Ample parking space available, if you know where to park. And of course, be early. Managed to get seats, before the crowds came in. The staff was prompt in getting seats for the customers. The decoration of the cafe was quite unique and was done quite tastefully. For the presentation of the food, I could say that it just opened up your appetite. Good place to hang out or chill with your friends or family members. The price was also reasonable. Strongly recommended!

Wanted a nice coffee so decided to give it a try. Personally, consider the price tag, the coffee is average, the earl grey cheese cake is not to my liking but the muffin is good and they even warm it up for us. Ambience is good with the warm lights providing a warm relax atmosphere. Maybe is the food that make it a popular place. Will give it a try next time.

Erm. Below is a picture featuring my oat latte that costs nine bucks. NINE BUCKS for a latte that has absolutely no foam whatsoever, was served SPILLED and BOILING HOT. 🤡 should I give some bonus points for the abstract art…. 😭 I mean come on it’s nine bucks, I expect it be worth it. I can tell when a coffee is made with love and care, and this is just NOT it. 👎🏼 I have been a loyal customer of craftsmen at the Holland Village branch, and the presentation and taste of coffee, as well as service, is just 💯x better there. Wanted to ask for a refund, but…. didn’t know if I could. Sobs, nine bucks down the drain and a painful lesson learned, never to patronise here again. Please provide training for your staff. 😒

First time try. The latte was nice. I also ordered the Grilled Chicken French Toast. The salad and the French Toast were great, but the grilled chicken was too hard. A bit disappointing as that was my protein for lunch.

First thing first, hot latte is nice. Ordered an ice caramel latte to try also, but it's really too sweet for my liking. I couldn't finish it, but I can imagine some people will like it. Food wise, will recommend the pulled pork crossant sandwich, moist fillings with a good sweet-savory balance. For the full breakfast, the scrambled egg on sourdough is good. Mushrooms... The "grassy" taste is a little too strong for me. Overall still an enjoyable brunch. 1 star downed for the slight overprice.

Ordered the full breakfast with a flat white. Bill came up to $35.70. The coffee was average. I did not taste the sweetness from the milk, could be the temperature that it was steamed to. The bitterness came through a little too strong, not too sure if the espresso was overly extracted. Meal wise, it was a hearty one, with vegetable, meat and staple. I enjoyed the omelette and bratwurst. The bacon slices were crisp. It was a nice addition to have a piece of fried chicken to break the monotonous of the meal. However, the part breast part thigh meat was a little dry. For the omelette, as it sat on top of the sourdough, the bread became soggy and oily, making it a little hard to enjoy. The salad at the centre of the meal also caused the other items to be stained with the dressing. Suggestion to partition the different components.

Generous food portion and tasted great. A casual place good to hangout with friends. Good quality coffee available if you just want to sit down and chat rather than to fill the stomach.

We were served by Melody, a gem that the company should keep and groom. She took the order very well, ensuring all is good by checking on her guests once a while, paid attention towards our needs without disturbing. Melody has high EQ to perform in this challenging demanding F&B industry ! Food is executed well in terms of taste and appearance. Gula Melaka latte is a tad bit sweet but good strong coffee taste. Capuccino is a tad bit bitter but strong coffee taste. Ambience is conducive for guests to enjoy brunch.

Was trying to find another cafe but couldn't find it and randomly chose this for lunch. Surprisingly they have a lot of choices for food and we picked the popular classic bacon carbonara they recommended and also their Moroccan Chicken Burrito with Nachos. Was quite disappointed with the burrito as although it stated that it is spicy, there is no spice at all and the nachos were not crispy and was soggy. Ambience was good at the Novena outlet. They have a very interesting dish which is churros with ice cream, don't mind trying that the next time.

