Review: 5 July 2013 Fairprice is still having a section of its inner side undergoing renovations . Much of it is already operating well with items displayed Review : 30 April 2023 Ntuc fairprice is operating & also partially close undergoing renovations for a better new look . Review: December 2022 Saw a huge signage of CLEMENTI TOWERS at the entrance of underground carpark to CLEMENTI MALL & began to wonder where could the TOWERS be as all those buildings already have been identified by blocks Review: September 2022 CLEMENTI MALL is CROWDED especially on SUNDAYS with much buzzing activities inside & all around it . Review : June 2022 Clementi Mall is SPH Reit precinct and the Buzz outlets should be well equipped with auto dispensing machine for SPH newspapers . And the magazines displayed for sale too. The crowd prior Covid has returned and all sales resumed with increased prices Review : September 2021 Poor Risk Management : There seems to be NO control on the number of people allowed in the complex during such pandemic times. There should be an equation according to the total complex common space and shops for the safety of all ,at all times .🛑🏢⛔ Such notices should be posted at all entry points. For every shop and for the complex too . Safety should be utmost and such practices are vital during these pandemic times. Good management practices need not necessarily be a directive forced upon as by law but as a guide line and worked to be implemented on the ground. Only building where such is being practiced is at Mustafa Centre after the authorities accused it of over- crowding . It has various entry points but the data is shared systematically, notifying the number of people in the building at that moment. It was in placed much before the pandemic . After my this message posted months earlier, its good to note that the management have woken up and come to some senses . It is in such difficult times only that such initiatives are implemented and applied.

Just dislike this mall, do not find anything interesting. West Coast Plaza is much better, at least it’s not crowded. Even need to walk to 321 to get tickets to a cinema. So unfortunate it is in the Clementi central. Too small and crowded. The shops are the usual ones. Don’t bother to shop in FairPrice. Usually full of people. The food in the foodcourt is so-so. The Japanese restaurant on the first floor is not bad. For those travelling by MRT or bus will like this mall as they are integrated. For those who drive, carpark is small. You need to learn to park at the public carparks nearby.

A suburban mall with stacks of HDB flats, Clementi Towers, on top of it. Very accessible as connected with a bus interchange and Clementi MRT station. You get everything you need here, from McD to Swensen’s, Decathlon, Guardian, Singapore Post, OCBC, Best Denki and FairPrice. While not upmarket, it’s a one stop centre for daily needs. If your needs are not fulfilled, head down to Clementi 448 Market & Food Center just behind.

Decent mall with the necessary amenities for the neighbourhood. It can be very crowded during peak hour in the evening, can enter via lvl 2 from Clementi MRT or level 1. Problem is the entrance/exit can be very narrow at lvl 1 Toast Box, lifts near there as well, i always will avoid walking that stretch.

One of the best place. Big crowds but many outlets for window shopping. Just next to the MRT station. Try to avoid peak hours because the queue to most of the restaurants can be time consuming.

Grab a quick lunch @ Boleh2 Clementi Mall today! Tried the Ayam Bakar set. The blue nasi not really blue, just slightly coloured. There’s Pandan fragrance in the rice. The ayam bakar is much smaller as compared to the one I tasted from Riverside BBQ brand. The “char-flavour” is there and the black kichap sauce is nice. The sambal chilli is just ok, as the belacan flavour is not there. Taufu is a little small. Mara kuching drinks is a bit of too much ice… The $ that I spent for this… I actually felt is not quite for it. I should have tried other dishes with this $$$. However, I will still be coming back for other food!

Personally, as much as this is an extremely convenient location with bus interchanges, housing, shopping mall, MRT, all in one spot, it's really messy. I honestly didn't find the crowd appetizing nor appealing whatsoever, which frustrated me quite a bit being in the area. The mall structure is also a little weird, and not something I'll spend too much time hanging out around unfortunately.

A lot of shops, and while most of the stores are the same as what you would typically see in a normal mall, there's a mall which you could go to (if COVID's not around of course). If you need to find a particular shop, you could go to any shop and ask the cashier, the one I asked was kind to me and gave clear instructions. Overall, an above-average mall, though I would recommend going to the JEM mall a distance away if you could.

