My recent visit to Eastpoint Mall in Singapore was a mixed experience. The mall, situated in the heart of Simei, boasts a decent selection of stores and dining options. The positive aspect was the clean and well-maintained environment, creating a pleasant shopping atmosphere. The service at some stores was friendly and helpful, particularly at the electronics store where the staff provided insightful information about products. However, the negative aspect was the limited diversity of stores, making the overall shopping experience somewhat repetitive. Additionally, the food court, while offering a variety of options, could benefit from a more extensive selection. The malls also include Starbucks, KFC, and Din Tai Fung, On the positive side, the mall's location near Simei MRT station adds to its accessibility. Despite some drawbacks, Eastpoint Mall serves as a convenient spot for essentials and casual shopping.

This mall center of attraction of Simei and have all necessary facilities. Mall maintains Its cleanliness and consistently low crowded, here you find enough choice of food, halal food court, money changer and Fair price. This place is convenient from bus and Simei MRT. Ground Floor KFC have enough seats to sit and spent your time specially in evening.

Lots of restaurants offering many types of cuisine to choose from. There's also a 24 hour Japanese ramen restaurant at an affordable price. A nice food court is on the fourth floor with a good selection of food. And on the fifth floor there's an NTUC supermarket that's open till late.

Just visited again Eastpoint Mall today with my wife. It has a big NTUC on level 5 and food court on level 4. There are very nice food at this food court. Should check it out if nearby. Lots of other shops here too like Japan Home, Value Shop, Courts and other F&B. You can easily get your necessities here including household and electrical stuffs. And it’s right beside Simei MRT Station make the mall location more ideal than others.

Frasers Property’s Eastpoint Mall is a modern suburban mall that caters to the local community. Connected to the Simei MRT, it meets the daily needs of everyone. Restaurants and cafes include Starbucks, McD, KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King and Toast Box while you have FairPrice, Daiso, Courts and Challenger for your other needs for your home.

There are birds inside the mall very often. The nearby carpark gantry is also faulty regularly resulting in long queue of cars exiting the carpark.

Been visiting East Point mall for quite some time. Today just arrived at 5.10pm, Due to the hot weather just popped in to have some food and to cool down in supposedly cool place to eat my dinner. Really disappointing, the basement food court was hot. How to enjoy my meal. Please properly maintain the cool environment. Let us have a cool n comfortable dining area.

A nice neighborhood mall in Simei, which has almost everything for a daily need. The place also has Zone X outlet where kids can play games and and have fun. There are many eating options inside the mall like Pizza Hut, Burger King, KFC, Mac Donald’s, they also have Indian restaurants Nandhana’s.

A simple neighbourhood mall with NTUC Fairprice (24h) supermarket on level 5. Popular Bookstore (level 3) is another tenant that has been there pretty much always. So has Prima Deli. Daiso moved in a few years ago. Apart from these anchor tenants, there have been quite a few changes to the shops there. Now, in 2021, there is a Halal Steamboat buffet restaurant on the ground floor which has been there for more than 3 years. Other spicy meal options include Usman's which we appreciate for things like Biryani and Palak Paneer and Keema. There is also a slightly fancy Prata eatery at B1 which is worth trying. 2 Japanese options in B1 include Umi Sushi and the other place with the sticks and bentos (facing escalators). Also in B1, there are several Chinese noodle shops (choose among Sarawak noodles, Fishball noodles and wanton mee -- all 3 are franchises) in the basement and Malaysia Boleh is on the 4th floor. Choc Spot (if I recal the right establishment) is also at B1. Fast food joints like: KFC, Pizza Hut and Saizeraiya are still there. Long John Silver's is still there and Burger King came back to Eastpoint (yay!) I think the mall meets most of the residents' needs. There are clothing shops and boutiques, beauticians and barbers, a dojo and a medium-sized supermarket which stocks all kinds of spices from India, flours, biscuits and chocolates as well as fresh produce. (Brinjals and tomatoes, anyone?) Not sure if there are any more specialty shops but they do have POSB (local bank) on the ground floor, as well as UOB ATM on the ground floor. The Pet Lover's Centre has also been there since they opened.

The female toilet at L3 is not well maintained as I frequent weekly. But there are many shops in a small mall. It's quite good for neighbourhood shopping. Bells Baking Studio is at L3, where I attend my baking course.

Eastpoint Mall has always been the Mall I have always visited. Hence, I would recommend you to visit this Mall as it may suit you in almost every way possible - it has massage stores, an arcade, an electronics store, restaurants (even a nearby McDonald's), shopping stores (NTUC) and even more! I have always loved this Mall and want you to enjoy it too! Thank you and I will see you in the next review!

See the photo below...what this guard needs is more than face mask. Just to find out is anything wrong with the ventilation at the underground carpark?. The smell these days are worst than our HDB rubbish collection centres. Hope you can look into this and provide adequate protection for our man in the picture.

This mall has all the daily needs outlets under one roof like fairprice, daiso, popular, Japan home. The food options are also vast here which makes this mall a go to place. Recently it had a lovely decor for Halloween celebrations.

