A place with age but poorly managed, the toilet was a nightmare, forget about hand dryers or papers, the smell and the place is seriously disgusting. The escalator feels cranky and makes one wonder if they had been through maintenance. Considering the rental of those popular stores, it felt like the owner doesn't care much. A lot of space is available deal to vacancy, could be because of rental issues or the pandemic itself, making a mall feel empty. Pros: -there's good stores in mall Cons: -poor toilet standards -very bad maintainance -not enough natural light -not clean enough -feels old -mapping and escalator both extremely confusing

Come down to Shi Li Fang ( West Coast Plaza ) before it's too late. The Last Day of Operation is on This Sunday, 14 March. The Reason Why Shi Li Fang Cease Operations is because 1: There are not many People coming to West Coast Plaza to eat the Steamboat. The Only Days the Business is Good are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Monday - Thursday Business is very Bad because there are Too Few People. 2: West Coast Plaza Rental is Increasing. Shi Li Fang Could not Afford the High Rental Price.

Expensive place...expensive food...only a few expensive shops, sometimes they have flash sales selling branded stuff that too quite expensive...the place definitely needs an upgrade. Located in a prime location ,this a great hub for students and office goers...but price wise again expensive...

This burger king joint is a real gem. Thus far, I have never known the place to be crowded. Spacious and airy, this is one BK joint where you can have a stress free enjoyable meal. Insider tip : You can easily reach this BK easily. (The reataurant itself is on the premises of west coast CC). Simply park at the carpark beside the temple/market and walk over. If you happen to be at west coast plaza, just take the sheltered overhead bridge. Ask the staff for discount coupon codes that you can key into the terminal. Saves you a ton of money. Hope u find this review useful. Cheers and enjoy. :)

The last time we were here (many, many years ago) this place was known as Ginza Plaza. Glad we visited again after so long. Unfortunately we see some units closed or boarded up. Hope more tenants will open up here soon

Cozy place to hang out. This place is nostalgic and favourite for many students. A few cafe here with Gloria Jean, Starbucks, Toast Box and Fun Toast. There is a big Cold Storage and Korea mart. Daiso is also newly setup. There are also a few restaurants if you want a quiet place to relax and Makan. Good parking too if you drive. Lots are big and family friendly.

It is not a very crowded mall - so you could do your shopping leisurely. There are two stalls at the eatery that are worth patronising - roast duck noodle and the steam fish/ egg rice set.

The place has been transformed. Kudos to the management. Understand that rental have been hiked astronomically over the last few years. The result = transformation from another sleepy by the way way neighbourhood mall into one worthy of a university town. Bye bye to print shops and Nike. Hello to Challenger and LiHo. Thank you to Puma and Sakuraya and Cold Storage for staying. Yes, finally a mall for the Wild Wild West away from the cluster at Jurong. Update 10 August 2020: 👍The best check-in and temperature team on Singapore. Most courteous, patient and ever cheerful. 👎The most grumpy, unhelpful and ever dismissive Infirmation Counter staffs - yeah all 3 of them. Update 14 December 2020: 👎Infirmation counter still 👎👎👎 😨 more shops have shuttered

A star for the fresh sashimi that we had. Decided to try Fish Mart Sakuraya for dinner. Extensive menu and we took quite a while to select what we wanted and when the food came, it was such a disappointment. Garlic rice was served in a plate and tasted bland. Wasn’t garlic rice supposed to be served in a bowl? Yakitori was cold and I had a hard time chewing. The beef croquette was mushy on the inside and this filing looked gross. Salmon skin was not even crispy at all. Unagi was cold and the sauce was too salty for my liking. And the worst of all was the matcha latte which looked like green bean soup but tasted nothing like matcha latte and it was very diluted. We didn’t finish our meal at all because the food wasn’t even enjoyable to begin with. We will never come back here again.

I haven't been there for 5 years, because I did my LASIK and dont need glasses anymore. However, I did a reading glasses with him that time. This morning, I went back to fix a missing screw. Not only did he replaced the plastic screw but he also replaces both the temples. I insisted on paying but he refused to accept, saying he believes in serving past customers, even though I dont really have much from here. I am grateful for his kindness, esp. in this covid era.

Located at West Coast, it is not as convenient to visit as compared to other malls. However, it is also a blessing in disguise as it is not as packed. There are many schools for kids such as ballet, dance, take, art classes, etc. Many adults will visit the coffee joints here while waiting for their kids. Existing coffees outlet are Starbucks, Toast box, Jalan Kayu Prata and a food court at top level and they are well occupied with little seats left on a lazy weekend afternoon. Gloria Jean coffee is in construction and should be opening soon. There are also a number of restaurant outlet featuring Japanese, Thai, local Zichar, and of course many choices at the food court. For Grocery, there is Cold Storage as well as a Korean Mart. Puma and New balance outlets are stationed here as well but the price is still not attractive to me.

