This is my 1st time back there with my wife, coming from Singapore, since Mar 2020. Overjoyed that our favorite mall is still vibrant with most of the shops intact. Though some of them have shut permanently. Spent time there for lunch until 7.00 pm. Everything was great. The mall seems to be undergoing some upgrading at the front. Prices of things have gone up ever so slightly, not much really. Always enjoy visiting your lovely country. Thank you Malaysia.

Big mall, big car park (RM2 ph). Comfortable and clean toilet. Got Lost and found desk . Fully secured. Followed SOP. got a lot of restaurant as well eat n go food . All kind of age is suitable here. Recommend

Had everything you need. Easy and convenient mall. But, parking on the weekends is a real nightmare and poorly managed. Sometimes the barriers seem to be faulty and they close sections of the carpark because of that. Easy to get stuck inside for a long time. Sometimes checkout is very frustrating... many people but only few counters open. Makes no sense... should open all counters right to help with the crowd and queuing...

Recently AEON had renovated and painted their outside, it look new and fashion now. TGV is available in this mall, always enjoy watching a movie here. There are many people during weekend, need some time to look for parking lot, but not hard. Supermarket is a bit expensive compare with lotus and TF value but their things or fruits are full with quality.

Aeon Mall, Bukit Indah. Nice place to visit. Outing for healing, windows shopping. The shop outlet I enjoy most is popular book store You can also bring you kids to enjoy playground which entrance fees is affordable. There are many shop outlets you can visit.

Got nothing much to complain. Good supermart, plenty of nice eating places lots of things for kids to do and shop. Guards patrolling the open air carpark. Good will come again

Quite big mall. Inside clean and bright, aircon is working well, many different stores and good foot cort, also present grocery with quite big assortment of different products. Present cinema. Huge parking area.

It has been years since we came here. Lavender Bakery & Empire Sushi are a must try when you're here. Tasty! Saw My Inside Scoop ice cream shop just opened on the ground floor. The mall is very big so the few hours we walk is not enough. We love walking in Kaison. Quite big with so many pretty things to see. All in all, a nice mall to jalan jalan2 with the kids. I had a problem with the parking as I tried to use the touch n go card but was unable to. So I had to get a parking ticket and manually pay at the machine before exiting.

Super big mall with lots of well known Brands like Starbucks, jco, Watsons, Levi’s and more! They have a foodcourt which is very affordable. Their carpark is an open sheltered single storey so it’s park to find parking.

It's my first visit to this mall since the border started to open Singapore and Malaysia uhm it was good, got more shops inside restaurants and fast food and can do some groceries..

This mall has everything....omg. it is not easy to get bored here. Here has llaollao... my favorite frozen yogurt.. 😋 cant take much pictures.. my kids run they love it here.

Dated mall with around 65-70% shops open. Perhaps this place was hit by covid. Parking was ample although my gripe is that they only allow parking payment by cash, and only accept rm1 notes. Be prepared for this before you come. Most happening is the first floor, there is a supermarket, watsons, llaollao, restaurant street for food options. Second floor onwards is nothing, although there is a cinema. As a Singaporean coming here, recommend plan to be spending around 1 hour here.

Good place to stop-by for a day trip. Lots of outdoor parking space but limited number of sheltered parking space, so if it rains need to wait a long time for sheltered parking space. There is sufficient number of restaurants to eat at and shops to shop at. However, it can be very crowded and noisy if you come at the certain times, so be prepared to queue for some shops during those times.

Aeon Store & Supermarket located here at Bukit Indah provide numerous choices for shoppers to select & purchase daily groceries at affordable and discount retail prices. Cashiers are service oriented and ready to serve customers daily.

Free and easy. Less ppl before 12pm. Just nice caught by Starbucks 1 for 1 promotion. Most important... Wife enjoy shopping around and i can be a benchwarmer :)

Update: many food places are undergoing renovations but mall is still functional! Has the essentials and a bit more (playground!). A supermarket with items that are well-priced, lots of food choices, a popular bookstore that is well-stocked, a Mr DIY for several accessories and a bata for school shoes. The mall has a good mix of tenants - cinema, supermarket, department stall, restaurants, massage (Thai Odyssey). But there were also many empty units that were untenanted. Hope these empty units can find new tenants to bring more life to the mall. Plenty of parking space and it's affordable too.

Aeon is a one stop solution for all your need. It has a very convenient location and its huge. Multiple levels with different types of showrooms and shops. From cheap to expansive, you can find all varieties of products here. I would recommend it.

