👍👍 Nice hidden gem in Chinatown. I visited this vegetarian restaurant twice with friends and enjoyed the food here. The service here is also good. Price is on the slightly higher side. People often mention vegetarian, service, good, restaurant, mock, dishes, taste, high, price, fish,

What a shame that they will terminate their business in the end of 2021, not move to another place. I arranged a lunch gathering, just 2 pax haha, to catch more taste for memories when I got this message. With a pot of Pu’Re tea as beginning, fried sweet potato leaves and char hor fan bring mouthful wok hey just as what I have tasted before and as if the food tried reminding me there wouldn’t be no more. Anyway, will come again before it terminate, if possible.

2nd time visit..pricing is overall on the high side, but service and food quality is really quite consistent and good. We especially like the Mock Suckling Pig,as it is very tasty and mimics the real deal quite well in taste.. Good for special occasions and large family gatherings but due to the high price tag, maybe not regular meals, heh.

Amazingly delicious vegetarian food at affordable prices. Definitely must try the truffle e-mee/mian and the sambal sweet potato leaves. Worth more visits! Visit on weekdays as the crowd is quite thin. Make bookings on weekend to secure a spot!

It has quite a big space inside and in the far corner there is a small stage. The first dish is called Yusheng. Think of it as a kind of salad which usually includes raw fish but in the case of vegetarian restaurant, the raw fish is replaced with something else. Everyone will toss the “salad” up and mixed it up several times symbolising lots of money making opportunities for all in the year. Next is combination platter which are different snacks made from flour and mushrooms. There is a soup which make me call this balance meal - he soup with taiji symbol which symbolizes balance is mainly from bean curd skin and sea week. There's dish representing Peking duck. Stir fried Asparagus and lily bud. For dessert, we have red bean paste pancake. Think of it as apple sturdel but it’s red bean paste inside instead of apple. Overall, it’s a sumptuous and satisfying meal although I don’t know what some of the stuff. I think it’s a place I shall go back again.

Great restaurant for vegetarian and non vegetarian alike. For those who crave the rich texture in shark's fin soup but hope to avoid the real thing to save the mammal. You can try the vegan shark's fin soup dish because it is quite like the real thing with the rich texture.

First of all, the service here is very good. Second, It has the vibes of 80's 90's / Retro / Nostalgic environment. Last but not least, the food was very good and satisfying for us and price is affordable. Portion is very generous even when you order small.

Good service and friendly staff. Dishes are quite slow to come out especially during peak hour. Vegetarian mock pig is very recommended if you eat here, other menu taste just average.

Excellent Chinese vegetarian place that is somewhat hard to find. Somewhat hard to find. Located on floor 3 at the People Park’s shopping center. Very good selection of vegetarian dishes including mock fish and mock meat dishes. The visitors to the restaurant were groups of families and friends. I couldn’t see any tourists. The “dragon of excellence” mock fish tasted excellent. Mock fish, white rice, Chinese tea and the dessert mango pudding costed 22SGD. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would like to visit again.

Thoroughly enjoy the food and appreciate the excellent service here. The food is tasty and healthy (not oily). Even after 20 years of eating here from time to time, I still enjoy it and always look forward to savouring their food. This is THE place I'd host vegetarian friends from overseas as one can be sure it will not disappoint. Price is very reasonable. They do their best to provide good service even when it is crowded. The manager who has been around for the past 20 years or more is very hands-on and always does her best to ensure that diners have a pleasant experience.

Premium Veggie Foods in Chinatown Singapore enhanced with quality service and reasonable price! Highly recommended for regulars and new comers, compared with its competitors across the road at Chinatown Point which would cost min 35% more... Easy parking and customer-friendly accessibility next to Furama Hotel..

Generally Good food, reasonable price. Need a booking on Sunday night. We had crispy kailan, mock mutton curry, crunchy duck skin, olive rice. Don't order the sechuan sour hot soup. It's gluey and too sweet. Service satisfactory.

Kind of disappointment 😕. Because of CB, we have no choice but to order through delivery. Food was pale. Most of the mock dishes toast similar. Wondering was due to delivery or the food standard had Indeed slide down

Came here to try it with family. If you are not a vegetarian person, please do not expect their mock fish, roast pig and other mock meat to taste awesome. If you are a vegetarian person, probably you will appreciate it better. There were some hits and misses on the food. Anything with vegetables, its good, any other those with mock meat, once you taste the first dish, subsequently other dishes taste the same. Price were abit on the high side. Spent about $260 for 8 course dishes. Personally I'm happy with neighbourhood vegetarian stalls. To me, not worth my 2nd trip. Thank you for the experience.

A place where my family will celebrate occasions. Delicious food for a higher price tag. Service from staff is not consistent, could be better. Do remember to bring along VIP card as last round when I was here, they could not accept any other method to verify I have VIP card. Will continue to patronize this vegetarian restaurant as it's still my favourite after many years

Miao Yi Vegetarian Restaurant was seriously delicious! I went with a few omnivores and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly. My favorite was the sweet potato leaves and the roast "Pig". The staff were helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend.

I am not a vegetarian but my friends are, so we’d come here at times to enjoy the great food! We’ve tried many dishes and all were great except for the shark’s fin soup - we felt that it’s not starchy enough? And too much beancurd skin which made the soup a little dry. Probably understaff for the CNY period too but that’s alright cause we really enjoy the food here!

Great place for vegetarians, also cater for vegans. They are trying to make it quite formal, lots of ladies waiting around to serve you, has a high end feel, but is in a very low budget location. Toilets are very untidy you almost walk through the kitchen to get to them.... Food was great would love to go back and try more of the menu, bbq fish and chicken skewers were fantastic.

It is terrible expensive, 3 dishes included 1 vegetable cost $95.57 for 2 persons. And the food was not delicious, we were eating the flour and one plate of vegetable. Even we go to high class restaurant Located at Orchard would not be so expensive!! No recommend and not worth to go to this kind of terrible Low class with very expensive restaurant!! Not even get one star but no choice need to tick one star then can give comments..

Be sure to ensure that the restaurant does not accept any big group booking on that day. We went there on 5 Jan, 12.30pm and it was absolutely a bad dining experience. There was a group of ten tables or so of an organisation, celebrating CNY. They occupied half of the dining hall and were creating lots of noises which caused stress and disturbance to other diners. They were given the stage for their prize giving, using PA system, and every one of their staff got an item of CNY decoration, thus the prize giving lasted through out their dining, which was more than two hours. Beside prize giving, they were also shouting all kind of new year greetings at the stage, tossed and cheered, totally ignored the presence of other diners and deprived us of any chats. For the two hours we were there, spending over two hundred plus, hoping to catch up with our family members, we were unable to chat at all as our voices were drown in their noises. One of my siblings got headache and unable to enjoy her food. The restaurant should be fair to other diners, they should not allow centre stage and PA system to be used, unless the whole hall is taken up by the group. Alternatively, at least have a partition to separate the group and other diners! There goes my CNY meetup!