Hi, I loves coming to Simei Eastpoint Mall very often, because it is a familiar place I know of many years, as previously I lived in Pasir Ris Blk 469, before moving to Punggol in August 2021. Trust me, it's a great wonderful place for shoppers & diners. Thank you 😊😘

Not too cold🥶 ❄️ which is good . A lot of food options and they are very good. Has courts on the 4th floor. Fair price on the 5th floor. Has some good classes such as TKD academy and aures music. I feel this mall could be even bigger because the current is so good. There's also McDonald's near by . There's also Seoul garden. If you exit the simei MRT then turn right you will see it behind McDonald's. Overall one of the best, awesome, cool, nice mall I have visited and I will surely recommend it to others. If you read this review please also note that this is a personal opinion and does not mean to harm anyone in anyway

Recently I always walk pass this newly-opened barber shop. Bravery I went for a hair cut and it turns out to be good. This barber(Vietnamese)put in effort to cut my hair.He did high cut slope for my sides and back. Show me with the mirror if it's ok. Before proceeding cutting my front. $15 .no need wait. It's great. 🤩🤩🤩

The mall is small and the tenant mix is not impressive, if compared to neighbouring Tampines Mall. It does however feature a decent lineup of F&B (heavenly wangs, Hanis, Sanook, Anders, Starbucks) with accessible price points. There are also supermarkets like NTUC fair price and Sri murugan (selling more Indian related fare). Just a few steps outside the main door is a Giant supermarket. In my view, EastPoint draws a steady footfall of traffic from nearby residents to fulfil daily necessities and household needs.

Look, this is my neighbourhood mall so I go often but something really needs to be done about the (women) toilets. Always so incredibly dirty and unhygienic. I once finished a facial at the 3rd level, walked home to use my bathroom, and returned to the mall to continue my shopping and errands. That's how yucky the toilet premises are.

I’m writing to share my recent experience dining in at Qi Ji on 30 Oct 2023. I would like to preface this by saying that food and service quality is amazing, as always. Very fast and efficent. However, it’s more so the dining experience. I was hounded by 3 different individuals after making my order. They wanted the QR code on my receipt for the Healthy 365 app, i believe. My mother and I felt really unease as I was approached 3x during the dining duration of 30-45 mins. One auntie with a turban was especially, persistent! Even after I had refused her and the others as well. They even went ti every single table of diners to asked for their receipt as well as, chasing after the takeaway customers. I believe the Qi Ji staffs are aware but chose to turn a blind eye. More efforts need to be put in to ensure a much pleasant and peaceful dining experience for the customers

They may have done a major revamp, but the face-lift is just skin deep. It is still a neighborhood "mall" with a small footprint and even smaller walkways. In an attempt to fill up the lobby and walkways, the pop-ups made the place pasar-malam like and cluttered. Not sure how the shop owners feel about this. The only good point is the location to an MRT station and within walking distance to Changi General Hospital and Simei Care Centre. But if neighborhood bites is your cup of tea, you will be right at home

It's a wonder how so many shops can get cramped into this mall. from outside you wouldn't imagine how many useful shops are in here. This mall can satisfy things from daily needs like food (wide variety of F&B eateries!) and groceries to higher end needs like I.T. supplies and gadgetry to furniture and pets grooming supplies! I definitely think East Point Mall serves its neighbourhood well!

  • 4/5 Govind V. 1 year ago on Google
Old, but a mall packed with a lot of essential stores! With availability of Giant, Fair Price and Murugan - Indian store, this is a single halt for all groceries and other households! Decent food options as well. The terrible part is the rest rooms here - pathetic, with no maintenance or cleaning!

  • 4/5 Kundan 1 year ago on Google
My daily destination is Eastpoint, as it is close to my flat. Indian stores including Murugan inside and fair price stores re available for all your basic needs. Affordable price rates and next to Simei MRT and bus stop. Many food options are available here. Only thing which I didn't liked here is food timing. After 9:30pm, it's tough to get dinner here or nearby area. You can only left with the option of burger or fast food like McD will be open...

Misleading advertisement for ‘free’ 2-hr parking. Purposely matching their $30 requirement only to be told coupons given out for day. I usually park at hdb carpark nearby but it was raining heavily so had to park inside the mall.

Valu$ - Disgusting behaviour by the Valu$ shop male staffs (Indian origin). Visited the shop on 25 June 2023 at 9:40 pm & was shopping few items, suddenly the male staffs started screaming at 9:45 pm and to chase the customer outside for billing they switched off all the lights for atleast 15 seconds. I visited the store by seeing the closing time as 10 pm & never expected this kind of behaviour towards a female customer. If somebody else was in my place they would have lodged a police complaint against the staff. High time the management should discipline their staff by seeing their actions with the help of CCTV recordings.

Terrible condition at basement toilet. I have been wanting to write this on behalf of all the affected customers. Why is this cubicle locked? With the washing equipment blocking it. It’s 1pm, the card indicated last washed was 11am. The toilet bowl is always full of paper, toilet seats drizzled with….sometimes tap is not working, no detergent…..please do something. I last use the toilet at Simei MRT, 10 times better than toilet at Eastpoint.
