The
shop
is
in
a
relatively
good
and
easily
locatable
location.
Shop
signage
is
large
and
unmissable.
Food
was
excellent,
though
the
wait
time
was
a
little
longer
than
expected,
as
the
store
was
very
empty
when
I
visited.
Hygiene
was
alright,
though
I
was
surprised
to
find
flies
within
the
air-conditioned
dining
area.
Staff
didn't
seem
interested
in
chasing
or
removing
the
flies.
For
an
eatery,
especially
one
with
an
air-conditioned
area,
there
should
be
measures
to
remove
flies
that
enter.
Fish
slice
beehoon
-
the
soup
is
good,
fish
slices
are
very
deep
fried.
Whole
pickled
plum
included
in
the
soup
to
add
flavour.
Vegan
milk-free
version
available
on
request.
Hot
plate
tofu
-
if
you
take
eggs,
they
will
pour
beaten
eggs
on
the
base
of
the
hotplate
and
stack
the
fried
tofu
above.
Very
yummy,
however
the
sauce
is
very
savoury
making
the
egg
a
bit
too
savoury.
The
savoury
sauce
goes
well
with
the
tofu
that
has
a
light
flavour.
Watercress
soup
-
strong
flavour,
bitter
soup
(it
is
watercress).
Good
as
expected.
Generous
amount
of
mock
mutton
added.
Small
side
for
3-4
people
will
suffice
unless
everyone
drinks
a
lot
of
soup.
Sweet
potato
leaves
-
available
in
spicy
and
non-spicy
versions.
Very
delicious
too.
Cereal
abalone
mushroom
-
super
delicious,
regret
not
getting
a
medium
sized
portion.
Edit
to
include
second
review:
Tried
the
set
meals
this
time,
Hokkien
Mee
-
surprisingly
it
doesn't
come
with
lime.
Taste
wise,
it
was
tasty
but
the
wok
hei
was
missing.
Strong
flavour
became
overpowering
later
in
the
meal.
Fatty
flavour
a
bit
too
strong.
Chicken
rice
-
generally
tasty
but
the
rice
could
be
more
flavourful.
Chili
is
decent.
Overall
a
nice
dish.
Raddish/carrot
cake
-
serving
is
small.
Taste
wise
is
alright,
nice
that
they
offer
this
option.
Hor
Fun
-
strong
flavour,
yet
not
too
fatty.
Nice
strong,
fragrant
wok
hei.
The
best
of
the
four
dishes
we
tried
this
round.
Sweet
sour
pork
rib
rice
-
tasty,
though
I
would
have
expected
more
sweet
sour
sauce.
The
'meat'
tasted
like
a
mixture
of
vegetarian
chicken
and
with
a
inner
fishcake
texture.
Hokkien
mee
-
unfortunately
a
miss
for
me.
The
noodles
were
quite
dry
and
the
flavour
left
much
to
be
desired.

Hi!
It's
great
to
hear
from
the
restaurant!
I'll
definitely
be
visiting
regularly
as
the
food
was
great!
The
presence
of
flies
in
the
restaurant
was
unpleasant,
but
it
happens
and
we
do
understand
that
flies
can
be
difficult
to
remove,
especially
since
insecticides
aren't
suitable
for
use
in
F&B.