One of the best salted caramel lattes I’ve had!!! The sea salt sprinkled on top was absolutely divine! Love that they have different coffee cup sizes and really appreciate that they offer many milk alternative options (most other sg cafes only have oat or soy). Food is on the pricier end, at least for what you’re getting. It’s the normal cafe kind of food. Wish they would expand their menu and have more options instead of just variations of the same thing 😅 but other than that, definitely worth a visit for their coffees at least. They have one of the most number of flavoured lattes 👍🏻

I’d like to preface that the waitress and barista that I saw front of house were super nice and friendly 😃🫶 Atmosphere was great too. The dishes looked good, but if I’m spending $22++ on the truffle egg sourdough (dine-in) and $26++ on the veggie breakfast(takeaway), i expect the food to be of higher quality. The sourdough didn’t taste like sourdough, and it was not springy like fresh sourdough. The halloumi was overly rubbery (i didn’t add it on since it came with the veggie breakfast but if you wanted to add it as a side it’d set you back $8++). Truly wasn’t impressed with the scrambled eggs in both dishes, they could use more butter and seasoning. The shaved fresh cheese on my truffle scramble was so hard, I thought they were nuts + barely any cheese flavour. Mushrooms were nicely seasoned but possibly overcooked. Perhaps avoid these dishes and try the other ones. I should also mention that we also ordered a Smoked Salmon Croissant Sandwich and Smoked Salmon Savoury Waffle but didn’t receive any complaints although I didn’t probe or try the dishes. Maybe give those a try!

Our pax of 3 went to have brunch 1pm on this Tuesday. Ordered their full breakfast add-on order of salmon, white wine Prawn pasta, gula melaka coated crisp waffles topped w sea salt caramel & berries. All the food items were great tasting and we also enjoyed the smooth rich matcha latte & coffee latte w oat milk were so Aromatic. Though atad steep compared to some other cafes, but well worth the $90 given the foodfare well-execution w smiley service of crew.

Coffee was good and food is not bad (although rosti) was a little...burnt). Cosy place for meet ups or solo afternoons. Just a reminder that they have gone cashless.

Great waffles - crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Mocha is very rich and chocolatey. Kudos to the entire staff, especially Khairul, for an efficient service despite a busy morning.

Went in the morning and they were quite short-staffed, only one person doing ordering/coffee-making hence took very long for ordering. Price slightly high but good portion. Good coffee quality!

Excellent Coffee. Service was good. Banana nut waffle was sumptuous however waffles and banana/caramelized sugar could have been warmer so that the ice melt a bit and make the gooey mixture that we love with waffles. Overall a great place for coffee and a bite.

Craftsman is my go to place for coffee and ice cream waffles! The other items on the menu are also quite good especially the spaghetti carbonara. Comes with lots of chunky bacon! Pics from my many trips....

Food was great, a little on the expensive side. Their coffee was great though! Would recommend trying their butterscotch latte. Their servers seemed a little cranky though.

Been passing by this small cafe for afew months now and today things happened and I had 30 minutes and so I decided to pop by for a coffee. Cozy little place and a very nice coffee lovers bib. Love the deco. Ordered along black along with the chocolate cinnamon croissant. And what a combination. The croissant is not overly sweet but crusty after I request it to be heated up. The fruity notes of the long black complements the pastry well. What a way to spend a good 30 minutes evening. #coffee #coffeelover #sgcoffee #sgfood #fabiandoestravel #travelforfood

Ordered craftsmen burger (beef), buttermilk chicken, 7 spices chai latte, and butter croissant. Burgers are ard $17 to $22, and drinks from 4 plus to 12 plus. Though slightly pricier than other cafes, the food are good. The burgers came with brioche buns, and the fries were crispy golden brown. Worth to go again. They also offer pasta and croissants with fillings.

I was expecting to be disappointed due to it's exorbitant price, but I was sorely mistaken. One of the better fried chicken waffles combinations I have ever come across. I find myself indulging in the bitter notes from the veg along with salted olive butter and slightly crispy chicken skin, oozing with peppery goodness, the sugary maple syrup being the icing on top of this sinful meal. Worth every cent for tasty adventure. The coffee is really thick, great for a good morning call, but unfortunately wasn't the star of the meal I just savoured. Would recommend those who don't really like to wait to book(?)

We ordered the Craftsman Savory Waffle and it was super yummy. The eggs were creamy and luscious. The waffles was crispy and warm. Even the regular bacon tastes yummy. We shared our breakfast and added on a chocolate almond croissant 🥐. I ordered a soy latte which was nicely done. The soy was perfect. Not too sweet. My hubby ordered a large latte and it was beautifully crafted. Overall a very good breakfast.

Fantastic scallop linguine and avocado toast with poached eggs. Coffee was great too. It’s a little pricey but I’d say pretty worth the money. Would come back on days when I’m craving solid cafe food and have some money to spare.

