The quality of food has dropped quite drastically as compared to previous visits. Fruit salad was tasteless and appetiser was underwhelming. But this isn’t the deal breaker. We tried to call the restaurant 7 times to kindly inform that we were running slightly late due to a jam on the highway (because of an accident). But no one picked up the phone. When we arrived at the location, we were greeted by a staff/manager that reprimanded us for not picking up their phone call (but phone call number was an unknown handphone number, not their outlet no.) and not calling them to inform them that we were late. When we showed the staff our call-log, he gave an excuse instead and claimed that they were too busy handling front of house. We understand that when things are too busy, missing our phone calls is alright. But what we do not appreciate is being maligned and treated in a such rude accusatory manner. Last but not least, dining service wasn’t fantastic either - our plates were not cleared before we were served our next course and we ended up having to clear everything ourselves. Looking at the latest reviews, it seems like we aren’t the only ones experiencing such an issue with service lately. This is unfortunately our last dining experience with Elemen. The staff sadly doesn’t live up to its values of “treating their customers genuinely” nor that of “healing the body and mind.” It’s just an utterance of meaningless words. PS: if management wants the name of their staff/manager, please feel free to let me know. I would be glad to surface the name.

Surprisingly amazing in terms of taste, plating, service and freshness. Had the 5-course set lunch menu in a very comfortable setting. There’s a good mix of western and asian fusion in the menu. Really love the fried rice, maki rolls and naturally brewed tea with fresh fruits. Overall a super refreshing meal at a rather affordable price!

On 5 July we went for our gathering. Dinner for 10 of us. My friend booked a table and was given a VIP room. It was very comfortable. Besides, we haven’t seen one another for quite a while so obviously we spoke a lot, laughed a lot. With that room, we didn’t have to reconsider our voices. The service staff named Jun (purplish hair) delivered a 10/10 quality service. He was kind and friendly. He was flexible. Have not seen one service staff as good as him after Covid. Really. He was very initiative. The food that he recommended were palatable and suitable to our taste buds. He helped us to take group photos. Food was really good, very presentable. All our “oooos” and “ahhhs” were aplenty. A restaurant that I highly recommended. Unfortunately, Jun is enlisting in NS soon. All the best Jun! Attached photos were taken by my friend who took nice pics, I only knew about appreciating and eating.

Celebrated my birthday here with my friend :) We were served by Mr Peter who did a great job in service and even gave me a surprise birthday treat towards the end. The service here is impeccable and food is absolutely delicious! The set meal offered is very affordable, about $80 for 2 pax (8 course meal) 😊 10/10 will visit again. Thank you Mr Peter!

Over priced food and nothing outstanding. The soup is a far cry from what you see in the menu. Mushroom soup taste like cheap Campbell soup splashed wit truffle oil. The Chinese soup described like amazing and when you get it, it’s nothing like the photo and taste like tiny portion hawker centre soup that is $11. And the so called seaweed tofu decsribed like heaven when it comes it is just cheap silken tofu slap with seaweed sprinkle in batter and deep fried with some sushi at the side at a whopping $15.90. Spent $60 left the place feeling hungry and cheated, had to go else where to buy something to keep me full. This is out right robbery with the high price and provide as less possible In quality and quantity with some fancy menu with fancy words to describe the food.

Brought our parent to try this vegetarian restaurant. The food is so nice that even my father who never eat a complete vegetarian meal was delighted and liked the food. However I gave only 4 stars because they had forgotten to serve the apple cider and when we asked a young male staff about it, he did not do anything about it. We have to ask another female staff the second time and this time round, she explained to us that it was supposed to be served after the soup and before the main course (and not the end of the meal) and then apologised for missing it and brought us the apple cider (better late than none).

Well done vegetarian restaurant with lovely set meals. Came here for lunch, and loved the decor and set up. Ordered the 5 course set meal and was delighted at the selections available. I was however abit let down by the portion of the mains. The food was done very well, I loved the appetizers, but the mains was abit of a let down, portion wise. Taste was good and I really hoped the portion could be bigger as it was such a minimal serving that I was not even full after the 5 course meal. Service was ok but the servers did appear quite busy. It would be worth coming over to try the dishes and experience vegetarian done in a very classy way.

