants and shopping area.Your information counter is located on the 3rd floor next to the public Library and value dollar shop,be sure to register as a member to qualify redeeming the gifts as you shop. Baby changing room is at B1 next to the restrooms. There is a cinema located at the top floor.It is a pleasant experience

Bukit Batok's shopping mall that provides amenities to the residents. The place comprise of eateries, cinema complex, supermarkets, cafes, fast food restaurants, food court, salons, learning centres, clothing stores, library and etc. It is usually busy with crowds even during off peak hours due to the close proximity to Bukit Batok MRT.

A really convenient shopping mall which is situated just beside the MRT and the bus stops. It’s really convenient as there are many ways to go there. By bus, car or MRT. There are parking lots in the basement, where it extends to a second basement. There is also a Cold Storage there where you could shop for your daily necessities. There are also many restaurants including a Malaysia Boleh there that provides affordable food. There is also a small library for you to rest and read a good book. It is usually crowded during peak hours and weekends but it is overall quit4e a good place to do your daily shopping if you live near here or have a meal here if you’re just passing by here.

One can shop a day here as it has a wide varieties of shop serving ones' needs. Telco like SingTel and M1 is here for your telecommunications need. Lots of food can be found here. Go explore. Quite a happening place and even thought it’s a small mall, it has a cinema, cold storage, supermarket, food court, electronics store, food alley and various clinics and other businesses. There is also a public library there. Strategically located next to Bt Batok MRT and bus interchange. And near to a macdonalds. Most of the major fast food restaurants can be found there. There are also various tuition centers, hair salons etc. Parking is actually a lot and if it’s a weekend where parking is full everywhere, there is a multistory HDB parking next to the mall.

SPECIAL Mall without cashcash top machine. Need to walk all the way to the MRT station. B3 car park lot has a big hole and insufficient lighting making it hard for ppl to notice it, causing my wife to fall and sprain her leg. What's the point of expanding the mall when you cant even provide basic safety and service??

Closest mall to home so we've been coming here for many years. Cold storage in the basement had an excellent selection. There's a Bengawan Solo and Bee Cheng Hiang so good for snacks too. Many restaurants over the years but my kids used to hang out at CBTL and the fast food places. They're currently renovating the car park and I think it's be a lot more elderly friendly after it's done. Easy to park on weekdays and of you're not too late on weekends. There's also HDB parking next door as a backup.

I went there in the morning to run some errands. I wanted to go to Starhub shop but it was not opened yet when I went there around 10+. The internet mentioned that it will open at 11am so I waited and it was still close at 11:15am. A lady from a neighbouring shop told me that it has not been opening even at the start of CB exit phase 2. So it will not open until further notice while M1 and Singtel there were open. Anyway, there is Malaysia Boleh food court there with very yummy penang fried kwe tiao, curry chicken noodle and etc.. There are Popular books shop, Japan Home, Cold Storage supermarket and Singpost office. This mall may not be a big mall but it is good enough for quick shopping and to run errands. If you ever need a cup of fragrant coffee, you may chillax (chill out and relax) at Coffee Bean at level 1 ?

I started with Dr Shane 2 years ago when i experienced pain in my left arm, i could not lift it up and had went to the hospital. I was supposed to do an MRI but i decided against it. The doctor requested i went for neck surgery for my arm but i was against it hence, i decided not to go to hospital anymore. I went on with Dr Shane and with him all the pain i had was gone without needing surgery. At the start of this year, he adviced me to go for walks as exercise so i decided to do it and in 4mths i lost 10kg just by walking and controlling my diet. I am happy and grateful for the advice from Dr Shane, thank you Dr Shane for all the help you had given me.

Really convenient and accessible if you are staying around the areas. It has many shops and restaurants and offers great options for the neighbourhood. Supermarket, photo shops, toys shops .... it's an overall one of the best malls in this area.

Quite a lot of people here and there are a lot more than I ever thought about it and it was a great experience and a great way for you to have a better understanding about what you are looking for in the mall and how much you want to spend your time away with your family and friends.... It's affordable to get your own product in a reasonable way and a great way to enjoy your shopping.

West Mall is a family-friendly neighbourhood mall. Has a supermarket, eateries, shops selling a good range of merchandise and a cinema too.