Finally found a great coffee! The coffee tastes amazing, and you can smell it even before stepping inside. Despite being busy, the staffs still managed the orders quickly. I'll definitely be back to try their brunch menu. Keep up the good work!

I drink latte and it's great here. The taste of coffee is strong even with milk. Milk foam is also made perfect, not too hot, not overheated. I also enjoyed the food here. Love the smoked salmon bioche. The best part is that tables are not arranged one close to the other. You get proper space ands good mood.

First time trying this place on a weekend evening about 4pm. Not much crowd, got seated without waiting. Parking is relatively easy. The place is renovated nicely. Customer service is normal, dont feel warmness. Order 1 main + 1 pastry + 1 side + 1 drink and is about SGD53. The typical price for cafe in this area. Portion of food is decent. The carbonara taste well but the noodle is abit hard. The fries are served warm but i didnt taste much of truffle. I didn’t ordered any coffee which is supposed to be their specialty hence the rating might be better. I will come back again for their coffee.

Went for late lunch for a big group on a weekend, got our seat quite quickly. Ordered the truffle mushroom pasta. Expected it to be super creamy like a standard carbonara, but to my delight, it was actually a really good balance of mushroom and creamyness. I love wild mushroom soups, and this just feels like a pasta version of it but with pasta and sauce. The mushroom bits made this dish a really delightful one. Highly recommend. Coffee was awesome too. A bit pricey in my opinion, but good comfort food.

Nice place with good brunch and drinks. Their coffee is good and so is their chai latte, which is not too sweet. Every element on their big breakfast is good, but I would think they could do better on their eggs. Their aglio olio is also nice but a tad watery. Overall we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

This is a nice little cosy cafe to laze away an afternoon in. Okay, I exaggerate perhaps, as the cafe limits each customer's visit to an hour, but I don't think they enforce it. I mean what's to stop you staying beyond one hour if and when there's not much of a crowd and there're enough tables to go around? The lychee-strawberry cake was just the right amount of sugar kick. The hazelnut latte was frothy and aromatic. The service crew was very friendly and the place was kept very clean and tidy—big plus point. I was particularly attracted to the TV screen right in front of me and above the service counter. It showed interesting nuggets of information on the process of coffee making, complete with sleek graphics.

Restaurant has a nice and casual dining ambience. Suitable for a gathering of family members and friends. The Truffle Potato Fries were topped with a small garnishing of grated Parmesan cheese. A more generous cheese topping would have enhanced the appetiser. Further, as truffle oil was used sparingly, the potato fries had an overly light truffle taste. The spaghetti in white wine sauce with prawns was a tad salty. The prawns were fresh. The Rustic Pork Chop was good and served with salad and potato chips. Had we known about the potato chips earlier or had the order-taker alerted us, we would have skipped the order of Truffle Potato Fries for something else. The almond croissant was very good.

Good coffee! Dropped by Craftsmen while waiting for kiddos to finish their enrichment class. Ordered some main to try. Food was average but we felt that the Tom Yum pasta was too overpowered. The taste was very intense that we couldn’t finish after a few mouth. Probably the ready paste can be lesser.

They have a beautiful collection of coffees! Loved the food service too. The croissants were freshly made, they even replaced one if the egg Benedicts we ordered because the lady spilled a little on the side of the plate. Would definitely visit again

The fragrance of caffeine could be smelled from the region. Nice aroma and atmosphere. Smoked salmon brioche was yums but costly at rounded up, 22 bucks. Although the caffeine fragrance was captivating, didn't tried it in the end because of the price.

I've been here for the third time and it's always a great experience. Today, I tried their truffle pasta and big breakfast which i had seen on their ig feeds. Both dishes were excellent. The cafe is cozy, with nice music to relax to. It could have been better if the music volume could be lower. The service is also friendly and welcoming, which makes the visit even better. If you want a relaxed and tasty meal and coffee, this is a must visit coffee shop. highly recommended!

My experience here was extremely incredible and I would definitely visit again. Had the spicy crab alfredo and hazelnut latte. The smokiness of the paprika paired with the parmigiano reggiano had the best flavour combination with the crab meat. They were very generous with the crabmeat and noodles were cooked al dente. The coffee was very good too. The aromatic notes of the Brazilian arabica were brought out very well. The atmosphere was excellent too! The place was clean with an enjoyable setting part with music, friendly staff like James assisted me by recommending these scrumptious food to me. Thank you so much:)