For a restaurant which serves solely vegetarian food, I would say that the food tasted pretty good. I am someone who eats meat every single day so the fact that I had to have a meal without any meat turned me off initially. However I would say they managed to replicate the taste of meat pretty decently. Of course it can't be substituted for meat itself but the fact that they tried is something worth appaulding for. The starters were relatively interesting, most of it were sweet or sour and there were a few savoury ones. As for the soup it is pretty full on since it was pretty thick so I didn't have much appetite after the soup. The fried rice was flavourful but alittle too salty for my liking. Given that this is a vegetarian place, I think they didn't use any milk in their ice cream. Instead they used soy milk(?) so their ice cream was lacking the milky texture and taste which I didn't like Honestly, would I visit here again? I would say yes if I am having a meal with a friend which is strictly vegetarian. It's not too bad of an experience overall.

Visited the restaurant for dinner. This restaurant serves vegetarian food. The ambience of the restaurant is quite nice but it is quite crowded during dinner time. It is interesting to see that there are many appetising vegetarian options that are well presented. Although the price is on the higher side, the food tastes good. Overall, an enjoyable dining experience.

Thanks Elemen for hosting us with a wide and heathy variety of dishes . The staff were good and we were happy with the 8 course lunch menu . We loved the breadsticks with raspberry sauce , quota rice , dates soup . Apple cider was totally awesome and could savior the taste for a while. There are enough options for choosing . It is worth once a while . 8 course meal for 33 dollars is ok ok . The quantity is sufficient that you won't waste the food . The starters are bit interesting and dessert + drink are also cool . Best is the lychee rose cold drink. Staff were courteous here . The rojak and churos salad was delicious too

First time visiting a vegetarian Chinese restaurant in Singapore and it is mind blowing. We order 5 course meal for the price is reasonable. The presentation and taste of the food is outstanding. The atmosphere suites well to enjoy your meal.

I would give it a 3.5 if there is a half star. Nice ambience with reasonable price. 8 course menu for only 32.80++ but then again it’s a vegetarian restaurant so there is totally no meat in any of the menu. To all the meat lovers, this is not the place for you. Overall, I would say the food presentation are up to standard. Service so so. Food wise I feel there are room for improvement. Personally, don’t find any of the dishes impressive at all. Anyone home maker who can cook well, probably can make the same pasta and soup. I wouldn’t go again unless it’s a treat from someone. 😝

Super value for money for the 8 course meal. It was only 30 plus per pax! Food presentation is being made with effort and taste of food is good for trendy vegeterian food. Prefer the mains over the desserts Service was good as staffs are polite and friendly. My personal rating overall 8/10 Recommded: 8 course set and choose these: Grillled mushroom and kale salad 5 Elements soup Sizzling Quinoa Brown Rice Iced coconut mint Chilled pumpkin puree and ask for no almond flakes

I really hate coming to this place. I’ve been here more than 5 times because my dear vegetarian mother loves coming here. As a meat eater, this place is mediocre. But that’s just my opinion because my mother likes dining here. My BIGGEST gripe with this place is not the food, but the way they treat their customers. We used to order their course meals but as the wait got longer and longer we decided to order ala carte to save time. The problem with this restaurant is that they tend to collate the orders of the entire restaurant, And depending on what’s the most popular dish ordered, it gets served first. In my past 3 visits I’ve ordered different dishes but my food keeps getting served last. Imagine watching your entire table finishing their meal while you’re still waiting. Prompting the managers and servers does not make your food come any earlier because THEY COLLATE ALL ORDERS AND SERVE THE LEAST ORDERED DISH LAST. But how the heck would I know which is the most popular dish? THATS NOT ALL, I’m pretty sure the restaurant does this on purpose so that dining groups don’t leave earlier. I know this because the manager and my mother are on pretty friendly terms and there was once we were ready to leave and the manager straight up told my mom “why do you want to leave so early? Stay longer so we don’t have to serve new diners. I don’t know if they make us wait for our food on purpose so that they don’t have to serve new customers, but it’s really off putting. I really don’t recommend coming here because they don’t seem to care about their customers and I’ve decided to find another vegetarian restaurant that actually wants my business.

