Tampines area are popular to peoples because there are 3 shopping centre: Tampines One, Century Square and Tampines Mall. The most popular I went is Tampines Mall because there are shops which are my preference, good foods area and alot of fast foods. Century Square and Tampines One also have alots foods and restaurant. Near to Tampines Interchange and Tampines Blue Line MRT and East West Line

This mall has lot of restaurants, food court to fast food eateries that will definitely meet your financial budget. Recently we tried the food at 'The Hainan Story' and ordered three dishes and two cups of hot tea, in total we paid $36.20 nett. Even though I am not a true fan of lamb dish, but I personally found their Ah Lor claypot Hainanese lamb stew tasty and good. The meat was tender and the soup was favourful. Another dish, Egg Fried Hainanese Chicken rice with fried chicken cutlet. The generous portion of fried rice can serve 1-2 persons. I preferred their grainy firmed fried rice texture. However I found the breading crust coating the chicken cutlet too hard and dried. As for their Mama Wee Hainanese Curry rice with 'Kou Rou' (means stewed belly meat). Included in the dish, you can select two more side dishes; egg and stew vegetable. I gave my two thumb up score for the stewed meat and veggies.😋

I recently visited Tampines Mall, and it was a fantastic experience! The mall has a great layout, with spacious corridors and plenty of natural light, making it a comfortable place to shop and hang out. The stores are well-curated, offering a great selection of fashion, electronics, and home goods. The food court is also excellent, with a wide variety of local and international cuisine to choose from. The mall is also equipped with modern facilities such as elevators and escalators, making it easy to navigate.

The most crowded of the 3 malls located at Tampines mrt station. Maybe it is the large Kopitiam food court that draws quite a bit of the crowd here.

A heartland mall which is an integrated transport hub. Hillion is located opposite Bukit Panjang Plaza. Connecting from Bukit Panjang MRT station, it also has a residential apartments right above it. Basement 1 is the floor with street foods, restaurants and a NTUC. Ground level has a outdoor podium, Mcdonalds, Saizeriya, Coffee Bean and Yole at one of the entrances. Walking to the end will bring you to Best Denki. Beside it is an escalator that will bring you to level 2 and bigger restaurants like Sushi Express, Dian Xiao Er and Aone Claypot. Level 2 is where there is a Seoul Street where the food here aren't really Seoul nor much options. The only Seoulish restaurant is a Korean family restaurant. Right next to it is the integrated bus interchange. Heading up is a Kopitiam, 幸福堂 and tuition centers. Pretty adequate place for all that you need to look for. During this Covid19, passageways are blocked for one way entry and exit while ensuring everyone checks in and scanned for temperature.

Went here to buy gifts and noticed that new shops have opened. Checked some of it but bought only the necessary ones💸 The mall opened around 10am but mostly the stores inside by 11am. Additional info: Free masks collection ongoing (Aug 26-Sept 26) and available here located on 2nd floor, just need to present utility bill either paper/phone copy.

Slightly crowded most days I visited. It's not bad but it's definitely really overwhelming with the unstoppable horde of peons that crowd and line the stores at every corner. Sometimes, it can get a little claustrophobic at times.. especially if you're looking at the queues and lines of people that thong the escalator in a long, snaking queues up each and every floors.

Actually, it's not a big place. But having this Japanese restaurant and kopitiam are not bad. Isetanat shopping is also quite alright. Strange thing is that now it's GSS, but not many shops are participating.

Fantastic place with lots of shops and a cinema to boot. It's near 2 other shopping malls as well if the shopping wasn't enough. Tampines Hub is just a 10 min walk as well if even more shops (who knew?) alongside a library, soccer field and much more

Liked this place. Can find national brands that you wanted here without going orchid. Can walk around from Tempiness centric to Tempiness 1 where MRT station. There is shuttle to IKEA at the Tempiness MRT. Kids enjoyed Pokemon gaole game and Toy R us. There are Korean restaurants as well. Only cash, ‘pay now’ and Nets are able to be paid at yang xiao xien mango ice. It was frustrating since credit visa wasn’t working for payment.

Really just went here to buy stuff at LAC Tampines Mall. The mall is quite familiar to me as I often come here years ago. There's a lot to shop here and quite convenient just 200 meters away from Tampines MRT. If you ever come to Tampines, make sure you come here and give it a visit, for entertainment, shopping and food shops here. There's Pasar Malam here just outside the mall when I came here 1st week November 2023 so I decided to try foods outside. Overall. Tampines mall is a nice place to visit on the East side of Singapore.

The SafeEntry procedure into the mall was poor managed. Those scan and checked in also have to walk through long chain of empty queues before allowing to enter the mall. A great wasted of over 3 mins walk for nothing.

It has a variety of shops here including a NTUC at the basement. The foodcourt is located at top level next to a sheltered outdoor play area with a drinking fountain nearby. The stage next to the play area is available for booking to hold private functions. During COVID-19 CB, entry to the shopping mall is next to McDonald's, or the entrance nearest to MRT exit.

I visited here 1 week ago, this place was a suburban shopping mall located at Tampines Central 5 in Tampines. There were provides a varied mix of shopping, dining and entertainment options to meet the needs is of middle-income consumers living and working around the bustling regional centre. I enjoyed being here and gives myself lots of aspiring day to buy new shopping needs as well as my family too! 🛍️🏪

Tampines Mall Food Court is very expensive after renovation. Tea at $1.90 and Hawker Chan chicken rice at $8/- are too expensive for a kopitiam. Can you imagine all the food Courts are getting expensive especially after the renovation. I wonder how a low paying staff going to eat ??? Singapore will become a place for rich and above average people. They don't seem to care, just keep paying according to the demands. Is the society going in this manner???????? Please have some thoughts for the poor and average people. Thank you for your attention and all the feedback. Do have 💛 heart ❤ for the people concerned ??????????