What more can I ask for. A decent mall with the a public library, leisure or hobby stores, restaurants, food courts, fast food outlets, a book/stationery store. Well facilitated since the bus interchange is located on the first floor of the same building. If only there's a bowling alley centre, AR/VR playground, LAN shop, karaoke lounge (no spreading of Covid19 please!!!) and more.

Have been waiting for this foodcourt to open. Very crowded at the time I was there cos the Clementi Hawker was closed for washing. Long queue was seen infront popular food stall like Char Kway Tiao, Clay pot Rice, Assam Laksa, Prawn Noodle and drink stall. Food taste very normal.

Super poor customer service that i have ever encounter in a mall. Extremely rude and show customer their unhappy face. Especially the lady name Ayu, challenge me to write and called to their management and compliant about her if I am not happy. How to have a great shopping experience in such kind of mall with such service staff. The guy is even worse, just pull his hand over his head and rest despite there are customer around.

Good first impression :) This neighbourhood mall seems suitable for both local and tourist visits who live in the vicinity 👍🏻👍🏻 With a variety of eateries like Boleh Boleh and Ya Kun, clothing chains like Uniqlo and Decathlon, gadget stores, hair salons, ATMs, a supermarket and other services available, you‘ll feel like you can get anything you need done here 😍 for days on end with more yet to explore

Very accessible and a Amazing shopping centre with everything a good shopping centre should have. (There’s also a playground)

I was just passing through in this instance but I've been here several times. This mall has quite a good mix of businesses, eateries, and a library as well. It is food galore in the basement for take-away and dine-in. Having said all that, I could be describing any other mall in SG right?

  • 3/5 Azman Anju Khan C. 1 year ago on Google
A fairly large mall in the heartlands of clementi, as the name implies. Everything is here - supermarket, convenience stores, bookstores, library, foodcourt, restaurants, etc. Not fancy, and some shops are drabby.

  • 5/5 Ravish M. 9 months ago on Google
Good place to shop, dine and visit library or popular book store. Always busy and you can find everything under one roof. Great food at the basement stalls plus higher levels. Many good restaurants with halal certification for you to enjoy. Always love to drop by at this place and hang around before having my meals to return. I always park at nearby HDB carpark which is cheaper and always available. This place is for everyone and must try.

  • 4/5 Rutuparna K. 1 year ago on Google
It is quite a lively place with a variety of stores of all kinds. There was a stall selling pillows, blankets, etc. with offers on those. There were also cushions with cute designs of dogs, cats, tortoises. and my friend ended up buying the dog cushion which we named 'bhu bhu'.

  • 2/5 Hak C. 1 year ago on Google
An average mall. Some positives and some negatives. Mom is crowded because of interchange and MRT station. A good selection of community mall kind of brands. Negatives: the life has no indication of what is on what floor (see pics). The 4th floor beauty shops are quite predatory and seem to be hounding elderly women to try their services. The S3 Rewards scheme is possibly the most unfriendly scheme. Rather than what modern malls do which is to have users scan receipts, this scheme relied on merchants to validate the purchase. Few shops do so, hence one hardly gets any rewards.

  • 5/5 Daniel M. 9 months ago on Google

  • 4/5 Sean L. 8 months ago on Google
Nice, familiar place with good variety of shops and food options. However, getting around the mall was a little difficult due to the positioning of the escalators and the fewer entry options at places with high traffic.

  • 4/5 Saifu A. 8 months ago on Google
It's a small to medium size mall with more local brand shops and a few international brands like Uniqlo, etc. A few optical, Challenger & Best electronic shops, and a huge number of dining options including Boleh Boleh and basement of food vendors and Fair Price. Conveniently has a public library and a post office on the upper floor. Connected directly to the MRT station and bus transit terminal which is a plus on a rainy day. Of course the Clementi Town Centre outside the mall offers even more options for dining and grocery.
