Worst experience ever!! I have never written any bad reviews online for anything but this experience is very disappointing! We were in group of four , 1 adult, one toddler, 1 kid and 1 elderly. We bought our tickets on Sentosa website. However we were treated very rudely at the entrance ( like that we didn’t want to pay ?!) and we were shouted at by a staff in front of at least 30 people. The entrance counter was badly managed and it was a mess . They took some tickets from us and let us in . Then later they realised they needed another set of tickets from us. A member of staff , a lady in white shirt was very rude and sarcastic to us . She and a few member of staffs are unable to empathise customers (my toddler was crying as they wanted me leave the queue and find the right set of tickets , isn’t that their responsibility to get it right the first time before I entered?!) This experience leave us a very bad impression of Sentosa and even Singapore. The show itself was forced and acting was bad. Thirty minutes is a big waste of time. Use your time and money to visit other attraction !

Will not visit again ! Bad experience We bought our tickets via Sentosa website. The redemption of tickets are troublesome , needed to queue up in 3 different places in order to finally get into the museum . We have a toddler with stroller. Before the redemption of tickets , there were nobody (at 3 different queues , they all saw us with stroller ) told us that stroller is not allowed . Only after we redempted our tickets then they said no stroller is allowed , which is very inconvenient for us as my toddler won’t able to walk long way. They should have put a notice in front or at least let us know before we redempt our tickets . The staff at the entrance is not efficient too. They let our family in , after we walked quite a long way (without stroller holding my toddler) they suddenly told me they forgot to take my recipt earlier! (I was so confused that aren’t they supposed to take it while I was walking in) I had to walk all the way back to outside the building to the stroller to get the receipt that they needed to keep for record. There was a lady (I believe she is the manger of the front staffs) was very rude to us too. It is definitely not what I expected in Sentosa which is a tourist place that staffs there should be polite and welcoming. Big disappointment! The acting of staff inside the museum is over-acting and the 30 mins acting was quite boring. I would prefer either they just tell us the history or I can read it on the wall myself. Basically you are forced to sit through the 30 mins bad acting . There is a sign said once you are in, you cannot exit half way. I wanted to leave as soon as I walked in. Will not recommend this place as it just not worth wasting time.

Mixed reviews from the family on this one. You walk though several rooms where they introduce you to some of the key points in Singapore's history by several different actors that pass you on from one to another. For me I was after a learning more about the history of Singapore but to make the experience into a show, there were the sound and light effects and showman ship with friendly banter. But for my wife and child, they loved this side of it as boring facts were added with the fun effects and they didn't notice the leaps between the ages. It was an interesting show though.

It may seem pointless in the beginning but it's a clever way of controlling crowd numbers through to the wax museum at any one time. The experience takes you through the history of Singapore with live actors. My only issue with it is don't take their word on the story behind Singapore's independence, it's far too fluffy and doesn't convey the struggles initially faced by Lee Kuan Yew and his government (read his autobiography).

Tickets for madame Tussauds also entitles visitors a visit to images of Singapore. It is a small mesuem with little information on what is going on in each exhibit. But, each exhibit is actually rather self explanatory. (for Singaporeans, not sure if the same can be said for foreign visitors)

Images of Singapore is Located in the same complex as Madame Tussauds. It is a wonderful way to learn about the history of Singapore right from when it was a Small British trading Post to the Present Day. The experience now is more interactive and engaging than previously when it was just a museum like presentation. Definitely a must visit if you like history and Nostalgia.

Very informative live show from hosters. Speech given by them was really appreciatable. Speech and voice modulation from them will attract children's as well. I see the hostress are very young but their way of presenting the story will make you to listen the Singapore story.

Too touristy, focusing on photo ops, but that's expected. If you genuinely want to learn more about Singapore history, you'll learn more visiting a proper museum.

A great place to study about Singapore in the past. From a tiny fishing village to World War 2, this museum is filled with fun, interactive and theatrical journey.

As I sit and think about my trip to Singapore back in August 2016, I wonder what was the highlight of the 9 wonderful days I spent there. How can I pick one single thing from everything amazing that the island nation has to offer ? And then I remember Images of Singapore Live ! As a thespian who loves theatrics , and someone who is curious about the world around him, Images of Singapore was definitely the highlight for me. I was amazed at how theatre can also involve the audience themselves being a part of the scene - a truly spectacular experience. In this show , where characters led us to different rooms and took us through the history of Singapore, not only did we enjoy a great performance, but it also felt like seeing Singapore in its entirety within 30+ minutes. This is why it's my top pick, because this one show is Singapore and everything it has to offer in a nutshell. If I ever have a chance to go back to Singapore one day and experience only one attraction, this will surely be my pick. PS : We have all experienced theatre through our vision and hearing. This attraction though makes you feel it, and even smell it (One character made us smell some spices) ! One nice plate of Singapore food at Sentosa, and all senses are happy !

First thought is like being forced to join tour you don't want to (admit it, you're here to see Wax Museum). But the performance and dedication of the actors make me appreciate the tour as one of the genuine experience of visiting Singapore.

Highly contrived with bare minimum details about the history of Singapore. The old version Images of Singapore was much better, about 15 years ago. The boat ride at the beginning is a joke, taking barely 2 minutes to go around, with so little to see. Pease give an option for the 4 attractions under separate ticketing instead of a bundle for all 4 as they cater to different age groups. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Great place for everyone to learn the history of Singapore. The concept consists of about 5-6 rooms with an character in each room who will share their nostalgic piece of history. Travellers will be moving from room to room.

It was boring. It is a 30 min interactive session on Singapore history and the performers really do their best, but it was really boring. They wouldn't let you leave the session half way and you have to be there for the whole session even if you don't find it interesting.

Very interesting way to a nation's history. The interactive live show surely leaves a deeper trail of memory, compared to usual tedious reading at history museums.

We only wanted to see the Images og Singapore but had to buy entrance to Madam Tussaud’s in order to get access.. The experience was not great, it was expected to have a guide through out the whole experience but there were none at a big part of it. The boat ride was pure disappointment, and honestly don’t understand why it was even made..
