Standard has dropped over the years. First tried this few years back when it costs only $6.90 and was hooked onto it. Have always been a loyal supporter of this stall. However, prices has increased multiple times since then and now costs $9.90. Sadly, quality has also dropped substantially. As you can see from the photo, soup base is very diluted now. In the past, the soup was thick and of a cream-like consistency, with lots of mushroom bits. Ingredients are also a lot lesser compared to the past, in particular the noodles were quite sparse. It is no longer the hearty, creamy bowl of noodles that I always craved for in the past. Not sure if I’ll be back again.

Went for the meal. Frozen udon in homemade broths with proper ingredients, paired in the strangest sour-salty-spicy-sweet combination. Piping hot sour curry paired with (almost melting) pineapple, grapes, dragonfruit, cherry tomatoes producing abhorrent combination of strange flavors in hot broth. Mushroom soup is real ingredients and the better choice. $$, not cheap. Starting at $10 ala carte.

Craving ‘gram-worthy grub, discovered Tracy Juice Culture - famed for their intriguing fruit curry and mushroom udon! 🍜 I opted for their creamy umami-loaded mushroom udon, with generous mushrooms, and turnip atop springy udon. Soul-comforting slurpfuls of joy! 🤤 My partner had the colorful mixed fruit curry udon enveloping sweet pineapple, dragon fruit and grapes in a citrusy curry. A refreshing fruity fix on a sweltering day! Despite slightly steeper prices, Tracy Juice Culture remains our go-to for camera- and vegan-pleasing udon creations. 🍜😋 all being said, being a meat lover I really don’t see myself craving for these every day.. but if you are after something unique or curious about how vegan survive without variety this is certainly the place to visit!

While I heard something about the dish "Mushroom Udon" via the social media, we head down to Fortune Center and want to give it a try. I was pretty shock as I arrived the shop navigating myself with the unit number on the given address and found out that it was a Fruit Juice place. I was initially puzzled for Udon to be sold there, nonetheless, we continued our ordering thereupon looking at the wall's big menu. Here comes their famous mushroom soup udon. While having the Udon halfway, I realised that I was actually having vegan food with vegetables and mock meat in the bowl of savoury thick luscious mushroom gravy mixing up the thick strands of Udon. Ingredients are none other than visible slices of mushroom with cherry tomato, broccoli as well as mocked meat. We were satisfied by this tasty bowl of Udon. Tracy's Special Mushroom Udon 健施特制乌冬面 - $14 (Set) The set of Tracy's Special Mushroom Udon comes with a bowl of nutritional white fungus with peach gum dessert. If you do not prefer to have a set meal, you can order it on an Ala Carte basis. Love the not too sweet dessert with the soft and velvety texture of the peach gum, white fungus coupled by red dates and longan. What a weird combination I thought with Fruits in Curry and Udon. Spiciness level is acceptable and if you were to ask me it has more of a tangy and sour taste that makes the healthy bowl of curry so wholesome. Fruits like pineapples are essential to make up the sour taste. I feel weird having grapes, cherry tomatoes and dragonfruits in my bowl of curry noodles. Well! That's what makes it so special. Fruit Juice Curry 水果咖喱 - $9.90 If you feel adventurous enough, you may want to try out their special Udon. They also have another outlet in International Plaza.

Got their mushroom udon alacarte and was shocked by how flavourful and umami the broth was! Loved that it’s not the typical watery type and you can definitely taste the mushroom bits within. There’s some broccoli and mock meatballs in there too (super tasty!). Wouldn’t mind more ingredients for sure!

Today first time try Wild Rice Congee. All previous times I've been taking mushroom udon. The food is extremely tasty even though it's vegetables only. The sweetest and savoury taste is just nice. Staff are courteous even even they are busy. Visited many times and also brought friends. Mushroom is more watery compared to my first visit. Price too costly for one meal.

