I give this place 4 out of 5 stars. It does have the 5 stars potential but it is just that there the crowds are just not getting to this place for 1 reason - Sheng Siong is not too popular among the residences in both Teck Whye and Bukit Panjang but Mindchamps and Mr DIY should be enough to draw in those that prefer a quieter place to spend their money. However, this is definitely the place to go to for a lazy morning, weekday or weekends since it is just not as crowded as nearby Hillion Mall or Bukit Panjang Plaza, where most people prefer. Fun Toast is there with ample tables, Encik Tan, a Bakery with prices that are less than those of the 2 mentioned above. Lastly, the LRT station, Phoenix is convenient enough for most people.

I rushed my daughter into the entrance of this mall to look for NUH Chilfren's clinic. This mall entrance is from the overhead bridge connected from BB policlinic. The security officer at the information counter didn't even look as I was approaching him for 3 times! What kind of security officer who sits at the information counter who doesn't even wants to look up at the person who is calling him for few minutes. Then I just walked away to find my way. This clinic is right inside at the other corner. Not sure why this security officer behaved so badly maybe he is racist? Such a bad attitude!

Really miss the BP14 Ten Mile Junction LRT Station. Here are some pictures of the currently closed LRT Station as of December 2021.

Kindly consider making some changes to this mall. It fails to meet the expectations of everyone, to be honest. Renovation and improvement should be taken into account for Junction 10. Why, you may ask? Well, with the upcoming BTO, it is imperative and serious for Junction 10 management to swiftly address the reasons behind its lack of appeal and current shortcomings. To consider Popular shop, Food court, Bakery home things etc which are not available in Hillion and Bukit Panjang Plaza. So that it can encourage CCK residents to travel three shops as well. And hope Junction 10 can consider the tunnel link to Hillion and BPP - as it is my suggestion. :-) Keep the Junction 10 be more useful, the money can come in! I hope the management should not waste this small mall since BTO upcoming soon!

Nothing much here. Diy/shengsiong and few restaurants. But what i find most unpleasant is,after working full time here personally for nearly 2 yrs. Not once i saw the female toilet being washed. Just sweep. Spot mop and when theres poop, the so call "cleaner" spot wash/wipe the bowl with some residue being left behind. Even texting the "numbers" at the toilet wall does not help. Bring ur own wet wipes.unimaginable germs on toilet.

The complex does not have many shops. It has a big Sheng Siong. There are number of restaurants and small shops.

Be careful. This mall clamps your car within minutes if you make a mistake with your parking. I parked at side of the building because the small carpark at the side of the building was full. I'm still paying for parking and my car doesn't obstruct or block anyone. They clamped my car within minutes while i picked up my daughter from childcare. Demanded $200 to release it. Shameful behaviour. Is that any difference from extortion?

Junction 10 is a shopping mall located in the Bukit Panjang area of Singapore. While the mall doesn't have a wide variety of dining options, there are a few food places that are worth trying. One of the most popular food places in Junction 10 is Prata Wala, a halal-certified Indian restaurant that serves delicious and affordable prata, briyani, and other Indian specialties. The restaurant has a casual and cozy atmosphere, and the staff are friendly and efficient. Another great food place in Junction 10 is McDonald's, which offers fast food favorites such as burgers, fries, and milkshakes. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, and the service is usually fast and efficient. Overall, Junction 10 is a good place to go if you're looking for a quick and casual dining experience. While the food options may be limited, the quality of the food and the atmosphere of the mall make it a great place to hang out and enjoy a meal with friends or family.

Went to the NUH children's clinic. Have to admit, as a parent, this clinic was a godsend. It is open 7 days a week and although the wait is long (average 1 - 2 hours waiting time), its better than having no childrens' clinics open and the care provided at the clinic was assuring to the child as well.

Many enrichment/ educational centres with some okay food places. 😖 Very poor 4G reception for Circles life.