This Mall were crowded. Got many restaurant/cafe/bakery/snack bar, fresh groceries, kids activities and many more. Toilet were cleaned. Easy to access. Plenty of carpark. For improvement, to provide high speed WiFi available on this Mall.

Bought lots of affordable clothing here! Groceries variety is lacking, I did not see the need to buy any of their food to bring back to Singapore. Good place to idle around, many public seats. I did not eat there, just go Starbucks and left.

This is a large and modern mall with a good mix of retail shops, varied and a lot of things to see and buy. It is a pleasant experience even just window shopping at the mall. It is quite a distance from JB checkpoint / JB Sentral though (like 25 km!), I think the bus MyBus T33 goes there from JB Sentral.

Pleasant shopping experience! Warm and friendly staff. Especially aunt gam from Abbott. V nice and personable lady. Helpful too!

Health safety checks carried out before entering mall. Very good practice-thimbs up. Not so crowded during my visit.

I grew up around here. The place is still well maintained even after all these years. It looks a bit unpolished (the building walls from the outside), but maybe its just because during mco they had to reduce staff. But the outside is still clean (there are a few stains here and there but no trash/garbage laying around), lots of parking, good shops, cinema, and all around good place. The layout inside the building is easy enough to understand. Just wished they have a picture/photo shop in there that can develop wedding photos, print documents, photostate and etc.

Good place for whole family to shop, dine and relax. Well manage shopping mall with ample parking space. Easy to connect with major highways. Convenience for tourists from local and Singapore.

love love love this place so much,, the toilets are always very wet tho but overall one of my favourite malls have many good restaurants and nice shop owners, but some restaurants like KFC are very very dirty with chicken bones, tissues, packaging all over the floor

Kids shoes section - the sizes we are looking for seems to be out of stock for most of the designs, the sales lady keeps pushing more pricey ones and those on display instead of new stock. Unfriendly towards customers and kids. Don't place these kinda staffs at kids section if they are not have the right attitude to work with customers / kids.

First time i came here in this place, and all I can say is Wow 👏.. everything is so affordable, the place is so wide that u can push your cart freely,and I will look forward to come again😉

Aeon Mall Bukit Indah, home deco level 3 (Indian staff) all the staff no need work? All chit chat only…customer ask the price,,,,All treat customer like hell? Pls settle your staff work attitude….and the cashier too…. Item no stated the price is customer problem?

This mall is a standard aeon mall that has all the things that we need, there are quite some shops has already closed due to the pandemic, but overall its still a nice mall. One thing that I don't like is the parking system, every single time I go there, the queue to pay for the parking ticket is so long. Had to line up for like 30-40mins. Hope they'll improve this in the future.

Quite a number of stores have closed due to the pandemic. There was limited restaurants when compared to pre-COVID, resulting to limited food choices.

Convenient but why still use old method to pay parking though? Don’t we have MyDebit, TouchNgo etc? even fellow Aeon Tebrau already use cashless method. i hope aeon bukit indah implement cashless for parking. As kiosk for pay also isn’t very much insight. Such a hassle.

One of my favourite place ever.. Because this place I got my love.. & now Alhamdulillah I dh kahwin.. Have son... I visited Aeon with my wife after 3 years.. It was really goosebumps moment for us... I love Aeon bukit indah. 🤗

Love and missed this place very much. Clean mall and many good eateries. Shop vendors are also friendly. Also, bus going back across the border is so convenient. Can’t wait to go back to Aeon!

It’s a good place to shop. But many shops are closing down already. Near to my house and a place to go to buy necessities.

Nice place for some shopping. Plenty of parking lots here so finding one is not the hardest thing though it can be full sometime, especially during weekend. I like the supermart here as they stock up some of my favourite snacks..but the queue can be really long so it will be good to come during non peam hours. Good for a weekend eating, cinema movie and shopping day trip.

Were a nice place to shop but recently a lots of shops were closed, and the car park fee were raised.

Bakery located right opposite SDS supermarket selling bread at 50% off at 8.50pm. Tastes ok

Good place... have everything... Super market, guardian, food corner, padini, outlet, kfc & many things...

I love this shopping center. You will find everything you need (or not really need!). You could spend all day here. Apart from the AEON supermarket and the usual shops there are lots of food stalls and restaurants, nail shops, beauty salons, hair dressers and all the little things you might want to buy you will find ..... The whole mall is very clean. Quite big entertaining area for kinds. Parking here is a bit of a nightmare, but if you come early and not have to shop Friday afternoon or on weekends it is allright.

Not so good not so bad average. I find no compound chocolate in this such a big shopping mall!!!! As well as no money($) exchange available here!!!