A small restaurant with only three tables. There's no crowd in the morning, if you would like to try out the food. They mainly sell fruit juices and a few simple dishes. I ordered Tracy's Special Mushroom Udon. It is so simple and yet so delicious. The soup is densely packed with blended mushrooms, with a hint of vinegar taste. It comes with broccoli, cherry tomatoes, mock meat, and shitake mushroom. If you order set meal, it comes with dessert which is either Cheng T'ng or red bean with lotus seeds. For the brave souls, you may try the fruit juice curry udon which I have not ventured. The fruit juices here are compacted (small) so don't get surprise when you receive it.

Store name says juice but they serve meals as well. The two items on menu - mushroom udon and wild rice congee - are both really good! Flavorful yet light at the same time. Would definitely come again. Space is tight but they do offer a separate seating space in another unit.

Tried their famous mushroom soup udon and fruits curry udon today. Prefer the mushroom soup udon as its more savoury while the fruits curry is really an acquired taste that has fruits inside and is tangy from the pineapple. Promegranate and grape juice is ok.

No idea what to eat so I ended up here to try their mushroom udon. Got the set which came w a choice of dessert, peach gum/red bean and you could have it hot or cold. Looks like a huge bowl but it’s mainly the soup which is like made of blended mushroom. Unless you’re a mushroom lover, you wouldn’t enjoy this. The udon was not chewy sadly, but I like the soup since I like mushrooms haha. Wish they gave more broccoli! The bowl of peach gum dessert was huge but tasted a little off, couldn’t pinpoint where. Try once 就好. Would rate this place a 7/10 overall.

The small shop is a little gem hidden in a rundown commercial-office complex. Their udon with mushroom soup is worth every penny. The soup taste a little bit sour which makes it very appetizing. The soup is so unique I'm hooked. The shop assistants are polite which makes the dining experience a good and pleasant one.

Mushroom lovers, this place has a mean thick mushroom soup udon. The mushroom soup is just a little less creamy than a good cafe mushroom soup, being Asian style. It is a vegetarian place so definitely no cream or milk in the mushroom soup. It is so delicious that I finished the whole soup really quickly. It is good value as the bowl costs $9.90 with fresh goodness in it. They have fruit curry which i didn’t try but is very popular. I took a photo of the fruit curry from a fellow customer whom I don’t know. There’s lotsa juice to choose from as well with very interesting blend and mix.

Never had such a thick mushroom soup before. It's very umami and satisfying. Also had the fruit curry udon which is very interesting and I have never had it before. The curry lends towards more pineapple-y taste and it has lots of fruits inside. Interesting! Both of the bowls are very filling and although the price is quite steep compared to the other stores, it was a unique experience and the ingredients are quite a lot. We also had the red bean soup which is very thick and nice. For seating area, they also have separate seating area near the toilet.

Was an eye opening experience to the fruit curry udon and mushroom udon… personally enjoyed the curry one… the peach gum Ching Teng was overrated, did not really enjoy it… however it has inspired myself to try and make something similar…

Tried the mushroom udon and it was delicious. It’s like a western blended mushroom soup with udon with some vegetables. Be careful it comes piping hot! Good portion as well- definitely will be full after. I just thought it’s quite pricey at $10..

One of the best vegetarian foods in Fortune centre. We have ordered Tracy's special mushrooms udon always and the quality is very good. This time we ordered Fruit juice curry set and really like the sweet sour taste 😋. For the dessert Peach Gum Cheng Tng and Red bean with lotus seeds are good not to give them amiss. One of the best vegetarian shops I had. Udon mushroom soup is one of their dishes. It was so good and filling. I ordered udon set ($12) which came with a small bowl of dessert either red bean or peach gum. I chose red bean. Ala carte udon is $8.80. The mushroom broth is thick and fragrant. Besides, they also have porridge and curry. They sell leicha on day 1 and 15 lunar calendar. Shop is small but they have another small dining area beside the shop (nearby toilet). They have many juices as well but I was too full to order juices. I will save for next time. In addition, they sell soup pack too. I will definitely buy and cook at home. Must try other item on their menu. 😋