Daiso and Cold Storage are the anchor tenants. Food options are satisfactoy and the mall's crowd is pleasantly small. Good to visit if one is within the West Coast area. Hawker centre is just opposite and linked via a sheltered bridge and walkway.

  • 3/5 Low Soon K. 2 years ago on Google
I like Deiso cos i like socks, bowls and trays for food. There are HK restaurant, Indian prata and Japanese pasteries. The Cold storage, sports shop and many arts and ballets classes are here. Koi and Toast box attracts ppl to have meals and sat for snacks and chitchat.

  • 3/5 Jenny T. 2 years ago on Google
Not many dining options here but there is a hawker centre and many coffeeshops at the HDB blocks. Nevertheless the air con is the mall and visiting the shops esp cold storage with wide aisles and low footfall is enjoyable.

  • 5/5 Edwin S. 2 years ago on Google
West Coast Plaza is connected to the Blk 726 Clementi Market using the overhead pedestrian bridge. A bus stop is also available quite close to the mall. The mall itself has quite a lot of shops, including a large Cold Storage supermarket. The dining options, however, are not so many. Several popular brands include Toast Box, Long John Silvers, and Subway.

Great suburban mall in the West Coast if you are in the area. The retail store mix is not fantastic. Cold Storage is the anchor tenant and has a good selection of supermarket goods. Good mix of eateries on the ground floor and top floor. Sushi Tei and Sakura Mart is available here.

  • 3/5 Marcus G. 5 years ago on Google
Standard cookie cutter suburban mall for people staying nearby. Quiet mall with light crowd. Slightly far from metro, need to take bus. Supermarket for family grocery, nice Japanese supermarket and eatery with restaurants and food court. Dancing and martial art school for kids.

Small quiet 3 storey mall that is not very accessable by metro. However, very close to bus stops. Really not a modern mall, looks like one for those older malls with 90s decor, but come here to get the basic done. I come here for Upin hotpot as it is close and good price. Location: 7/10 Ambient: 6/10

It is a challenge for an infrequent visitors to navigate the different floors. It seem that level 2 is missing. I have to circle round and round as some elevators are going single direction only and one have to walk a long way to get to the elevators and then back on the different level to the intended units

It's an "okay" local area mall, almost never too crowded, being away from MRT.. Not many food options: Hong Kong Xing Wang, a sushi chain restaurant, Prata cafe and a few more. (The food centre on L3 is currently defunct, but there's more food at the market across the road). Retail is basically Cold Storage (friendly helpful staff), Daiso and Japan Home Center. The main draw to the mall is the L2 Starbucks which has recently been remodelled, has friendly staff and has a somewhat open air balcony which has less of a SB music distraction, and less mall noise.

  • 5/5 Heng S. 1 year ago on Google

Besides uploading photos of shops in West Coast plaza. Generally I'll try to give some insights of shops/food worth trying. 1. Shopping for household stuff : Japan Home, Mr DYI, Daiso or even Cold Storage. 2. Food worth trying : Wicket greens for lots of healthy choice and flavours. Curry fish head and set meal from West Coz cafe, salad / bread from Cold Storage Salad counter/Subway. 3. Interesting classes : ILDO Taekwondo Academy, Anytime Fitness Membership 4. Class, Robotics Class. 5. 24hours Exit : "Doors OUT ONLY". From side of middle escalators near Mid floor Christian shop or door beside top floor toilet. From side of Mind Champs. From door besides Sushi Tei. 6. 24 Hours Entrance and exit. Door next to guard house. New addition: 24h Gloria Jeans. Too many tuition centres. Left a few ID shop. 2 bubble tea place, Changge and Liho. Long John Silver. Nice quiet little mall. --- There used to be Nike, Popular, KFC, MacD, YY wonder space, pack arcade, OCBC bank and even coffee bean. All gone to the dust, Kimisawa, prime, shop and save, all did not survive. The 2 food court collapsed too. And there was also a small pipe explosion before Ginza Plaza opened. Prior to West Coast Plaza, it was named Ginza Plaza.

A decent neighbourhood mall in west coast. Foods available here are all good and enough. The mall is pretty quiet which i don't mind considering it's a a neighbourhood mall. there's Starbucks, Little Caesar Pizza, Massage place, printing shops, fast food, supermarket etc.