We are frequent customers for this restaurant at paya lebar but today due to full booking at that outlet we had to come this outlet instead. We entered the restaurant at 725PM even slightly earlier. We submitted our order almost immediately upon entering and we are also the first customer. After waiting an hour our main dish for the course set are not even served and other tables who came in later have already finished their meal. Attached is the time stamp of my photos. Really disappointing and we will NOT visit this outlet anymore. Period.

Tried the Santalicious meal 🎅 at Elemen Millenia Walk. - Love the Sparkling Champagne for a start. 🥂 - The best dish was the Truffle Snow Blanket (mashed potato with a mix of truffle pale, shimeji and portobello mushrooms with a perfectly cooked onsen egg). Would love a bigger portion! 😋 - I also loved the Merry Berry Sea Salt Fizz🍹 - There were too much ingredients in the Magic Chowder (better to keep it simple) and the portion for Jolly Christmas Pasta was a tad too much. - I was also disappointed to be told that the Matcha Tea-ramisu was not available. 😔 Service - The senior staffs would introduce the dishes but there was a young male staff who would just put the dishes on the table without explaining. No smiles from him either 🤷🏻‍♂️ - Initially the manager's service was great. But he kept reminding us that we had only XX mins to go, hinting us to quickly finish our foods for the upcoming slot. I was gulping up all the drinks and soup at such a fast rate. I am not a fast eater and don't like people to rush me. 😥 We think that there should be more tables for couples. I realised there are a lot of tables which are catered to bigger groups. There are very few tables which are more quiet and private. Would love to have that. Conclusion: Is the 8-course Santalicious meal worth it? No. 🙅🏼‍♀️ We will not patronise this outlet again. There is also no view to begin with. Service can be improved, meals too.

Not crazy about vegetarian meals but this impressive 8 course set with choice of salad, soup, mains, dessert and drink made me forget this is all vegetarian. What’s the difference anyway. This is good food for very decent price. Will be back for more. Shiok.

Absolutely lovely food, excellent selection of vegetarian food, didn't miss my meats at all.. Their 5 course meal is fantastic and value for money. Should not miss their bread sticks with raspberry dip. I had ordered, their starters, bbq salad, sizzling fried brown rice , rose lychee drink and Tiramisu for dessert. Loved every bit of my food. Tried their mushroom pizza as well and man it was good.

Delicious vegetarian food with beautiful plating. Came here for Sunday lunch and ordered the 7 course because the 5 course was out of stock so i had to pay more for 2 minor dishes that i did not want. Not sure why is that since the 5 and 7 are the same thing except 2 additional small items. They served multiple courses all at once which I suspect is because they want to speed up the process and to cleanup earlier. I don't have an issue with that, but it's usually not done like that I think. The waiters are all very polite and provide good service. Food is great, especially the quinoa hot stone and truffle pizza which I forgot to take the photo.

Didn't expect vegetarian to be this good. First time trying and was greatly impressed! Ordered the 5 course set, definitely value for money and cheaper should you order individually. This 5 course set is being served like fine dinning setting. I only have one dislike, but this is my individual opinion and won't affect the 5 stars rating in my mind. I don't really fancy the mock "meat". Other than that the food is delicious. Favourite is the double boiled lemongrass with peach gum. Pasta is unique and tasty. Their water is infused with rosemary 🌿. Worth visiting and won't be my last.

A wide selection of vegetarian dishes. The 5-course and 8-course set meals are priced reasonably at around $30 for the former. This is not one of those vegetarian restaurants which serves mainly flour based imitate meats. They use mushrooms and tofu more, which makes it much healthier. Not a big wow flavour wise but good enough - mainly there for the novelty.

This is one of the famous Vegetarian restaurants in Singapore. After visiting the beautiful Marina Bay area, it's nice to take a break at the Millenia Walk Shopping Mall and enjoyed a yummy vegetarian lunch. The waiters had an average attitude and felt like they wanted to finish their work quickly, you could tell they were busy. Despite having booked a table a couple of weeks ago, we were placed close to the kitchen and the entrance to the restaurant, we did ask for a change of location but were refused. The food was average, nothing particularly good, the value for money is okay.

