A nice and fairly large neighborhood mall that is conveniently located just in front of the Choa Chu Kang mrt station. They have most of the amenities here. Fairprice supermarket at B1, Foodcourt at L4, national library at L4 & L5, Shaw Cineplex at L5 & L6. There are also plenty of other F&B dining outlets and retail stores. Overall, it serves a very convenient place for the residents living at CCK.

Dear CapitaLand, the escalators in the mall is forever under maintenance and servicing, over the past 1 to 2 years. Something is really very wrong here. Please do something about it in order not to cause continuous inconvenience to shoppers. I am here every week for some reason and it is really getting very frustrating.

There is a good variety of stores here. Not much fnb options but it's definitely sufficient for a neighborhood mall setting. Good for families as there are some outlets suitable, such as libraries at level 4 and 5. There is also uob bank at level 3, which is very good in my point of view so that customers do not have to bear the weather unpredictability. Do note the other banks in CCK area are located externally not within a mall. There is also a small courts outlet located here.

Lot One Shoppers' Mall in Choa Chu Kang, Singapore, provides a localized and community-centric shopping experience. While not as expansive as some of the city's larger malls, Lot One has a distinct charm that resonates with the neighborhood it serves. The mall's layout is straightforward, making navigation easy for shoppers. It houses a mix of essential services, fashion outlets, and dining options, catering to the diverse needs of residents. Lot One's emphasis on convenience is evident, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and a range of everyday stores readily accessible. The mall's central atrium often hosts community events and performances, fostering a sense of local engagement. Its spacious food court offers a variety of affordable dining choices, showcasing the rich culinary diversity of Singapore. The inclusion of a rooftop garden adds a touch of greenery, providing a serene space for visitors to relax. While not a destination for extravagant shopping sprees, Lot One Shoppers' Mall excels in being a neighborhood hub that prioritizes accessibility and community connections. It's a go-to place for residents to run errands, grab a quick bite, and engage in local events, making it an integral part of the Choa Chu Kang community.

Was there for dinner at the newly renovated food court - Food Junction at Lot One Mall. The food court is brighter now and have many stalls ( refer to photos), more seat available and therefore more choices of food. I ate the sliced grouper fish soup bee hoon and it was tasty and the sliced fish is quite thick. The usual price for the fish soup + bee hoon is $7/- but now it cost $6.40 due to the 15% discount during the promotion period from 1 Aug to 20 Aug '22.

Nice and compact mall. Lots of common shops made smaller to fit into the shop. Personally enjoy the ambience at the food court upstairs as it is quite quiet. Easy to locate, right beside Chua Chu Kang MRT. This place is truly a hidden gem. Direct buses like 974, 975, and 172 pass by the area. For the westies.

Alight from Choa Chu Kang MRT along the red MRT line and it's located right beside the station. This heartland mall is conveniently located between HDBs, a condominium, a bus interchange and 5 mins away from a nature park. Right at the entrance, there is a Macdonalds and on the other entrance, you can find 吃茶三千. Level 1 has a few jewelery shops, Coffee Bean cafe, a western grill restaurant and the entrance to BHG. Level 2 has a Popular bookstore, Bata shoe shop, a thai restaurant and saloons. Level 3 is where Sushiro restaurant is located. Level 4 has a halal food court and a National Library. Basement 1 has tons of eateries like Crave Nasi Lemak, Dian Xiao Er, KFC etc.

There’s a decent range of dining and clothing outlets and at least 4 bubble tea outlets. There’s the basic mcdonald’s and a newly upgraded food court that is worth to checkout, but really crowded when I last visited it. There’s a library, cinema and a water park that does not seem to be opening.

Was at food junction, level 4, lot 1, today for my family lunch. There were many hawkers to choose from in terms of food variety but overall the food is pricey. Is it because it is newly renovated or opened i don't know. Not intending to be a regular patron due to high pricing. Beef noodle costs $9 a bowl. Unaffordable on regular basis - is it orchard road pricing?

11 April'22 I bought n printed a white collared t-shirt that cost me S$23.90. Then on 13 Dec'22 I wore the collared t-shirt and asked your staff to print for the same price of $23.90. I asked whether she had other colours for me to choose. Then she showed me from the book the diff colours. I chose grey. She deceived me by writing that I ordered a round neck t-shift at $23.90. (I dont buy or wear round neck t-shirt). On 25 Dec I went to collect my t-shirt n was shocked tt she insisted that I had ordered a round neck t-shirt which was of a poor quality n cheaper look. Since it was Christmas Day, I wished not to have a dispute. The next day I went there to seek apology from your staff. She insisted that I had ordered a round neck t-shirt. She refused to apologise n even challenge me to assault her. Not wanting to escalate the issue, I advised her but she injected with a loud voice that she didnt need advice. Sorry to say that I lost control of myself n shouted back at her. Pls educate your staff not to take advantage of an old man.I am 76 y. O. Thank you n hv a blessed day. I am a retired pastor.

