The quantity is very less and no value for the money. Price has increased and quantity reduced. I ordered Sambar rice and it was $6.20 but found the quantity was so less compared what they used to give. It is definitely not worth the money. I understand every where price increased, but still the quantity they serve does not match at all. Sad to see my fav restaurant doing this. Will look for other options

Authentic South Indian food. No bells or whistles here, but the ingredients are quality. Tasty and satisfying. All vegetarian though. Had a masala dosa which I can’t fault. 75% Indian customers which speaks for itself. Reasonably priced.

Quit less varieties, taste as same as Little india restaurant. Service is not good, only in this place. Not in entire komala's, here the waiter he is not at all ready to serve items. But I had great experience in the Little india komala's restaurant, taste varieties and services all are good there.

Great tasting food. But the cutlery spoils everything... banana leaf but straight on the tray! All the sauces are in disposable plastic or paper cups. Drink is in a small takeaway transparent plastic cup. Fork and spoon is also plastic. Please be more earth friendly.

Notice there is a vegetarian India restaurant at the corner of CIMB food court and tried their Idly. Loved it because it was soft and the chutney is really great. Surely will come back to try their other dishes.

My rate is only location related & displayed opening hours on google is incorrect. It took over an hour to find the food court that it is located and it was closed for the day before 7pm on Thursday.

If you ever want to taste a so called south Indian restaurant which serves horrifying meals, then go here. I used to regret eating at my hostel, this beats that and is worse than that experience. Its location where it's bustling is what makes it work! Irony of life that such great cuisine can abolish a human's hunger!

Horrible experience with food quality and attitude of serving staff. Food was cold and temper of staff hot( exactly opposite to expectation). Not a place to visit again. Look for better options in the area.

My experience at Komala's restaurant was disappointing due to cleanliness issues and finding hair in my food on two occasions. The lack of hygiene was concerning and detracted from the overall dining experience. I hope the restaurant takes immediate action to improve their hygiene standards, as it's a critical aspect of any dining establishment.

Love the fact that there is a vegetarian place in raffles. Food is delicious and economical. Can be crowded during lunch time. Their plain dosa and idli is yum.

South Indian cuisine with limited north Indian options. Chaat options (North Indian snacks) available for the evening snacks. The Chevron house mall has been renovated recently. The restaurant is a bit more spacious in comparison to the previous outlet. Due to covid it's less crowded.

Food is great but the ambience is awful (mainly because of the ambient noise, there is no attempt to dampen noise in the restaurant with acoustic panels or soft furnishings). You cannot hold a conversation there.

Very good quality of masala tea. I found that in Singapore this is one place where you can get really good quality of masala tea. It tastes same as Indian tea. One can get samosa, small amount of chat, idlly, chatani in afternoon. During lunch time they have north india and south indian plates and biryani. They do not accept cash. Only card payment.

Cleanliness is Zero. After plates are removed either by staff or customer itself, the table is not cleaned. Plates are cleaned with simple cloth without using water or any spray. For a restaurant image, they charge but service below below par.

Ordered Paper Masala dosa and was totally disaapointed with the quality. Most of the dosa was black in color and the masala has no taste at all. It seems that I was eating a ootappam instead of a paper dosa.