I made reservations through Chope to celebrate my mom's birthday. Initially was given the usual 2-pax table. I mentioned that it's my mom's bday and the Senior Manager on shift kindly accommodated us with booth seating. We ordered 8 course sets for each of us and the food photos as shown. It was our first visit and we already liked the food. Fresh fruits and veggies in Asian and Fusion dishes. Very delicious and appetising. They even prepared the dessert Birthday style and my mom was very happy. We joined the membership programme and there are perks like 10%, birthday coupons.

We have been patronising this Elemen outlet at the Millenia Walk since 2017, and never once have we been let down by their service or quality of food. They serve a wide variety of fusion vegetarian cuisine at an affordable price. The food are flavourful to the palate and their presentation are pleasing to the eyes. This outlet is helmed by Manager Peter and Asst Manager Cheng Yee who are friendly, accommodative and customer oriented. However, due to manpower shortage and during peak hours, slowness in service may occur.

I want to preface this review by mentioning that I'm not a professional food critic, and my thoughts are based on how I felt during my family dinner experience for my grandfather's birthday. Our dining experience was unfortunately not up to our expectations. Firstly, the food left much to be desired as everything tasted very bland. We had to request salt and pepper, and even after adding a generous amount, it didn't do much to enhance the flavours. To make matters worse, the servers missed out on serving the APPLE CIDER, which was supposed to be part of our 8-course meal. Instead, they brought it to us at the end of the entire meal while we were already packing up to leave soon. This left us feeling quite disappointed. On a positive note, I must say that the atmosphere was pleasant and contributed to the overall experience. However, the lackluster food and the timing of the cider service were significant drawbacks to what should have been a special family celebration.

Booked seats for my parents to dine in the restaurant tonight to celebrate Father’s day. Both of them decided to try their special course menu “Oldie-licious” which is more of a Nonya style. The appetiser was great but afterwards, all the dishes were DISAPPOINTING. Not only was the serving time very slow (giving them the benefit of the doubt that they had to do takeaway orders too) , the service was really not up to standard when the restaurant was not even bustling. Have been visiting Elemen for many years but the standard of the food just get worser each time. One of the main rice dish served vegetables that was cold. After informing the waiter about it, the waiter did mentioned they can heat it up... but why served cold food in the first place? The food really did not lived up to its priced value with this special menu costing $38.90++ per pax... it was a disappointing experience for my parents.

Very convenient place to have dinner, since it is just a 5 minutes walk from Promenade MRT station. When it comes to the décor, I would say they were trying to set themselves apart from typical Chinese- vegetarian restaurants. elemen made it easy by offering set meals that served the food in 8 courses with options for each course, namely – Bread, Appetisers, Salad, Mains, Soup, Dessert, Drinks and Apple Cider. The main I chose was Tempura Tofu with Avocado Roll, which was oozing with freshness and yet complemented well with the other veggies within the roll. For the salad, I chose Mushroom Salad and Spinach Salad. Freshness was key to the food and the choice of sauces really helped make a difference out of the pungent vegetables. I ended my 8 course meal with Chilled Purple Rice Porridge with Coconut Ice Cream (Pulut Hitam with Coconut Ice Cream in human speak). Yup, the coconut milk that usually accompanied the Pulut Hitam was replaced by the ice cream, which created an interesting mix of hot and cold without losing the signature fragrance of both the rice and the coconut. Price wise, the price of the set meal was pretty steep (hence the 4 stars; if not, the food was worth 5 stars). Good for occasional dine out with family and friends on special occasions.

Reservation at 12:45pm. Arrived 10minutes early but they totally ignored you. Only 1 guy at the cashier who is busy with paying customers. Finally attended to at 12:55pm. We placed order at 1:05pm. Pizza, Pasta, Soup and stone pot rice. 1 pizza came after 25mins. Next dish pasta came after 40 minutes. Last dish came after more than 1 hour. Don’t ever come to this restaurant if you’re not eating their set meal.

