Stop by to the bakery, a very delicious bread and baked goods! But didnt read that they close at 6pm. Got there at 5.30 and the sourdough already sold out. Better go there in the morning or noon as their bread got sold out fast! Will be back!

Quaint and charming little mall. Many eateries and cafes. Filled with tuition and enrichment Centers. Many high schoolers studying at the 24h macdonalds. There is a BBQ specialist store selling portable bbq grills and accessories. There is also a toy store at level 2 specialising in Lego and other Lego like toys. Parking can be a tad challenging as not much lots available. Both indoor and basement parking available.

Where to start. Serene Centre has been a hangout for me since I was a kid. I remember playing Magic The Gathering every Friday outside Comics Mart and it was very happening during the weekends with tournaments. The McDonald's then was two floors and it was a place for students nearby to hang out and study. Comics Mart closed down and the space was reduced for McDonald's. At that time, there was a video rental shop and I borrowed many VHS movies to watch. The toy shop at level 2 was at its biggest and they also sold cards. When McDonald's was reduced to a single floor, Tierney’s Gourmet took over and they sold many attas stuff. The French Bistro, La Petite Cuisine, expanded from the corner when they have makeshift tables, to a more established shop. I saw Island Creamery do the same, from the same corner shop to a bigger shop around the middle. That corner place is really lucky because I see micro bakery expanding, too. Now, Serene Centre is serving a different crowd. I rarely go up to the 2nd floor.

A small complex at the corner of Bukit Timah Rd and Farrer Rd with a selection of food providers on the first floor - McDonalds, Guzman Y Gomez, Killiney Kopitiam, Ohr Gao Taproom, etc. Upstairs there are a mixture of shops - Decofix DIY Store, a florist, dry cleaning, a few medical providers, etc. It's across the street from Adams Road Food Centre and a short walk from Botanic Garden.

Dinky old neighbourhood mall type of place with 24 hours McDonalds. People still come here for laundry and other chores. Horrible french restaurant in the corner, interesting new cafes from time to time. Medical services on the second floor. Parking is very inconvenient and lot area is very small.

This is one of the few malls in Singapore that has no available toilets for the public. Only if you are a patron of one of the outlets, can you ask them to open the toilet for you. Even then, I had reluctant responses.

Went there for craft beers at Orh Gao Taptoom with friend. It's share same premise with Killiney Kopitiam. Nice place for some casual chat gathering with friend. It's easily accessible as botanic garden mrt station is just right beside. There is another Korean grill meat restaurant beside this little bar and quite popular with youngster as well.

Appears small but has most of the services you actually need plus eateries and a fast food that you can count on! Take note that parking slots get taken up fast during peak hours, but thankful for 15mins grace to exit.

An old and small building that houses a couple restaurants, a pub serving craft beer and a McDonald's. I wouldn't necessarily visit this place unless I'm either visiting the Botanic Gardens or passing by on the way home and wanted to pick up some food.

  • 1/5 Eddie W. 1 year ago on Google
The restrooms are locked automatically at 11pm. Are they waiting for something to happen before they improve this? If an emergency were to happen, and nobody could help because of the locked doors, what are they going to do or say? That they are sorry? Management, are you waiting for something to happen before you react? If reactive management is practiced, then please keep up with the times, or consider replace the management. Safety is number 1. Not your convenience. With this you deserve a 1 star.
