Before going to Kong Dental, I have been visiting other dental clinics ,but never a regular. My visits were also not frequent as I have never gotten a good experience with them. However, Kong Dental changed that for me. Initially I went to Kong Dental as it was the nearest to my house, but little did I know that their service is awesome. The person who is behind their WhatsApp messages is awesome haha. Dr Cynthia is great too! Never have I ever felt so comfortable with a dentist. I feel like home and Dr Cynthia was very thorough with the explanation and the procedures. Love this place, and this will be a regular clinic for me!

Had my braces done at Kong Dental under my friend's recommendation. My teeth happened to be more problematic but throughout my treatment, I nv felt i was being overcharged for my visits; the prices were very reasonable and in fact, cheaper than what most of my friends were paying for the same treatment and services at other clinics. But the clinic is usually pretty crowded so i would encourage anyone to call-in and book an appt before a visit! :)

Visited Kong Dental for the first time today for scaling and polishing performed by Mr Yong Lok. He was very friendly and professional which definitely helped ease my anxiety. The staff at the clinic were very friendly as well. Will definitely come back again for dental services in the future!

Doctors are fine but.. Appointment at 2pm, admin called at 1.34pm on the same day to delay the appointment to 2.15pm (like people don’t need time to travel like that, anyhow change timing), never mind small issue. Reach at 2.15pm, door was locked, everyone out eating lunch, texted them, no response from the WhatsApp chat, waited another 11 mins till 2.26pm, no sound or anything. What a complete waste of time, people take half days off to come down to this kind of service staff, wait and wait, at least have the decency to say you are LATE & how LATE you will be. Don’t give a timing & not show up. Might as well say delay to 2.30pm from the start. You eat lunch everyday, you know how long you take to eat. Why underestimate the time taken? Disappointing.

I recently had a dental procedure done by Mr Lok, and I was very impressed with the service I received. The staff was friendly and professional, and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The procedure itself was quick and painless, and I was happy with the results. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

First time coming to Kong Dental for Scaling and Polishing with Mr Lim Yong Lok! I've done SAP a few times before at other places but they were so rough I didn't like it at all and I actually had anxiety going to the dentist. HOWEVER, Mr Lok was super welcoming and patient he immediately put me at ease. Throughout the whole session, he was also very friendly yet professional. He made sure to explain each step and ensured I was uncomfortable. Normally some dentists may rush to do and clean very roughly but Mr Lok made sure to apply consistent pressure tailored to your comfort level throught the session which minised the pain at sensitive spots and my teeth felt very clean afterwards! Afterwards, he offered personalised advice on oral care techniques. I could tell that he is very experienced and appreciated the time I had with him. Would highly recommend him!:)

Had a pleasant teeth cleaning experience here. The staff Yong Lok was meticulous and thorough in his cleaning. He was also patient in explaining the condition of my gums and provided ways to maintain them. I would highly recommend him to have your teeth cleaned.

Dr. Kong is leading a group of dental clinics with great doctors/dentists and, very friendly and well-trained counter staff. I just gotten my three wisdom teeth extracted at the Limbang clinic, all at the same time (one of them required some surgery). Dr. Tan, the dentist who did the extraction and surgery, talked to me throughout the procedure which went smoothly, and was over in less than 30 minutes. It was a very pleasant visit. Thank you Dr. Tan and nurse!

2 years ago, I did my night guard & teeth filling by Dr. Gloria Kong. The outcome of my teeth filling was satisfactory. The price of the night guard was reasonable & cheaper (family member had theirs elsewhere at much higher prices). After upgrading of Limbang Shopping Center, the clinic is now located on level 2 accessible by lift & escalator. This newly refurbished clinic gives off a very cozy vibe, together with clinic manager Afiq’s warm greetings & excellent customer service, you would immediately feel at ease upon entering this clinic. Dr Kong is a very nice & caring dentist serving the Limbang community for many years. Thumbs up to Dr. Kong & her team of dentists/nurses/assistants/frontline staff.

Dr. Gloria Kong is an amazing dentist! My entire family goes to her and I love what she has done for to replacemy old metal fillings, her skills in repairing of tooth chips, unrivalled. Just finished my scaling and polishing today! Thanks, Doctor Kong! I’ve already secured my appt to see you in 6 months for regular cleaning coz your schedule is always jammed packed!

Dr Cynthia at Yew Tee is a calm and nurturing dentist who make good assessment of your dental issues and she completes everything in a jiffy. My 10-yr old gal was able to stay focus on her kind instruction through the dental session every time .

I had my cleaning professionally and meticulously done by Mr. Yong Lok. He managed to remove stubborn stains that I had struggled with for a while and also took the time to explain my gum conditions. Overall a pleasant experience and would highly recomend!

Went for wisdom tooth removal today as I am experiencing frequent pain and headache. Dentist Kevin was very gentle and efficient in the procedure! I felt literally no pain and there was no violent jerking of my head or anything. Everything was explained to me before the start of the procedure and he took great care to make sure i am fine throughout the removal procedure! His assistant was very nice and friendly too! Highly recommend, in fact i just booked all my family's dental appointment right away once I reach home haha. Thank you for the hardwork!
