I bought the roasted hainan chicken rice. It was nice (the rice was flavoured) and i like that the mock chicken was basically tofu skin and tofu fried (not unduly processed mock meat). What also stood out was the vegetable accompaniments with the dish - fresh baby tomatoes, fresh cucumber slices and a piece of corn cob. The 5 spiced tofu was okay and cheap at $6.80 but nothing to shout about but was a good filling side dish for the chicken rice. Service was great :) will recommend! Do note the store operates on a self order and self collect system.

My first time try after passed by so many times(they just reopen for dine-in). Must give 5stars for food at affordable price, and attentive staffs even said “self-service” The owner(I supposed)came for greeting and led to the seat with nice attitude. Write down your order on the paper, they order and pay at counter. Also, self-collection. But, all staffs are in good attitude. Feels like they ready to serve you if anything happen. Food was nice. Good portion. I wanted to try many menus. Will definitely go back again.

Rare gem. Wide variety of food in menu. True veg place. They even asked customers with meat groceries to leave meat outside the restaurant. Place bright & spacious. Air con strong. Comfortable & serene place to dine in. Ordered the herbal ramen without mock meat (must indicate don’t want mock meat). Lots of greens. Soup not the black strong herbal kind, nice aromatic smell. Will def come back again.

The restaurant is 100% vegetarian. Menu is wide range offering local cuisine with mock meat. Weird thing is that when you look at the menu the dishes are given non vegetarian names where in fact it is vegetarian. We ordered mutton Hainanese curry, mock meat did not actually taste like mutton infact you could taste the soya. There were too many potatoes in the curry. If you are not a fan of Potatoe do not order. We also ordered spinach fried rice, the rice was nice and flavourful however there was not a lot of spinach. Overal this restaurant Is good for those who are vegetarian, for non vegetarians though if u order mock meat it will not resemble to the taste of real meat.

One of my favorite and regular vegetarian places for dinner. The number of things that you can order from the very heavy menu (literally), will just leave you wondering what to order. Rice dishes to noodles to western. My personal favorites are chicken rice, beef noodles (#301👍) and 炸酱面 (refer to noodles pic with corn). Portions are generous and reasonably priced. Side dishes like nuggets and fried chicken are also my choice orders. And yes, vegetarian :) Head on down if you happen to be in the east and enjoy having some good vegetarian food!

Delicious food. Very flavorful. All the food are freshly prepared and are hot when served! Thumbs up! They accept cash, NETS, PayLah and Paynow! Monkey head kungPao chicken is a little too salty but texture is amazing. Try the Apple/mulberry vinegar drink. Extremely refreshing. They have a variety of snacks (keropok, popcorn etc. on their shelves too).

It is my first time to a Vegetarian Restaurant which is near my house but i will not go if not because my cousin from overseas visit and request to go there again. She told me is nice and should try. I enjoyed the mushroom mee suan i ordered. 4/5 from me. Tried their friend spring rolls; laksa; satay beehoon etc quite generous portion. The bosd and staff are friendly and helpful and we bought also like vegetarian products which you may spend over Sgd100 on the products so be mindful to check your buget ;) Surely i will visit to try other stuff!

Having lunch with one friend, introduced by her to come and eat. Overall the food is nice, I'm not sure about the prices as I didn't pay. I recommend that those stay or work in the East area, come over, and support them. It's not easy to operate a vegetarian restaurant, and we need more of these so we can live healthier.

They are better at ala carte than zi char style. We spent $36 for 4 pax. This consists of 4 mains, 2 drinks and 1 desserts. Even though they close at 9 they are nice and still allowed people to order and eat. Self service so published prices includes gst and no service charge. Drinks are desserts are slightly pricier compared to the mains

Ordered Ee Miam and was served with a frozen meatball. Told the staff about it and she took it back with a struck up attitude. Didn’t even apologize. She returned with the same dish with the frozen meatball which i ate half of it and told me she added one hot meatball for me.

Ordered through food delivery a few times. Food is nice with many different ingredients for each dish. Value for money for the pricing. Update: I have updated my review to drop 2 stars. Since their reopening, their pricing on food delivery app has increased by more than 20%. Porridge for $10? The point of my original review no longer stands.

Ordered the mutton rendang curry, tofu hotplate, crispy chicken and mustard cheese balls. For vegetarian food, everything was delicious (including the mock meats) although the experience can be slightly pricy. The menu is massive which can be helpful if you're coming in a big group or have picky eaters.

Really bad experience! We were wondering how they could keep such a big menu, and we learned why - all our food was microwaved. Six different dishes came out after 3 minutes of waiting, some parts were hot and some parts weren’t. On top of that, mushrooms were hard and food was overpriced

Hi. I had a vision of chicken rice two days back , had a desire for it, although I don’t eat chicken nowadays. When I saw that the shop had a menu like that , I ordered. There seem to be a lot on the plate but somehow I finished all and it was very tasty indeed 👍🏼😊. By the way I am 62 years.