This totally changed the impression I had towards vegetarian food. The drinks, soup, mains and desserts we chose were all very good! Ambience: Neat, Spacious and Sleek Service: Attentive and Quick Value for Money: Worth It! Will I Come Again: Definitely! Highly recommend their 5 Elements Soup, Sizzling Quinoa Brown Rice, Wild Mushroom & Truffle Oil Pizza, Apple Crumble, Lychee Green Tea. That was what we pretty much had too. Thank you Mr Peter for hosting my Wife and I so pleasantly during today’s Valentine Day visit. We shall return for the amazing service and food!

Service was very professional and good! Waiters took great effort to explain the dishes to us upon serving. Food tasted great - you wouldn’t think you’re having a vegetarian meal at all! The 5 course and 8 course meal comes at a very reasonable price tag for a fine dining option. Will be back for more!

Had our CNY lunch at the PLQ outlet. The food was decent and priced right. Its tie-up with Shopback Go is another plus. Unfortunately, the staff might have sent our orders to the wrong table, resulting in long delay and missing main courses. Nevertheless, the staff took initiative with service recovery that was satisfactory.

Worst service I've ever experienced by the waiter Varun. One additional star only for the artistic presentation of the food and the staff member (manager?) who stepped in and took care of us. After Varun took our order, not once did he come to check in on us, give us the complimentary starter that comes with every order, or refill our glasses. After almost 40 minutes of waiting, we had to leave the table to seek out a wait staff, and it was only then that it was discovered that Varun hadn't even put our orders in. From then on, we were taken care of by the manager who rushed our food out, but Varun never once stopped by to apologize for his mistake, and when he did walk pass us, he avoided eye contact. Even after the food finally came out, we had to keep asking for our drinks, which only arrived with the dessert course. When we stopped Varun (twice) to inquire about drinks, he just nodded with a sneer and didn't break stride. This terrible attitude from Varun and unwillingness to correct his mistakes made for a very unpleasant experience, I will not be coming back.

Overpriced food. Poor service. Limited choices. Small portion. Their menu has more tofu than mock meat choices. Double boiled soup costs $8.80 but such pathetic small bowl as if water was so expensive. Left the restaurant paying a hefty price and yet so famished. As a vegetarian, I would think there are many better places than this.

Took my entire extended family (over 30 of us) there for dinner and it exceeded our expectations. Good food, very careful service (even though we were a large group and pre-ordered so it was complicated, including needing more baby chairs than they actually had, I think they went and borrowed one for us), and (for what it is) decent pricing. Recommended!

Ordered the 8 Course Set ($32.90) which includes a starter, bread, salad, soup, main, dessert and beverage. (Can't remember what's the other one). Service is good, they are very attentive to refill the water and take away empty plates which is good because the table is quite small for 2 pax. Food is surprisingly delicious, very small in portion but pack with flavours, one would not expect that much from a vegetarian meal but boy was I wrong, whoever put this meal together is very creative! Highly recommend this place!

Food was generally quite ok but didn’t really enjoy the spaghetti ( both mushroom and carbonara ) tasted pretty bland, and the mushroom soup had no taste of truffle at all. Was quite excited to try elemen, but I felt that the service was slow and also sloppy. Wouldn’t patronise again.

Vegetarian fine dining. Food taste and plating is nice, but the serving takes too long since they sit all reservations together in one go according to their fixed time slot. And patrons aren't given the choice to order first. Made reservation for 1.30pm Sunday, but was only seated at 1.45pm. Even then, the waiters were too busy that we only managed to place our order at 2pm. Even though their menu options aren't a lot, the serving time is sadly slow on weekend lunch. Definitely reserve before you go, walk-ins are not likely to be entertained during peak hours.

Still serving great choices for vegetarian food. Quality of appetiser on the other hand has degraded over the years. During the covid period, service has been slow. Waited more than 30min for main course to be served. Understandable but its painful to wait when u r hungry

Food and price point was alright. Service was excellent and the starters were delicious but the mains (especially the pasta dishes) weren’t up to par. Noodles were over cooked and the sauce a tad bit watery. Will repeat my visit again to try the other mains as it could have just been that particular day.