Since young, I have always come to West Mall. Despite its small size, it really is a comfortable neighbourhood mall and the shops are getting better with Starbucks, Coffee Bean, and many food options available. The disappointing shops are usually the fashion stores but overall I enjoy coming to West Mall as it really has everything - from dentist, to barber to cinema.

My favourite mall in Singapore : A decent, moderately crowded shopping mall. All from Library ( my must visit one)to foodcourt ( go for Mala spicy) conveniently located for easy access. Want to have relaxed shopping, go for it !!!

The mall is a little bit small, and will not be your frequent shopping destination. There is a public library upstairs for some quiet time.

Nice self contained local mall with multiple floors and a multitude of f&b and chain shops - mostly easy to navigate but up and down is one way via the escalators and ensure you stop at the correct (and only open entrance) for trace together etc.

Small HDB pricinct mall but store mix was surprisingly good. Layout logical. No blind spots. No packing hassles- can park at hdb sheltered carpark just across the road. Cheaper too. Food outlets offer good variety and seats.

Cold storage supermarket at basement has wide variety of product. Fresh fruits, fishes, meat n chicken.

My first time to come here since covid. That'll be 18 to 20 months ago. Was recommended to Pot Addiction. It's a bbq store. I come for lunch, it's a 90min buffet where you can go on to order all the dishes on the menu. Only $16.90++ 2 of us went and we ate all the meat you can order. Pork collar, chilli chicken, Bulgogi, Korean rice cake, .......... But I think dinner is more worth it. Alot more dishes. My bill come $37.40 for 2 plus 2 bottle drinks. Give it a try.

I always purchase my eyeliner and nail polish from there and some are cheap and really good esp the gel eyeliner.But since now no more already, I hardly go there unless i got something to purchase.Got some new shops as well. (For example: Dunkin Donuts,Starbucks etc) Other than that, nothing much.

Most amenities can be found there. Wide selections of food available on almost every level. There's a Guardian and Popular bookstore. I shun Dunkin Donut outlet here after my previous purchase as I have seen houseflies hovering on their donuts and after informing one of the staff, she gave me a nonchalant look, impatient for me to place my order and did nothing about it.

If ur in the hood...it's super convenient..run errands...pick up some food ..the post office tucked on the top floor..use the lift if in a hurry..even has a train station...pop into the supermarket ..yes ..still better than Quest which happens to be round the corner.

This Mall used to be more vibrant in the past. Most of the earlier shops are still there though like Harvey Norman, Tom & Steffanie.etc. The food outlets too r same except most are now Halal. Unfortunately as in the past, there is neither Indian food nor Indian veg food available . It is worth a brief visit fr a Weekend afternoon.

From the external look, it resembles an old building, constructed rather extended period before. But inside, the mall displays the similar outfit and decoration similar to those malls, built recently. There are six Ievels of shops serving the customers, but five of them have F&B outlets, restaurants and foodcourt. A busy place frequented by residents in Bukit Batok area. I was one of them when my office was located nearby.

Mid size mall. Foodcourt, cinema, fast food etc. Have all the necessities but not much retail choice compared to bigger malls.

Not sure is a marketing strategy or just costs cutting?? My nephew bought this Chee Cheong Fun as per what was shown on the menu from shop itself. Having in mind that he will receive at least similar quality. But to his surprise, food is not what he expected. I personally think that the store owner should have their menu pictures changed as soon as possible to prevent upsetting customers. Real bad experience with this store.

Super Duper sad that cannot come to West Mall to do my weekly exercise. Due to the studio is going to close. Whenever I come to do exercises I will also will go to claw machine to grab some dolls back home. Really sad that cannot come back to West Mall. THE most expensive car park outside CBD. Was charged $2.70 for staying 30 mins on weekday. Nothing much to see. CS fresh supermarket manned by very slow staff. To add to the slow service self serve counters are 50% open.

West Mall is one of the best yet humble malls in the west. Directly linked to Bukit Batok MRT, it features a high-end supermarket, a Starbucks, a cinema, many electronics stores, and more to fit your needs. One may find the escalators a bit of a hassle since the up and down escalators are located at opposite sides of the atrium. Besides that, I find this mall to satisfy all my needs as a Bukit Batok Resident. If you’re going to West Mall in recent times though, do note that the entrance has been diverted due to construction works.