Lots of eateries at level B2, unfortunately, most of the food stalls offered take away only. Ground level restaurant is better, lots of variety to choose from, oriental or western foods. I have visited Dian Xiao Er, roasted duck is a must to order. Kopitiam food court is at level 2, I like their desserts 🍮. If you don’t mind to paid a little more, Hillion mall is really a food paradise. I also eat at the bus interchange canteen. Surely I will return to explore for more.

A KOPITIAM that you can choose a number of food varieties from for lunch or dinner, i will go there for the western stall. If you want atas one also have, genki sushi is newly opened in the house... and many more, explore for yourself.

It's good that they have improved the control at the entrances to ensure crowd control and safeentry. Inside is quite well spaced. The upper floor corridors are a bit too narrow with kiosks but manageable. Inside, the main escalator going up for Lvl 1 is the only one there so people have to walk up the escalator if the other one is broken, which can be dangerous.

Very crowded shopping mall that served Tampines resident. Has decathlon, Uniqlo and major brands in this mall. It is located just next to the MRT station. Very easy to find.

It's like other malls in Singapore, complete with the usual types of stores and eateries. But on a Sat during the year end school holidays, there's visibly larger crowd. Nice feeling to see many people in the mall in this festive season and many people are visibly in cheerful mood. A pleasant visit for me who live in the western part of the country.

Has a bit of everything for affordable prices. Great for families, groups of friends or just by yourself, to enjoy the shopping, Cafes, gaming, restaurants, gym, and even a picnic area outside the mall. If you want a quiet place, better pick a time during the week in non-rush hours.

Like the overall wide range of shop types to meet different needs. The addition of escalators for upper floors really help human traffic as well as circulation of patrons to those other shops. Big carpark capacity helps too. It may be more ideal to have standing areas to allow quick meals for those who buy from eatery stalls at basement.

Tampines mall has gone through multiple changes over the years since the first time I shopped there, which was >10 years ago. I have to admit, I like the older layout, but the current one is fine. I hope they don't butcher the layout of the mall like what has happened to Century Square. R.I.P. Superior Century Square.

  • 4/5 Ram R. 1 year ago on Google
Its a good place to shop as its got lots of snack stalls at the basement, food court on level 4 and a cinema too. There's also a music instrument shop and departmental store in between the other levels. McDonald's is on the ground floor, facing the train station.

Today I read an article about the rudeness of the boutique staff and it has gone viral as far as Malaysia and other Asian countries. Please teach your staff to be polite to anyone, especially the elderly. Maybe your boutique is desperate just need people money and make sales so you forget to teach your staff manners! The manager you appoint will destroy your business because he/she overstates it as if the boutique belongs to him/her! Very shameful and disgusting treatment!

Level 4 femaletoilet had a cockroach looking bug. Disgusted. Please take action. Seems to be a problem in the toilet as I see dead ones on the floor too. Picture was taken on Sunday, 25 Dec 10.40am

Despite the large crowds forbeing Chinese news years, there were lots of shops that can cater and entertain people for a couple hours. Decent food/chain places were nice and it has variety to the overall area.

One of the three malls near Tampines MRT. Not a lot of stores. Place is small and crowded during weekends. It has cinema on top level. Overall, nice place for meet up and shopping.

Whatever you need, you can get at Tampines mall. Toys, groceries(though the queues can be frankly ridiculous), snacks, quick bites, electronics, music equipment & movies are just slme of the things available here. Mall can feel a little cramped and some of the shop layouts leave plenty to be desired. Happily, this mall doesn't really show it's age. It's been pretty well maintained & thankfully it's facilities are in always in good repair. Parking is a pain during peak hours but the mall is easily accessible via taxi, mrt & bus too.

It's a lovely and very big mall. Amazing place for shopping lovers. Lots of options to eat as well. Vegetarian options are also there. Various grocery and food marts are also available along with clothing stores and electronic stores. Must check out when you visit Singapore. Connectivity is good too. Always hustling with people.

Came here for jewellery shopping. Lots of jewellery shops from all the brands. Taka offers the cheapest diamonds in comparison. As usual parking space is almost always limited at peak areas. But do note that the turning lane to the carpark if really tight. You literally have to make a u turn to enter.

Highly crowded. It's always crowded irrespective of which day you visit it. However it is cleanly maintened... Lots of restaurant to choose from and shopping can also be done. You can find all the variety to shop. Easily accessible by MRT and bus.

One of the favorite mall in sg. There are a lot of shops here. There is even a Toys R Us. The mall has been upgraded and renovated a few times so as to keep it updated. Basement level are more with food shops and groceries. The mall is just opposite of Tampines Mrt. There is a nursery toilet available too. Wheelchair accessible too. Can be quite crowded over the weekends.

the fact that when doing escalator repair work , they dont turn off the “working escalator” so that people can go up and down the escalator easily. instead they leave one running for customers to go up and block off the other one completely. this is not the first time this happened. do you not know how inconvenient it is for people to have to walk around the other side of the mall just to use the other set of escalators ?? just turn off the escalator temporarily so that people can go up and down. the lifts wont be too crowded as well.
