A neighborhood mall for Balestier area surrounded with well maintained Zhongshan Park beside with beautiful lighting, sitting area and kids play area. Mall is good for food, many eateries are present in the ground floor and a small food court too. Can try multiple options. Fair price for groceries too.

Nice little Mall next to Ramada. Lower ground there is food shops like McDonald’s, Stacks and Subway (All Halal certified), bakery and a Toast Box amongst others. Upstairs is a local supermarket with almost anything you want to purchase at reasonable cost. Star bucks here as well. If you are staying at Ramada you don’t have to pay for buffet breakfast if you fancy a walk to one of these shops for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You will find everything. Breakfast at Ramada is lovely too by the way. Spoilt for choice in 🇸🇬. Apply pay, credit cards 💳 accepted almost everywhere. ✌🏽😋

One of the main good thing about this mall is that the NTUC is located over the whole span of the third floor. Although it's quite small, it's flanked by hotels. Furthermore, there are some restaurants catering to foreigners or those who like a more luxurious environment to eat, a food court, McDonald's and also Starbucks. There is a dental center, tuitions, and many more places to visit. The place has a nice and cool environment and its quite cosy.

The mall was located close to the hotel we stayed and we visited to explore a Mall in Singapore. Not so huge and just spread over 3 floors. There is a food court in the ground floor which offers wide variety of cuisines and a good option if you're staying in nearby hotels. Some of the outlets are McDonald's, Subway, an Indian Restaurant, etc. There is a supermarket as well on top floor and you can visit to buy some local items. You can visit the mall as a small time pass activity too when you want to kill some time.

A small Mall with Days and Ramada hotel inside. One highlight of Zhongshan Mall is its selection of dining options. The food court and restaurants offer a diverse range of cuisines, from local delights to international flavors. I enjoyed trying different dishes and appreciated the variety of dining experiences available. The mall's location in the Balestier area is convenient and easily accessible. It serves as a practical shopping destination for both nearby residents and those passing through the area. The convenience of having a supermarket within the mall is a significant advantage. It's a one-stop spot to shop for groceries and other household items, making it a go-to destination for daily essentials.

Even this a small shops, there's a food court on the first floor and heaps of authentic food to choose from. Before the escalator there's a McDonald's there. Chemist, bread shop and Starbucks outside the building. FairPrice on the second floor which is great to get your needs.

Cosy little mall, good for business meetings or catching up with friends over a coffee. They have the common eateries, fast food, guardian, ntuc and bread talk. Good enough to get household necessities if you want to shop in a quieter mall and do not have to walk around too much. However the aircon isnt that cold, might be a little stuffy at times.

A small traditional shopping mall with new and various stuff and food. Many places for photographing. Temple, nice bar, Starbucks....a nice place to take a short break and grab some food. I stayed in Ramada Hotel, here is very convenient for my daily supplies.

Had lunch at the food court. Had Western set. Fish & chips was really fresh n nice. Also ordered fried rice with chicken cutlet. Quantity is big n reasonable pricing. Top up $1.50 for mushroom soup. Delicious with mushrooms floating in the soup. All of us enjoyed the meal. Will patronise again.

There are several stores including Macdonald and Starbucks. The second floor is fair price. I went grocery shopping at Fair Price. There are moving blocks up to the second floor, and the store is clean, so there is no inconvenience in using it. But the toilet on the first floor was a bit messy.

It's a mall opposite the Goddess of Mercy Temple in Balestiar Road. Ample parking places for car owners going to the temple. There is also a small good court at the mall, including Toastbox and MacDonald. Worshippers can have their meal and drinks here after praying at the temple.

I am only there to do groceries at Fairprice. A good place to go because is not so crowded on a week day afternoon. Only regret is the vegetables are pretty expensive as they come in big packets. Free parking if purchased above $50 but a little inconvenient cos you have to bring your groceries to the security post for redemption if you are alone. Owing to the virus situation, there are only 2 entrances and exits at the Mall

Toy like temperature sensor deployed in a multi million mall. I was at the mall last night to visit a clinic because I've got headache n a little fever. The doctor took my temperature and told me my temperature is 37.5 deg. As I told him I also had been peeing almost every hour,he asked me to do a urine test in which I have to use the mall's toilet. Before gg into the mall I was scanned with toy-like sensor, the reading was 36.6 deg. Imagine that was abt 1.0 deg below my actual body temperature. When came home, I told my family members, my son told me when he was there earlier that day, the scanner didn't register any reading. The staff there told him that his temperature was to low. How can a living walking person have temperature too low for an officially certified scanner unable to scan body temperature???. Imagine if every mall n shopping center were to deploy such scanner, I am not surprised anyone sick or not would b able to enter. I wonder if there is any government body controlling the use, calibration n certification of such devices to b used to the public. Otherwise, home is still the safest place. To those who really want to go into malls for shopping. Good luck!.

Checked the website for free shuttle bus service from Whampoa to Zhongshan mall. Website updated said schedule changed every 20 mins but never said the service has been suspended. Call the hotline and the cust care officer who answered the call was rude. ‘Hello’. Not even greet you. When ask the shuttle still have, she just answered ‘no more’.