One of the worst shopping mall in Singapore. There is literally little to almost no air conditioning at the entire basement level. The travellators from carpark to basement has been faulty for months so shoppers either wait for the slow elevator or hike up the slope (aka travellator). There used to be 2 travellators, one up and one down. For months, they shut down both travellators, and only made 1 travellator lane accessible for shoppers to walk up or down between carpark to basement level.

Prior to CNY, the atrium is full of make shift stalls selling new year item. Today is the 3rd day of the new year. Business is back almost full force. The latest store to populate the shopping centre is Uniqlo, which replace BHG on the 2nd floor and Cotton On on the first floor. People are now coming in filling up the atmosphere. A good place to chill, especially at Coffee Bean for coffee or latte, whichever your preference or Mcdonald. Or if you feel lucky, drop in Singapore Sweep and try your luck.

This mall has many food outlets. It is currently undergoing upgrading which cause a lot of stores to be closed to make way for the upgrade. The elevators are currently undergoing upgrading too. This leads to only one elevator serving the entire mall. The fourth and fifth level of the mall is cordoned off for the upgrade. This makes the mall feel very empty and lacking in amenities that a mall of this size should have. The mall is not too bad and has many food and clothes outlet in the mall. The lack of elevators serving the visitors means that almost all trips needs to be done by escalators. There is a NTUC outlet at the basement of the mall and is near to the bus interchange and the MRT. This makes the mall very accessible to the residents in the choa chu kang neighbourhood. Overall, a good mall that is undergoing upgrading to make it a better mall.

Been centralised located in the location but limited choices. Hillion and BPP seems more choice than this. But library and movie theatre is the plus point for lot1 apart from transport. Can consider visit once in a while to escape the crowd from other big malls

A real gem nestled in a heartland neighbourhood especially for those who want plenty of halal food offerings. The choices at the wonderful foodcourt at the upper level alone is plentiful. Even during the lull hours elsewhere during the week day surprisingly it is bustling with life and activities. Without the manic crowd.

Hi I would like to ask for better service in the new food court. I feel like the service is quite slow and inefficient. Even to get a small order it would take 20+ minutes. Food was also not very worth for it to take that long. But overall the renovation design is cool 🙂👍🏻

I was a bit sceptical because it looks small from the outside. This mall has a library at the top and a big kids section with an outdoor play area!. Large selection of book too. Large food court and also a good sized popular bookstore. Quite a few good shopping options here. Other f and b available here too. Save a trip into town for larger malls… come here

A go-to place located in the central of Choa Chu Kang, this place has almost all the classic fast food outlets like Mcdonalds, KFC, Subway, Old Chang Kee, Stuff'd and there is also a Burger King across the road. There are also multiple food courts scattered around these area for you to indulge to whatever you crave. There's also the new SAFRA located at just a stone's throw away if you're looki g for more. Shopping-wise, it's quite average. You can still find some decent clothes and shoes for you and your family.

Like to come here because this mall has one of the best nursing room. Very clean and comfy for breast feeding.

One of my go to places. Its not too big, but serves our needs just nice. Bus exchange and MRT station are jyst few steps away. McDonalds here can be quite crowded but we love the crowd in this area.

For a suburban mall it’s got a good selection of food, clothes, jewellery, electronic items, household appliances etc. The newly revamped library is awesome. Do check it out.

Lots of space to walk around. Food places, some basic shopping. The air conditioning does need some maintenance as the temperature can get warm inside when it gets crowded.

Nice old mall with easy-to-understand layout aside from the basement. Since there are limited ways to access the basement, it can get rather difficult to enter and exit the basement during busy hours or when one option is down for maintenance.

One of my Favourite hunting grounds because it’s my home town! Let’s hope the Mall will continue to evolve and develop its amenities.

Pathetic, old and lousy shopping mall … yet it’s always very crowded. Wouldn’t even set foot at this place if I’m not scheduled to be on duty at CCK. Kept having issues with the eateries here … from the quality of food to the staff’s attitude 🙄 Really a pathetic place

Same old formula with all shopping centres. If you go to this, the lure factor is the Shaw theatres and your Safra membership with a daily buy-1 get-1 free movie ticket deal for first 300 pax daily. Or simply a $2 off each ticket. This place also has Popular, Ajisen Ramen and offers more of the same.

It had many different shops with all the things you need the food court was also great with many different choices and the library was very quiet the perfect place to read and study so in my pov I think it was a great place to have went though one thing I would like to be improved is the rooftop area as it is a large area but barely has anything there I do see difficulty as part of the library is there but I do hope changes can be made
