Very old building. Don’t consider driving there. Carpark charges don’t goes according to what is stated. Parked there from 12.40pm till 2.40pm was charged for $9 which it should be only $4

Long-standing little mall that is mainly for tuition & other kid activities. 2 levels of various educational & enrichment spots. Food outlets comprise a Bakery & 2 famous Pizza chains. For wider range of food — nearby Adam Road Food Centre is about 7 minutes walk away.

New outlet, 557 CROWN - Value for money dinner and Alcohol with quite a good selection.

557 Crown serve good and authentic Thai food. Tried their pork belly and oysters. Delicious and fresh. Drinks reasonably priced. Friendly service with smiles. Will be back.

Neighborhood mini mall that now consists of student enrichment centers, hair nail studios, exercise studios and a few F&B outlets situated on the 1st level.

Crown bakery serves up pretty decent coffee and pastries but they are probably the more expensive ones along the row of cafes between Botanical Gardens and Coronation plaza

Best millet and sourdough bread yet inexpensive!

A cozy old building. Has good nice cafe and many enrichment center as well as kids doctor there. Also have salon for your dogs and cats. Now, there's a botanic Garden MRT which makes it easier for you to reach there by public transportation. You need to walk 5-8 minutes from the MRT to reach the location. There is only one driveway for people to drop kids off, or fetch people. So if you are arriving or fetching a taxi, sometimes you feel rushed because the cars behind are waiting.

It is not a shopping mall, all the stores are tuition stores and a few restaurants but the pizza hut is all the way at the back so it is a bit hard to find Overall:🙁

An old dame... Not much facilities, you have to go there for a specific purpose
