    I am writing here to express my strong dissatisfaction with the awful treatment I received from your staff at 313 Somerset on 12 February 2023. I would like to draw your attention to the rude behaviour of the sales staff in your shop. The young malay man with shoulder length hair was not only rude but he also refused to be of any assistance for my husband. Very sure he remembers clearly of his wrongdoings. I would strongly suggest that this company have a serious conversation with him to make sure other customers do not get similar treatment.

    Met an unnecessarily rude sales assistant in store. Chinese, wears specs, pretty fair skinned, not very tall guy. Makes snarky remarks when i asked a simple question of recommendation. If no intent to do sales for the shop, don't work! Don't mix your emotions with work and spread negativity to your customers and ruin their day. Thanks! FYI, i only asked ONE question. LOL.

    Ordered & paid online on Thursday. Was informed that shoes will be there by Friday 7pm. Went to collect on Saturday. Was informed order is cancelled on Saturday evening. So why wasn’t I informed on Friday then since the shoes were supposed to be there since Friday. Such a questionable business.

    Absolute Disappointment. Employees treated buying customers without an ounce of respect or care. Never have I seen such mediocrity buying from a retail store.

    Visited the shop at around 7pm (15 November) There were 2 staff working but operations were going very slowly. Made customers wait for very long. I wanted to ask to try a shoe of another size but there were no staff to be seen. Apparently, they were taking their own sweet time in the storeroom to find other customers' requested shoes. I went to stand at the counter hoping the staff would come out soon and I ended up having to wait for more than 10 minutes. This is the slowest customer service I have encountered. And it was not even crowded! And what was worse is that when the staff finally came out, they didn't even bother to attend to me even though they saw me standing at the counter and holding onto a shoe. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I then approached one of the staff to request to try the shoe of another size. He then went to find the shoe in the storeroom and made the same mistake again. He went in and never came out like seriously. I waited for more than 5 minutes for such a simple request. I have never waited so long before even in other retail shops. I was getting annoyed and left eventually and the staff haven't even came out from the storeroom when i was leaving. oh my goodness. Such Bad Customer Service. These 2 staff are totally not suitable to be working in the retail industry. Even retail shops at neighborhood areas have faster and better customer services. Should be ashamed of yourself.

    Worst shop experience. Ask for shoe size. Say wait lah. (Actual words from counter staff) And when the shoe size is passed to us. It's at 850pm. (They close at 9pm sharp which is understandable). staff then say in a altitude tone that we we close in 2min. Can't they say politely that they are closing soon and pls make your last purchase. Last time step into this shop.

    Terrible guys. My husband queued up for hours to get a pair of shoes for me and was rejected. Online reservation was also a dud ( they still said it was new - but it doesn't work. C'mon guys.) Lastly, not transparent at all. Do better please.

    Went in the store yesterday afternoon with zero customer inside. A lady was seated at the counter looking at her laptop. The lady did not bother to serve and we had to ask her for shoes size. Later a guy came to bring the shoes for me to try on but with shoes laces not laced properly. Both their faces were so unpleasant and seemed impatient to serve. Thumbs down for this kind of customer service.

    The team at Somerset was excellent !!!! I bought the wrong size online & did an exchange in Somerset 313 outlet. The sales team validated the online order, made multiple calls to other stores to redirect the stock. It took 1 day for the stock to be redirected. Really appreciate the help and service rendered. The experience was so solid until i bought a pair of Jordan 6 Super Thanks !!!!

    Worst customer service. We were ready to get 3 pairs of shoes but decided against it. My dad was asking for sizes and the guy got impatient about his inquiries and told him not to ask questions again. Ridiculous to see that these poor reviews go way back up to how many years. Never ending bad reviews about staffs’ attitude. Their management obviously don’t care to do anything about it. Look elsewhere!!

    ordered online on 10Nov23 but delivery has not even been arranged till now 23Nov23. I made online purchases with Leftfoot & Vans at the same time on 10Nov23 and received both my orders respectively within 5 days. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LIMITED EDT GROUP INCLUDING CHAMBER. buy from Leftfoot or anywhere else.

    Brought my online purchase down for an in-store exchange and the guy with the blonde hair who assisted me was amazing. He told me to just pick any pair I like (I was honestly expecting them to limit it to the same brand/model). Settled on something that cost less than my initial purchase, and he suggested to get some socks/accessories to make up the difference which I happily did, and he even threw in a small discount at the end :) overall a great experience and will definitely continue shopping with them!

    Very bad experience purchasing online. The shoes I wanted long ago was having 20% off as it was reflected on my cart that I added weeks ago. So I checked out immediately since there’s discounts else I wouldn’t buy it. After proceeding with keying some information, I went ahead with applepay. To my horror, the amount was reverted back to original price but as it was apple pay, it went though within few seconds and I didn’t manage to cancel it. I quickly dropped a msg via their live chat. The live chat is useless. No one was there to assist you even if you waited and checked back for many hours or even next working day. Cos I wanted to cancel my purchase but no one could help me. This was definitely a glitch. I dropped them email and IG dm, nobody replied. The order was dispatched faster than CS reply. By the time the CS replied me, my item already being shipped. The CS was not helping as well despite me explaining that it was glitch. Just brushed me off saying if it was a VIP disc which was clearly not. And didn’t bother to check and just said, there’s no discount in that pair of shoes. If I want to return, just head down to their store. After seeing so many horrible reviews on their staff attitude, I don’t think I want to deal with them. Just tell myself, this will be the last time and my lesson learned. I won’t patronise their shops again.

    Very disappointed with limited edit online store customer service. 1) they gave false info that mentioned will deliver the shoes to Somerset outlet for my exchange. Made my trip down and upset that the replacement shoes was actually never reached the store at all. 2) I wrote email twice since 5 days ago and to tell them the new size not fit also. Till now, no response. V poor service.

    Lackluster online customer service. I had to chase them for updates, which took between 3 to 5 biz days for a reponse. This is for a simple exchange and I hesitate to purchase from them again in future.

    Went down on 23 April, store was packed probably due to the sale that was going on. Wide selection of shoes but limited sizes left, again probably due to the sales. Managed to tried on 2 models but did not purchase as they were not in my size. To be honest i was half expecting the staff to show an attitude especially after reading this store’s negative reviews. Was pleasantly surprised that they were actually patient when answering questions and swift despite the huge crowd. If anything, i observed that some of the customers were actually the ones being rude and demanding to the staffs. So kudos to the store staff for holding it together, will definitely visit again

    Bought a new pair of kicks ~~ love the display of the shoes and the staff are professional. Can get a little crowded on weekends and evenings so it’s better if you go in the afternoon or on weekdays~

    While i was purchasing a shoes at Limited Edt Vault 313@Somerset at about 1.40pm on 12 Aug 2023. There was this staff (chinese, male and wearing specs), not sure his name but there are only 3 employees on the floor during that time (2 males and 1 female). The staff was impolite, rude and his service was unprofessional as if we are poor to purchase the goods (looking down at us). Moreover, while checking the size availability, he rudely told us that “you already try this size lo”. After we purchased the shoes, while walking out the store, we saw him laughing with his colleagues but not sure did he roasted us.