I like the Sheng Siong outlet there. It is one of the better ones. You can get most of your items there. Oh, there are many halal eateries too

Big Sheng Siong Supermarket. A few eateries such as Captain Kim Hot Pot, West Coast Cafe, Liho, Encik Tan, Springleaf Prata, Fatburger & a few more. 2nd floor dedicated to tuition center & music school

  • 4/5 D. Y. 8 months ago on Google
Varieties of food restaurant available (Chinese, mookata, hotpot, burgers, noodles and etc). There's also a supermarket (ShengSiong) which have good choices of brands available. Not so much on shopping. There's a DIY store, and handful of little shops here and there. It is easily accessible thorough the link walk underground from Bukit Panjang MRT

A family place - many enrichment schools for children. Several eating places that seem average. There is a supermarket where one may shop after dropping the kids off for tuition / enrichment classes.

This mall has improved quite alot over the years. Plenty of enrichment centres, eateries and best of all, Sheng Siong and DIY is there. Projects near Junction are "The Arden", "The Myst".

A very simple mall. Clean and decent. My gripe is with the 1st floor male bathroom. It was like a maze. As I was exiting, I saw an elderly man walk straight into the female washroom where I heard an auntie scolding him. Could help with some guidance there

There is a Sheng Siong in Level 1 , DIY, and few tuition centres. There is a Gym in level 2 and Osias music academy.

Like coming to shop at Sheng Siong Supermarket especially in the morning when they open around 7am. The only reason I come here. Not crowded at these time and carry alot of items here.

  • 3/5 zkzn 0. 1 year ago on Google
Reasonably priced and above average food but seems understaffed even when the place wasn't crowded.. Service was quite slow and they missed out on 1 of our orders.

There is a small Springleaf Prata Outlet. It's wired operational process because you need to self-service the curry but the moment I finished the egg roti prata the plate was cleared in lightning speed. BTW, I was in a state of confusion am I eating thin crust egg roti prata??

Nothing special, if not for the few food options this is pretty much a dead "mall" but come here if you have groceries to get as there is a Sheng Siong supermarket

  • 4/5 Elaine Tan Property Agent P. 1 year ago on Google
Small 2 storey mall compared to Hillion Mall across the street with more offerings. But Junction 10 has the basics ie. supermarket (Sheng Shiong), bakery, cafe (Fun Toast, Encik Tan), baby clinic, enrichment centre.

  • 3/5 Fred C. 3 years ago on Google
Really small 2-level shopping place with ShengSiong supermarket as the anchor tenant. Have several F&B outlets and enrichment centres.

  • 4/5 shannon t. 1 year ago on Google
not an ideal place for breakfast earlier than 9am. You’ve got two choices(anyone got the twice reference?), a wanton noodle shop that opens at 830 and a coffee shop right next to it. There are many enrichment facilities like tuition centres, art and music lessons and a daycare for young kids. There’s a sheng shiong for groceries and decent number of lunch and dinner places. (not so impressive korean bbq and a mookata) There are other bigger malls just a short walk away, you should go there for lunch and dinner instead.

Although it's has decent numbers of food outlets & sheng siong...ATM machine isn't one of them. They removed it, quite some time back. Not a place to be when you urgently need to withdraw cash...And the guy@ the information counter was giving one word answers when asked abt the ATM.

Not a big mall and the units on the 2nd level were mainly enrichment centers. There are a few eateries on 1st level as well as Sheng Siong supermarket.

  • 4/5 Billy 1 year ago on Google
Very easy to navigate. Have good variety of good choices. They also have Mr DIY shop here which offers cheap items similar to Daiso. Come visit and spend about 2hrs for a walk. They also have Sheng Siong here for your CNY goodies too.

Known as a ghost town/dead mall within the vicinity, it still houses a decent variety of shops, such as Shi Li Fang, Siam Square Mookata and a rather large Sheng Shiong. Filled to the brim with tuition centres as well. This may be surprising, but Junction 10’s toilets are seriously up there as part of the higher echelon of toilets. They’re clean, quiet and always stocked with toilet paper. Truly a perfect toilet.

👍👍 Stumbled upon this corner shop while cycling in Choa Chu Kang. The Mee Siam was really nice and though the centre was under renovations it was still clean and airy. Love exploring quaint corners in SG and discovering nice cosy places for makan. Do pop by if you are in the hood!

👍👍 Think this is a newly opened stall at L1 of this neighbourhood shopping centre. Good price and good food. Nothing more to ask for except maybe more seats which probably restricted by shop size. Would say a hidden gem in the west. Will be back to try other dishes.