Took me years to finally step in, photos on menus usually put me off. But this place has a nice casual atmosphere and a super wide menu selection. I was a little confused with the menu listing meat, but indeed this is a vegetarian restaurant and all the meat has a substitute.

Shared a hot pot with a friend, enjoyed the food! The tofu was amazing too.. some dishes are available only on Fri, Sat and Sun.. Liked that the place has a very peaceful feel. The CNY goodies are great too, got the "Soya Shrimp Roll" and finished it in 2 or 3 days, need to go back to buy more for CNY 😅🤭Almost all the dishes are vegan, Looking forward to trying their other dishes 😋 Current boss is very friendly, hoping they will one day open at least one outlet each in the North, West and South part of SG 🙏🏻

A good and humble vegetarian restaurant along Tanjong Katong. Apart from the delicious food, we also learned a lot about healthy tips from the kind man. We had the five spices braised beancurd, sweet and sour lemon "chicken," sambal kangkong, and deep-fried enoki. We all know how difficult it is to cook delicious food without garlic and onion, but this shop didn't disappoint us. The bean curd was so aromatic, and the sauce went great with the "chicken" rice. The enoki was famous, crispy throughout the 1.5-hour lunch, and had no sign of sogginess. And, of course, I have yet to taste any fresher kangkong so far, mildly stirred fried with the green still crunchy. And most importantly, the price is very affordable. Definitely will return to the shop.

Celebrated our dad's birthday. We enjoyed the food and beverages. The boss and staff are friendly and warm welcomed us. The boss introduced us great choices of food. The price of food is reasonable. That day, I was unwell. He gave me a cup of plum tea to ease my discomfort. Great appreciated. Highly recommended this veg restaurant!

At first blush, with beef noodles, lemon chicken rice & the like on the menu v thot...is this really a Vegan eating house? But yes, it is! The place dishes out pure vege fare down to the oil used. Neat, clean place with good variety of fusion food...ideal for vegetarians.

One of the better vegetarian food places. The star dish has to be the Roasted Chicken Rice omg the roasted chicken is so crispy, airy and light so good, the rice however was kinda too dry. Crispy chicken rice was not too bad either, crispy and good mouthfeel. Laksa was flavourful and it came in a huge bowl. Tomyam fried rice was good but feels slightly salty. Long bean was way tooooo salty, definitely need plain white to pair with. Drinks wise.... disappointing. Barley was syrupy type. Coffee average. Billed came up to be ~$54 for 4 pax.

This place has a very cosy feel to it. The ambience is good, staff courteous and the food satisfying your taste buds. We ordered dumplings and nonya laksa curry and enjoyed both dishes. The portions are big so it was enough for 2 to eat. Affordable veg dishes with local flavours ?

Amazed by how good vegetarian food can taste! Laksa (5/5): Very flavourful. Might be even better than some other non vegetarian laksa. Personally like the 'meat' they added inside, tasted like chicken strips 😂 Chicken rice roasted (5/5) You need to try this!! The fried tofu skin that represents roasted chicken was soooooo good. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is served with chicken rice and chilli too! Chicken rice fried (4/5) Felt that the fried one was a little too tough and overly fried. But other than that the taste was good too! Tomyum fried rice (4.5/5): I could really taste the tomyum. Best part of this was the vegetarian floss. Pairs perfectly with the fried rice. However, the rice was slightly too salty. Might be due to the tomyum paste. Long bean with minced meat (4.5/5): Honestly, I couldn't tell that this was a vegetarian dish! Tasted just like any other long bean with minced meat. Aside from that, the shop sells lots of vegetarian snacks and sauces that you can buy!

Haven't came here for quite a while, and luckily the menu and taste has stayed pretty much the same. Tried the Hainanese beef noodles for the first time and it was surprisingly quite good! The soup was flavourful, with bits of pickled veggie and generous servings of mock beef made from chewy mushroom stems, even the radish and carrots were nicely stewed till soft and juicy (absorbed the soup!). The two "chicken" dishes were pretty decent too, and especially the white tender chicken, with an interesting texture and flavoured with light soy sauce. Dishes ordered: Hainanese beef soup ramen, Texas fried chicken, and white tender chicken

It's a nice, simple restaurant with vegetarian versions of non-vegetarian dishes. The funny part is that the menu still mentions the name of non-vegetarian dishes as is, so you get confused about whether it's real bacon or chicken and you have to clarify with the staff. Turns out it is a 100% vegan place. Having said that the food is good! I liked what I had.

The Bitter gourd soup is fresh and tasty. Gong bao chicken rice not bad too. But the lemon chicken we find it not fried enough (was expecting it taste more crispy like cutlet.. They have great variety and the staff mentioned that 90% of the menu was vegan! While the food was average as some dishes were good while others lacked a punch; I will definitely visit again. The staff was extremely kind and helped tell me what was vegan and not. They also made small talk, which I think is rare in SG restaurants. Lastly the portions were generous and the price was reasonable.
