Amazing thunder tea and incredibly organic. The plating was wanderlust. I really enjoyed how nutritious the bowl was. It had tofu, beans, carrots, peanuts, brown rice and more. I am incredibly shocked by how such a healthy food can be that delicious. They serve a small quantity of tea but you can add hot water if you want to increase the quantity. You can opt for either brown rice or bee hon with your tea. The ambience is a little unpleasant as it is situated in a middle of a food court. The service was great. I reserved two brown rice set over the phone. The lady was professional and kept my food aside. I am impressed by this sophistication. Overall, great place for takeaways.

Delicious leicha from Living Wholesome. Have always wanted to try but they are too far from me. Thankful that they offer islandwide delivery during this time. Have ordered twice from them and both times the delivery was smooth and punctual. The rice was extremely fragrant and smells like chicken rice, even though its completely vegetarian. I love the fat and fluffy tofu and the smooth and thick aromatic soup! Other veggies include cai po, wing beans, long beans, cai xim, cabbage and stripes of carrot. Very wholesome and very very delicious! Portions were really generous, we got both the $6 and $8 sets. Thank you for sending all the way to Yishun!

Used to patronise this stall and was delighted to see that there was this deal on ShopBack. Went at around 1, an hour before closure, and was told that the Bee Hoon was sold out. Asked if I could have the Kosong set instead (as they were of the same pricing) and the lady initially replied that she can only give what’s indicated in the deal.. yes. so much inflexibility Anyway, she did obliged eventually. When I got home, realised that the amount given was very PATHETIC. See photos. The vege are barely able to cover the base of container. This is DEFINITELY not the amount I recall they used to give. If the reason is because this is Shopback deal, my suggestion is that business should be sincere about the deals they are offering. If the shrinkage in the amount of food they are giving due to the inflation, then no further comments because they have also raised their prices.

This has got to be the best thunder rice that I’ve tasted so far, nowhere measures up to this. It makes me happy eating a bowl of this goodness.

First time trying leicha, was curious about how the tea would taste. Opted for kosong set and was amazed how FULL i was 60% into my bowl. I enjoyed all the crunch factors from celery (i think), beans, peanuts (the best imo). The tofu was soft and yummy. The portion is really generous. The tea...is not what i was expecting. It's like an acquired taste for me, i cant say i like it when i first tried. It's more of getting used to that taste. Would continue trying leicha elsewhere to compare how different/similar it can be. Overall the whole bowl has a light taste, not too heavy nor salty. Enjoyed my meal!

Very good taste amongst the rest I have tried. Good find if you want something healthy from this hawker centre. Something nutty yet Asian in flavour.

Located at Bukit Timah Market & Food Centre, stall number #02-188. Price: $7.00 (Lei Cha Brown Rice) The ingredients of the Lei Cha (Thunder Tea Rice) includes fried bean curd, sweet chye poh (preserved radish bits), long beans, stir fried cabbage, mani cai (sweet leaf), black eyed pea, toasted peanuts and sesame. Tea soup is basil based and kind of resembles Thai green curry in taste minus the coconut milk. All the ingredients they used are very fresh and tasted delicious as a whole. The tea soup might seem little at first but the amount given is just right. Looking forward to trying the Bee Hoon set next time! Do come support the lesser known dishes in Singapore!

I’m so in love with their leicha. It’s one of the best I have ever eaten. It’s very yummy & definitely will come back for it again! Down side is it’s quite far for me but lucky they open one around bugis area! will head down to try one day! 😍

Usually takeaway, but the thunder tea will be better if thicker and more cencentrated. Can't even ask for me to go with the rice, the amount is not enough to complement the rice and veg.

Ordered the thunder tea brown rice set. It was very delicious and tasty! The peanuts and Chye poh made the dish very flavourful

used to be my fav thunder tea stall until today.. Had a terrible experience with the auntie who's serving during noon. From the moment I placed my order till the end, she responded in a very irritated tone. Before ordering, I saw that the veg trays were almost empty and asked if there's still enough to order, she said yes but ended up the cabbage has less than 1 spoonful left. She then said if not satisfied have wait for her to cook lor, need time. But i don't recall that's the standard in my previous times when I bought from the stall. She even clanked the serving tongs loudly on the trays to show her frustrations.. was quite taken aback. Hope that the stall owners know and this feedback is useful.

So yummy and wholesome. A bit pricey but worth it. Balanced flavours with generous portions of veggie and taukwa, complete with beans (more protein!) and crunchy peanuts~ requested for thunder tea paste since this was a takeaway, and I added my own water to it. On the saltier side, though I guess this is common, so I added more water to balance out the taste a bit. Still very tasty though. Will be back to try the beehoon :-D

I’m a fans of Lei Cha and I can say this is definitely one of the best I had. I don’t take peanut so request to change to Cai bo. The lady boss is very considerate as she will ask every customer if they take peanut. All the ingredients are fresh and healthy, the lei cha soup is good too! I had the bihun based which is first time I try. I love it, will come back again for their lei cha.

Lei Cha-Thunder Tea rice. Specially took Downtown Line to here. Tried the Brown rice Lei Cha $8.30. Taste fine, portion big as order large portion. There's a queue when I reached but clear fast.

A little humble shop that's tucks at an unnoticeable corner but serves great food The beehoon Lei Cha is flavoursome, and the green tea soup is nice, not overpowering with mint, a nice balance touch.

😐 he zhong is one of the better known carrot cake stalls around this area, but frankly speaking I feel they are overrated - better than average but there’s just nothing much amazing. the carrot cake is flavorful, and they cook chili together with the carrot cake which is quite unique, but I’m not too...

👍👍 The pizza was amazing. All the flavors were spot on. The crust has the chew that people want. Come on weekends, their Pesto Seafood Burrata is life changing. 😠 Queued 30 mins for this, ended up with an alkaline smelling hokkien mee, noodles were hard. $5 portion 11/10 won’t come again. Don’t waste your time and stomach. I’ve never give a 1 star rating and this stall deserves it.

👍 Tried Char B on Sunday evening. Very crowded and waiting time about 30 min or so. They have promotion for 3 type of grilled meat at $38. Ordered salmon grilled, Taiwan boneless fish and pork belly. Taste is good and the chilli is nice too. Worth eating again if nearby.
