Amazing place! Lots of bicycles to choose from. Definitely more choices than the one at Ubi. Staff is friendly and ready to help!

No public carpark available in the building. Extremely difficult to get parking space by the road as the lots are very limited.

Good set up full of bikes but service was so bad won't recommend this place at all, will avoid totally especially after sales service can't imagine going back there again.

They are the worst in Singapore from my experience. Not only for service, they will happily sell you a bike but the after sales is very poor. They advertise an email for help, I have been messaging for 9 months + and they have never replied!!!! I cannot understand why they are still in business.

They were not very enthusiastic or helpful. Because we weren't looking for a high ticket bicycle, they offered only minimal assistance. We asked about a hybrid bike, the helper simply pointed to the stairs and said "downstairs". When he finally came down, when asked if the have a Specialized bike this size, he replied, "You'll have to order that online." And walked away. Specialized bikes are in their website, but they have no interest in selling them, or even helping.

Tay junction is one of the most bikes I ever came across. Personally, I think the prices range are also affordable depending on what specs ,price and budget. Furthermore it's a friendly and easy to reached. Just walking distance away from mrt