It was a busy night and the restaurant was packed. No one attended me at the entrance, but once I got in, everything was great! Liew Y.H. was the waiter of my table. He was so busy but did such a great job in making sure that I had a good meal. I asked him for his name and thanked him for doing such a good job, and he said " Why did you want to know my name? It is nothing. " Luckily he wore a name tag. He could have just accepted my compliment 😂😂😂

Made a reservation for 1.30pm. When we arrived we realized we had to queue in the 'reservations queue'. After waiting for more than 15mins we decided to leave as it took too long. The restaurant takes in customers in batches every 1.5hrs. They wait for the previous batch to finish before clearing all the tables and accepting the customers in all at once. But we felt that the wait was too long especially since we made a reservation. Don't try to walk-in as they can't even accommodate their reservations on time. Restaurant needs to be more efficient with their timing, perhaps adjust the timeslots so that there is more time for tables to be cleared. Anyways the current system doesn't seem to be working. See the queue for reservations in the photo attached.

  • 1/5 Jade N. 3 years ago on Google
reservation at 1.30pm situation outside the restaurant at 1.45pm is chaotic - at least 15 groups of people waiting for our tables, super crowded, no staff to manage social distancing (safe distancing ambassadors and security came) left at 1.50pm for other food 1. they take reservation in batches so 12noon then 1.30pm, hence, the chaos at 1.30pm 2. at 1.30, they are not ready for the next batch so even with reservations, everyone's still queuing 3. there's at least 10 empty and ready tables inside when i went in to speak to the manager and his reasoning for keeping people outside is that once he lets someone in, everyone will rush in ate elemen so many times at other outlets and it's the only vegetarian place i go to, this is the 1st time i encounter this reservation system with them and had such bad service, im really extremely disappointed and upset, the manager is rude and so was the cashier who i asked when we will be seated, maybe management should look into this outlet

The food quality drop, the bread stick wasn't fresh. The chocolate desert is not hot. The cashier having a bad attitude. update 16 feb 2021: My wife have a chance to drop by at the restaurant again. This time the service is much better and get back to the standard it used to be. Serve all the main course together, in proper sequence as welI . iam glad that the feedback channel is working and the management really did their job to maintain the level. Hope I get a chance to drop by again in near future. update 6 feb 2021: went there with a bunch of friends again. The service was terrible, dish serve for half of the people and wait for a good 15-20 minutes for the rest of people. During that period, still continue serve drinks before main course. Oh yea, they forget the bread stick and need us to remind a few times, and soup is before salad? Btw they have remove review session from their facebook page, lol

Have booking at 11:30am. They put a sign outside today that no walk-in available. We ordered right after we seated. Our drinks came real fast. Then the horror started. We waited more than 1 hour for the food to come. We checked with the servers several times. But the same reply about they would check and they would come soon etc. We checked again the last time with probably the manager (just my guess because he wore different uniform with suit). He shared that they had issues in the kitchen & they didn’t expected it. I was with a friend whom I haven’t met for long. So I wouldn’t want to spoil the mood and make a big fuss. Finally, the food came after 1 hour 10 mins. I would say that the food was decent. I would say that the food is nice if I didn’t wait 1 hour 10 mins for it. But I waited so long for the food, I couldn’t wait to just finish it and get over it. For 2 pax, we ordered 1 starter, 2 mains, 2 drinks. Bill was around $56. When we were paying at the cashier, they never said anything, no apology for making us wait more than 1 hour for the food. They pretended nothing happened. So I wouldn’t say they worth the price and wait. They’re not like 5-star cuisine or something. So I would not recommend the place and I won’t go back again. Waste of time. Totally disappointed.

Went on a Saturday, so didn’t get the 8 course meal (couldn’t get the 5 course meal, sadly! it’s only available from mon to thurs) The food was delicious!! The truffle mushroom soup and truffle carbonara was GREAT!!! Really two thumbs up! The truffle claypot fried rice (no pics sorry) was good too, but lacking the “burnt rice” feeling that a claypot rice should have hahaha! The dry asian noodles are very springy and QQ, nice! But taste was a bit lackluster The portions for ala carte is small!! All of us was still hungry after finishing our food :P a bit disappointed by the small portion even after paying around $16.80 (before SVC and GST) each for the ala carte.. Perhaps they should serve bigger portions if it is not part of a meal?

