Music genres good, no pop, mostly old indie and rock genres. Dimly lit, cozy & comfortable to the eyes Seems to be Quite a popular place. They ysed to be known for their live band. The stage still remains though it's now occupied by tables. They do not have a full-fledged kitchen so food options are limited but still they serve an interesting range of snacks, good to go with your drink and while watching a game The Beer is crisp and fresh. They are located in Far East Shopping Centre just above Harry's. Impossible to miss it. Service was good.

A disappointing and unnecessary experience. Some friends and I made a genuine mistake by bringing in a bottle from a different Al Capone’s outlet. We brought our receipt with us, thinking that it’s all under the same franchise, and that it’d be acceptable. Instead of asking us or telling us about it, the guy in charge was rude and stand-off ish. When we proceeded to apologise, he replied with “you knew exactly what you were doing”. He then continued to make our short experience there more than uncomfortable. He was clearly buzzed, walking around (a small establishment i might add), giving us dirty looks. A few guy friends tried to apologise again - we genuinely didn’t want bad blood for a mistake so minor. We even told them we were willing to pay for the same drinks there. The same guy in charge, again, was rude, not having it with our apologies, and ended the night by letting our friend know that we were not welcomed back after that night. Ridiculous, silly, immature - not sure how this helps business or contributes to being a decent human being, but I’d never want to go back.

Great bar to hang out on a Friday night with your mates. This place reminds me of the good old days where the glitz takes a back seat for an amazing experience. The 2 hosts and the owner had always shown us a completely amazing service experience that I cannot fault them. The drinks are not insanely priced and the finger food was enough to keep you un-drunk. You’ve definitely made me a loyal customer, thanks guys.

Great music, superb cozy atmosphere, super friendy staff, reasonably priced drinks. Seriously, you are an alien if you need more reasons to hang here! Get a table in the corner n rock to your heart's content!

Not crowded on a weekday night. Decent second option to spillover after Harry’s on the first floor is closed, since this place opens slightly later into the night. Only had a pint here but it’s okay for one person - might be more fun if in a group. Will try again soon.

This is one of the smallest Al Capone's outlets. A cozy place to chill with buddies for some beer with the same great prices. Only few gripes such as tiny tables and limited food items but then again, these should not be the show stopper to chill with frens and drink some beer. Still a recommended place to go!

Always a great night here. The staff is absolutely amazing here, they know what they're doing and are incredibly friendly. Great music, very affordable and perfect place to go out for just a genuinely good night. The host/owner is a fantastic guy, and always ensures that everyone is comfortable and happy - the guy that goes the extra mile!

Went here the other day for the first time. This place has a lot of potential so this post is to help the business hopefully do better. Location is great as it hidden away from the chaos of Orchard Road. The atmosphere is cool, the service is great. Prices are very affordable and great value, especially their Guinness. However, this place has a major roach infestation. A few mins after sitting down, as we were about to order food, we say a small roach run across our table (decided not to order food). We brushed it off, but a few mins later, we noticed a other roach one of the stools at our table. We tried to just enjoy and hope for the best, but a few mins later we noticed several large roaches running across the floor. It's very dark inside so I don't think anyone notices. I really hope this place closes for a couple days and does fumigation and thorough cleaning. I'd be happy to come back if they do.

Visiting Singapore from Canada on my own. Didn’t feel like checking out the club scene and wanted to grab a few drinks in a reasonably lively atmosphere. Table was marked as reserved but staff was happy to let me sit for a few drinks. Great atmosphere, lovely staff and good music.

This is a good place to get wasted with 1 Tower of beer at $39 nett. Smokers will like this place because it has a dedicated separate room for smoking. Opens till about 3am daily and close on Sunday.
