Feeling
peckish
for
Vegetarian
food,
decided
to
visit
Whole
Earth
at
Peck
Seah
Street
to
see
if
they
were
any
good,
given
that
they
were
awarded
the
Michelin
Bib
Gourmand
Singapore
Award
2021.
From
the
onset,
the
ambiance,
service
and
layout
of
the
restaurant
plus
the
food
layout
at
other
tables
looked
really
good.
Alas,
there
was
where
the
good
stuff
ended
and
the
nightmare
of
a
meal
came
about.
The
Olive
Brown
Rice
had
little
to
no
flavour
to
it.
The
Sweet
and
Sour
Delight
had
such
a
tough
dough
that
someone
could
have
lost
some
teeth.
The
Enchanted
Forrest,
with
its
Monkeyhead
Mushrooms,
had
a
weird
texture
to
it
that
to
a
first
time
eater
of
this
type
of
mushroom
definitely
did
not
feel
like
a
Mushroom
but
more
of
a
scaly-powdery
substance.
The
2
types
of
Soup
ordered
tasted
bland.
Having
had
vegetarian
food
at
other
places,
perhaps
such
new
style
vegetarian
restaurant
is
not
for
everyone,
definitely
not
this
party
of
4
at
least.