The food is served very slowly. The portion is small and not nice. Manager seems irritated when we would like to add an order. First time eating at a restaurant that does not welcome customers to order more food. When we highlighted that our order is not served despite waiting for a long time, there is no apologies from the manager who is just trying to find fault with the one who place the order. The staff is more polite than the manager. Suggest to eat at other outlets and not at the one at Millenia.

Everything was served hot, fresh and tasted alright! For the asking price, it was not fully satisfying. The staff and service, however, were very good as was the pleasant, well-lit ambience.

We had the five course set which was value for money. Service was very attentive and patient despite us staying past lunch hours. We had the pizza and sushi which we really enjoyed. Delicious and flavourful. Hard to choose between the attractive appetisers and main courses which had a large variety - fusion, Asian and western cuisines. Their aopetisers and main courses are better than their desserts. We had the tiramisu which was average and the sticky date with ice cream (not very good quality ice cream) which was slightly below average. Tea portion was super small and petite but very fragrant. Restroom is located right opposite the restaurant which is convenient. Booked via Chope app.

Total disappointed. Been to this place for so many time. The dishes looks the same as before. But the taste 😓 bad. Small but significant changes like the starter tomatoes etc changes everything. Ordered the 5 course meal which had a variety of items to choose from. I’d like to say that the blue pea tofu with bamboo truffle rice was really good, the best main that we had. The lotus chips tofu salad was good as well! But the coconut mint drink tasted weird too me, so I’d rather stick to the hot tea instead. The service was good, place was clean and food was serve promptly.

Long waiting time with less than mediocre vegetarian fusion food. The grouchy floor manager makes the dining experience worse. The Asian Dry noodle came very late and was soggy/sticky. The fried noodle thing was burnt and bitter. The truffle fried rice my wife ordered was lukewarm and hard. Feedback to Cheng Yee about the slowness and burnt food and she apologised and gave us a dessert to “compensate”. If not for this gesture I would have given 1 star. If vegetarian is not your only choice, please consider going else where. If you like to try fusion vegetarian food, I recommend you go to the other brand at Raffles City.

This is the second time I have come to this branch. It feels disappointing. First of all, the meal is limited to 90 minutes, but the serving speed is very slow. After two or three times of asking, only one piece of food coming. The staff saw that we were waiting,no even one staff come and ask ☹️, Finally want to pay after eating, walked to the payment counter, and wait again , finally a ladies staff watched us waiting at the payment counter, and even ask what we waiting for ? (we just came out after the meal🙄,and the ladies staff just serve us also) The staff service needs to be improved, we were really a little angry when we waited, the staff did not apologize or thank you, I understand they busy ,and I also service line person ,but I think the basic services should be maintained.

Ordered the 8 course set, around 38.60 after gst and service charge. Food was pretty good, especially the pizza and the breadsticks! Fried rice was not bad as well albeit a little oily. However, the service was not as good. It was messy and the duration we were allocated for the meal was not enough considering how the dishes took very long to serve. The appetisers and bread stick were served first, and then only 15-20 mins later, the other dishes were one by one served. So we were left with 30 minutes to gobble down 4 to 5 courses 😅

I'm not an avid fan of vegetarian food so came into the restaurant with lots of skepticism. Fortunately, other than not have real meat in the dishes, the taste did not disappoint at all! There's really a huge variety of dishes here to suit all taste bud and I highly recommend the tofu main dish while the mushroom soup was a little too watery and bland. I would have given this place a 4 or 5 star if not for the unresponsive service provided here. Other than the waitress, the rest of the service staff needs to really buck up... Although I think it's understandably so because they are severely understaffed!!! Please do not offer a nice set to your customer and end up telling your customer that if you order this set, please be prepared to wait >45mins. It just doesn't make sense to being with.

4 April marks one of the most disappointing meals i have in Elemen. The mushroom was soup was bland and when given the feedback, we were told that the kitchen say no problem, all the while holding pepper and salt. The noodle was overcooked and too salty while the bamboo rice was not appetising at all. Worst of all was the new Quorn set menu! The mock meat was too dry and tasteless and the rest of the items in real bad shape. I am very embarrassed to have brought a few good friends to this place given that I have had good experience before. In the end when i gave feedback to the staff, they brushed it off by saying we are still using the same chef though. Not apologetic at all or even trying to show some effort in finding out what went wrong. Just being transactional to close off the bill and get me to make payment. Am really disappointed with this experience.