Worst mall in Singapore. Mall is outdated and dirty, your cleaners are all very lazy. They would purposely lock 60% of the toilet cubicles to make their job easier, not having to clean the them and worst, right now you are having two toilet construction at level 1 and B1. Your cleaners workload has already been reduced and yet still the toilet cubicle doors are purposely locked. What a shame. The battery operated taps for washing hands are always out of batteries. Its like you dont want people to use your water. Why so stingy? If you deprive shoppers of their basic necessities, what about your tenants? Please think of your poor tenants working in the mall all year round.

Your tenant GadgetMix sold me a defective and torn plush toy and refuse to do exchange. The lady at counter was super rude, asked me if I was an adult and if I can see properly before buying. She refused to give me contact of management. Very dishonest as well, at first said got management email then change and say she don’t have. Then she said she got needle to sew for me then again change word and said she cannot find needle and that I have to sew myself. I didn’t even see her looking for the needle. I am going to escalate this one way or another. Refund and exchange policy not written clearly on the receipt as well. Avoid this shop at all cost. Wasted half an hour of my time arguing and arguing. She also kept blaming me for the defect. I will certainly find a way to complain to management.

Was doing my sports barang barang errands@Sports Elements, West Coast Plaza branch, Singapore. Purchased my new ultra light graphite Mizuno badminton racket, Molten beach volleyball, LivPro resistance band, LiveUp skipping rope, stylish One Polar shoe bag (love the cool design so much!) and Impact rose pink ergonomic water bottle at pretty decent prices. When I stepped into this store, I was first of all bowled over by how beautiful, colorful and well organized this big family-friendly store is I can't help but take snapshots of the interior designs and merchandise with Victor, the owner's permission. His staff, Lawrence and him explain so well each item I was selecting to make sure I get what is most suitable for my workouts and sporty lifestyle given my petite frame. They really listened well and made me feel right at home feeling and trying what fits me best. So thoughtful! Pretty welcoming and unforgettable experience! I see families bringing their young kids to try the pretty bikes inside the store freely and I can tell they feel very comfortable being in the store. Who won't?! Very impressed and beyond my expectations what a neighborhood sports store in Singapore is! Highly recommended for their professional customer service!

There isn't really too much here (it is a heartland mall), but there are quite a number of restaurants which is good. Mall is pretty spacious and quiet which is nice. Parking space is aplenty (except during lunchtime on weekdays, does get a bit full as there are lots of offices nearby). There's also the option to park at the HDB carpark beside (which is huge and cheaper) so that is always good (as long not raining).

A very underrated mall! Maybe because i’m someone who does not stay in the West, I love how this mall is so quiet and peaceful, although it’s sad for the businesses, but the vibes there is just so good! Had coffee at Gloria Jean’s, had a regular cappuccino and it was great! love the atmosphere, the music, the seatings, as well as it has power plugs at some seats! Amazing service from the staff too! Then I had dinner at West Co’z Cafe! It was a simple Zi Char (Chinese) Restaurant, family friendly, was there in a group of 5 around 8pm, had many seatings available! Love the beef kway teow, it was simple and the staff was polite too! Sadly didn’t take much photo but trust me, if you are there, check out what I have stated above! Don’t go with high expectations, because I went without and I had the best experience!

Scared by the food delivery's group opposite the taxi drop off point at night time around 9pm The electric bike turn in to the plaza from the main road and suddenly slow down and make a turn to pedestrian way. Coz of too suddenly the driver horn gently to the lady. But the lady stop and start yelling to the driver a short while a guy yell to us too i belive is member of the lady. Is a super bad experience. Mall management please aware. Please be aware who ever is driving and ahead to pick up point there.

West Coast Plaza is a shopping mall located in Singapore. It is situated in the West Coast area, near Clementi and West Coast Park. Please note that the information may have changed since then, so I recommend checking the latest reviews and updates online for the most current information. West Coast Plaza typically offers a variety of shops, dining options, and services. It’s known for its convenience in serving the surrounding residential areas. The mall includes stores from different categories, including fashion, electronics, beauty, and more. Additionally, there are often eateries and cafes where shoppers can grab a meal or a coffee.

🫤 Apart from the shops and bank on the ground level, there is basically nothing much. The building is also not very well maintained with my areas in dire need of repairs or are broken. At the time of my visit, the escalator was out of order.

😐 The clinic looks clean and professional save for this recent unpleasant trip. I went to do a driving licence med ex.  When the staff examined my vision, I said my right eye had a cataract surgery so I could read every letter. I forgot about this being an op when I saw the doctor.  When he asked if...
