    Nothing much in this place except a comic book store, a watch service centre, a salon and a place selling baby items. Very quiet. Toilets are inconveniently located behind the building. Its beside Pat's School House.

    Free parking, got new Cafe and massage place, both quite good.

    No more a shopping mall except 2 showrooms on bottom floor and few offices. It's residential now. No elevator

    Something very wide and varied, great feeling to go shopping, but there are parking spaces. come back next time.

    On top of the stores there are Studio apartments where the owners has taken advantage renting out a single room for 1300 to 1400 SGD. Which doesn't make any sence.

    Owner at ActiveCardGames is quite friendly and prices there are reasonable. Shop has quite a few tables for TCG games and hosts weekly tournaments with balanced prize pool for all participants. Recommended for beginner players who's looking to start playing competitively

👍👍 A really great place with 3 different coffeeshop for your food choices. The popular ones here are the wanton noodles, Lor mee/prawn mee and nasi padang. Long queues can be seen for all 3 stalls, so do come down earlier to avoid disappointment! Food aside, I also uploaded the community cat, fei mao...