Looking for an honest, no-frills vegan meal by day? If you’re by the Bencoolen Street/ Middle Road belt, look no further than Tracy Juice Culture at Fortune Centre. While their fresh juices brim with flavour, balance and life, the mains do just as well. Try the satisfying umami in Mushroom Udon for a meat-like richness, redolent with ginger and yeasty goodness. There’s ample fibre with the broccoli, leafy Bok Choy and cherry tomatoes. If you’d prefer the tangy spice of an Assam pedas, chow down on the Fruit Juice Curry, complete with chunks of dragonfruit, tomatoes and pineapple too. The multigrain porridge offers smaller, milder appetites an equally fulfilling bowl of nutrient-dense energy. Each is priced at just under $10 but, for $5 more, furnishes a pleasant local dessert that tastes naturally sweet. You may crave a refreshing juice; take your pick from among 10 or so blended juices - they’re really tasty! The late morning guarantees seating in this small-ish eatery. It can get busy, crowded and noisy when lunch service starts till well past 2pm. I’ve been there at least 6 times since I discovered it in August. I shall be back again.

Caution soup is very hot, i burned my tongue and roof. Soup was very ‘honest’ tasting, mushroomy, just the right texture, clung on to the noodles just nice, one portion came with 4-5 small broccoli florets, 2 mock-meat mushroom balls, 2 cherry tomatoes, 2 pcs of chye sim, and 5-6 pcs of cut shiitake mushrooms. If ever in the area and want something warm and healthy, full but not up to the brim full, stop by for a bowl of mushroom udon!

One of its kind mushroom udon noodles. Thick mushroom soup with a little sour taste. It’s almost like adding udon noodles to a good bowl of mushroom soup. With some mock minced meat.

REALLY good avocado smoothie, I think they added kiwi and green apple to it. Honestly tasted like ice cream but it wasn’t too heavy as well! Cheng Tng was really good quality too. Small shop with about 3 tables in the front, they do have tables at the back as well. Will be back for their highly raved mushroom udon too.

Located at Fortune Centre, this shop sells vegetarian dishes. First time trying this & it is really good! I ordered the Mushroom Udon & Peach gum dessert ($12). If ala carte, udon is $8.80. The mushroom udon soup base is super flavourful, really like real mushroom soup. The ingredients are also generous- there’s broccoli, tomato, mock meatball. They also offer fruit juice which I didn’t manage to try The space is also small & cosy 👍🏻

Known for their vegan and allium-free udon noodles made healthy with lots of fruits and vegetables! Taste is unconventional but delicious. Mushroom soup packs and soy meatballs are available as retail items for cooking at home too.

Arrived at around 5pm on a Sunday, there were a few tables occupied and staff looked tired and worn. But quickly attended to when he saw me standing at the counter. I ordered the red bean soup to go. It was brimming with ingredients. Kidney beans, Lotus seeds, barley, red beans. Chunky, thick red bean soup with an almost paste-like texture. So morish and each mouthful was comfort to the soul. It’s the best red bean soup I have tried. I found it a little too sweet though so added water and it was perfect. Will definitely recommend.

Terrible, unethical place! Not only have they increased the price of their mushroom udon to S$9.90, the soup quality nowadays has been extremely DILUTED and WATERY, it is not worth the price at all. Please try at your own risk, but it is no longer the same.

One of the most unique udon i had, with broth that is made entirely out of mushroom and surprisingly it greatly open out my appetite. Super filling for a vegetarian food. The mushroom udon was rich and comforting that I did not even realise that it was meatless. The soup was rich, thick, and chunky, and it was a good combination with the udon. The slight sour taste in the soup was a great appetite stimulant. The peach gum cheng tng was good and traditional yet it was not very sweet. I also had the sunflower carrot (hot) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend Tracy juice culture for its food and drinks. 😁