Booked a table for 4 but we still had to queue for a few mins after our scheduled timing while they clean/settle the previous dinner session. There was only 1 waiter (I believe) serving during that time so we had to wait quite some time for them to take the orders. But in the end it wasn’t the waiter who took our orders but some other staff. He did recommend some stuff cos what I wanted wasn’t available. Each of us had the course of 8 and I must say the variety of food is really extensive! The presentation was really cute and aesthetically pleasing. Taste wise - depends on your tastebuds I guess? Was curious about the churros rojak so I picked that and it was basically fruit salad with semi-soggy churros. The more senior staff bothered to say out the dish he was serving and asked who was having what, and also how to eat it. But the waiter would just put it on the table and he seemed like he didn’t want to be there. A smile would suffice lol. The drinks were great too, I liked that a lot. I had some sort of osmanthus drink which was really refreshing! The brownie was the perfect dessert to end the meal. Loved it. Would come again to try the other things in the menu.

Not bad for the starter, pretty refreshing. Love the cold sesame tofu, very tasty. ice grapefruit drink sour and refreshing. Quite disappointed with the main shroom peppery rice, can't taste the pepper but consist of different shrooms. The dessert double-boiled lemongrass with peach gum, nice dessert not too sweet, many different texture to chew on. Food and service standard drop compare to the last few visit.

Amazing food that we forgot that it’s vegetarian because of how yummy everything was! We ordered 3 sets of 5 course meal and the avocado roll is a must try on its own! I’m already thinking about going back!

Made a booking via Chope for my wife's birthday. It was my first time dining at Elemen at Millenia Walk. My family opted for the 5 course set each. At first the portions seemed a bit small, but at the end of the meal we were all full. Kids especially enjoyed the mushroom truffle soup and the Bischoff brownie. Their truffle pizza was also very nice. Service was excellent by Mr Peter Lee, who also informed us of the perks of being an Elemen member. Their prices are reasonable for the quality and service rendered. I'd definitely recommend this place.

ordered 5 course set meal. The full course meal is delicious 😋. The Lady Staff very helpful to come up helping to complete the ordering form thru mobile phone 😊 You may consider to join their members if you have not. Generous to give a full bottle of water. Nowadays many restaurant charged even for a glass of water.

Premium vegetarian food. Each dish is plated elegantly and tastes delicious (pardon my second photo which is half eaten). Only issue is that they seem to be understaffed so my drink didn’t come until the end with my dessert, and I also had to wait for around 10 minutes before someone saw us and attended to us so that I could ask for my dessert.

Food and service were great!!! Very reasonable price for set menu. Top choice for modern vegetarian cuisine. Their CNY vegetarian yu sheng was the best I had for 2022! Fresh and sweet not dry and dull. Give it a try! You won't believe it's vegetarian 🤣😃

Good vegetarian food with excellent presentation. Always here to try their seasonal menu. Place can get quite crowded so better to book before heading down.

They can get a bit slower with the service when it's busy, but it remained friendly. Food amazing & beautifully presented. Lunch set menu is extremely good value.

Been here in the past but they have changed the menu and my past favorites like truffle ramen soup is no longer on the menu which is quite sad. I think this outlet chef is not as good as the great world city one. I often order the same things and I feel great world city does it better. The churros for the RojAk here was so hard that your fork cannot even poke through. It was so difficult to eat, I was scared to break a tooth on those rock hard churros. That’s NOT the texture of churros. The service at great world is also better I feel. They are friendlier and service is faster. The golden paofan was a fail for us, it wasn’t as good as imagined. Also the bowl is very small. The truffle dry ramen is better. The portion size for 8 course set is large enough to share for 2 pax who aren’t big eaters. The price of $40 after tax for 8 course set is ok, it includes appetizers, soup, main, drink, dessert. It’s refreshing that vegetarian food can taste like you don’t miss meat. Occasional healthier choice for body detox.

👍 This is my first attempt in this brand. Overall was fond of the experience and food presentation. One of the comforting pricing western fares in town. They have good Customer service, just that food needs improvement! They do serve us bread with butter (complimentary). We ordered quite a bit of th...