Not a big mall. But more of a neighbourhood more. Thus have Mac and quite a number of foodie inside. But zhongshan give me very big grand name feel to the name. But it is not. But they got NTUC., Plus and more :)

It's more of a neighbourhood mall with a NTUC Finess as anchor tenant (please bring your own grocery cart or shopping bag if you do not want to pay 20 cents for plastic bags). A few food outlets and a pathetic food court which did not look like all stalls are open for business. The service at the McDonald's there is not friendly at all! I'm glad there's a Hock Hua there. Have yet to test the quality of food and service at the other outlets in the mall. Hopefully they do better. There are also Toast Box, bubble tea shop, pharmacy and clinics.

Noodle Thai Thai Kitchen at Zhongshan mall is good, I would recommend that. Plenty of seats as compare to MacDonald. Don’t go to the food court as the pricing there is overhyped and the taste is so-so. The Fairprice supermarket is the best I have seen. Wide space for trolley to move around and plenty of variety.

Small nondescript mall at Ramada Hotel. Quite a few eateries at Level 1. Worth mentioning is Stackz cafe, which has a variety of breakfast and set lunch offerings. With Entertainer app 1-for-1, the mains are value for money. Buffalo wings and pancake desserts are good. Enjoyed the blueberry pancakes. Pasta can be given a miss, especially the pesto pasta, which were quite plain and not so well flavoured as if straight out of a bottle of pesto sauce. Coffee prices are reasonable so you can bear with the average roast quality of the coffee beans. Best to reserve a table if you have more than 2 persons.

A smaller scale neighbourhood mall with several eateries and a NTUC hypermart to serve the residents nearby. Ok, the premises are clean and well ventilated. During peak hours for lunch 11am to 2pm, it can be difficult to get seats at some of the eateries. Recommend to come earlier if you can help it.

Last shuttle bus left zhongshan mall before the timing stated on the schedule timetable on 4/1/2022. Last bus supposed to leave at 7.48pm according to the shuttle bus schedule timetable, but no sight since 7.45pm., not even seeing the bus going off at 7.45pm. The shuttle bus is leaving more than 5 mins earlier before the supposed time. Wait till 8.05pm, still no sight of the last shuttle bus.Call the number, and was told that it had already gone. Ended up walking to the bus stop with heavy groceries to head home Please follow the timetable exactly please.

The Vietnamese Pho or beef kuey teow soup @$7/= is undoubtedly reasonable and tasty at Zhong Shan Mall Food Court. I like it.

Next to Ramada Hotel. It could cover most of your requirement during your trip in Singapore. It means there are food court as well as supermarket

Went to NTUC to buy groceries. Unhelpful staff pushed me from staff to staff when I asked for milk 🥛

Very convenient (bus stop at main entrance) and not so crowded. Like the big Ntuc mart upstairs. Ground floor offers cosy casual eateries: 2 Thai restaurants (I prefer the outlet beside hair salon, they serve good Khao Soi & nice set lunches ard $12), McDonald's here has outdoor seating facing Zhongshan park, very breezy. Toast Box +Bread talk for kopi fix. Nearby: Do drop by the small Sun Yat Sen museum behind this mall, its a charming old villa with a cosy garden.

Lovely small shopping mall next to an equally lovely small park. The supermarket on the 2nd floor has reasonable prices and the Korean Cuisine provides by far the best food in the food court on the 1st floor.

Stacksz is a real find in Singapore. The eatery might be small and tucked away next to McDonald's at Zhongsan Mall, but it packs a mighty punch in tasty pancakes. We stayed in the Ramada adjacent to the Mall, so it was a pleasant convenient place for a pancake breakfast, which set us up for most of the day. I contacted them on FB to ask what time they would open the next day as we had a flight to catch, the owner came in early to open up for us! I can't praise these pancakes enough; I haven't had such great pancakes (light and fluffy) since Florida about 10 years ago. Served with maple butter. Yum.

I think it is a good place because there is a FairPrice Finest shop on Level 2 and some restaurants at Level One, but my dad say that the food there sucks and there are lesser options, what do u think? You should go there and find out, I think it is a good place to go and eat. There is also a nice fountain outside of McDonalds and where i say a piece of fried chicken in the fountain too 🤣🤣🤣This is a place that u must go too

Pretty nice mall to hang around (and cool down) if you are in the vicinity. There's NTUC FINEST to get groceries, thai food, bakery, Starbucks and another local coffee place (toastbox) plus other shops you can find on the directory in the mall. Basically this place is not that crowded and noisy which i like plus from my place I can take bus 129 from my place and it stops right at the front of this mall. There's also a shuttle bus Mondays to Fridays from Novena.

Rmi gi e this place a 3 star because it's pretty small. However I think it's purpose is to serve the nearby residence. It has what a Mall needs, NTUC Finest, Medical Hall, Fast Food, Food Court etc. For drivers, parking price is pretty reasonable.
