Was looking for something clean for lunch and decided to drop by this vegetarian shop that’s popular amongst the neighbourhood. 🍲 The yong tau foo had a good selection of vegetables - soup tasted clean and everything was well cooked. Claypot rice was really flavourful for a vegetarian dish, decent wokhey taste, coupled with the sweet sauce for the additional kick 👍🏻 Will definitely return to try their other selections!

Vegetarian place located in an HDB estate offering local and regional delicacies in vegetarian and/or vegan form. Staff is quite helpful and ready to offer suggestions and recommendations. Small indoor and outdoor seating. Good covid mgmt and safe distancing. We tried the crystal roll (ask for without mayonaise), sweet and sour pork (so so), Thai toufu (nice), chicken curry chop (nice) and some seasonal stir fry veggies. All costed about 30$ including a coffee and a honey peppermint brew.

Heard that they are known for their yong tau foo, but they also have an extensive menu of allium-free local Chinese dishes. Non-vegan dishes are clearly indicated on the menu. Pretty tasty! Gets quite crowded. - Hong Kong Claypot Rice - Claypot Bak Kut Teh Mee Sua - Chwee Kueh

Bak Kut Teh is nice. Soup very fragrant! Potion abit small. Veg pork belly soup is nice. Light and refreshing. They allowed me to change to macaroni. Steam carrot cake is not bad too.

Vegetarian eatery with Aircon and non Aircon area. HK style claypot rice - Unlike some places who just fried rice and put inside the claypot + some toppings, the one over here is plain white rice with parts sticked and hardened on the claypot. Dark sauce to be added on our own and stir during consumption. Delicious. Sweet and Sour Monkey head mushroom was pretty good as well, with peppers and cashew nuts providing a good balance to the mushrooms which were coated in a sweet and sour sauce that wasn't overpowering. Service was fast despite the lunch hour crowd.

overall their food is nice. staff will find seat for you after you order the food. But i will not order their claypot rice again as the pot are too old and lot of crack and dimples at the bottom.

food was flavourful and yummy. portions were just nice. good variety of items on the menu. i ordered the curry and it was great! will definitely recommend this place. there is also a shop selling vegetarian food next door and it has an amazing variety of food like frozen vegetarian pizza, bakkwa, condiments, and instant noodles.

Food was good and comforting. Have been back to dine 4 times last week. Very affordable for an air conditioned place. Space was a little small though, so definitely might need to wait a lil to get a seat.

Pretty happy with what we ate here - chwee Kueh tastes like the real thing. Sambal gives extra umpph; claypot curry and rice - curry was nice but a bit rich(personal preference); yeemee was nice and we had a serving of chye SIM which was done simply and well. Veggie was so tender! Service was very prompt and efficient. Price point good value for what it is. Good variety of food I clueing a yong taufoo counter. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and will be back.

Cool air-con to enjoy lunch. My mom love the kuay chap and we order rojak too. Delicious and fresh ingredients. Prices are reasonable too. Staff are friendly, thoughtful and hardworking. Tables are cleared fast as it gets busy during lunch. Luckiy we arrive just before the lunch crowd comes in. Well done. A local gem in the neighbourhood. Will definitely visit again!

Their food is nice and price is reasonable. Space is limited. Lucky we came here not a peak period.

Great Chinese vegetarian fare with a wide variety of foods to choose according to your mood. Feels cozy and intimate, but may seem a little crowded during peak hours. Overall, definitely one of the top places to go to for a great food and experience.

Love the koay chup at this restaurant! In addition to their delicious main dishes, they also offer a great selection of small bites and dry food. Will require to order before getting a table.

———Location 📍——— Abit hidden, but if you are (or you have) a human GPS, should be no problem. ———Atmosphere ☁️——— OK, the place actually it's quite chill, but looks like the way they assigned the sits it's quite interesting, cause from what I read on their sign, they supposed to assigned sits for us (oh ya BTW, not sure whether it's we came on the non-peak hours or what, it is not that pack), but ultimately we just find our own sits cause the staff is busy. ———Food 🍱——— Best 素猪脚醋 I had in Singapore (ok, probably one of the best), really open the appetite. ———Service 💁‍♂️💁‍♀️💁——— The food serving speed is amazing. ———Pricing 💰——— Reasonable pricing. ———Miscellaneous 🌟——— NIL ———Overall 👌🏻——— First impression it's the limited sitting, inside and outside, all together probably only have 8+ table, which are not a lot, but doesn't affect the quality of the food!

First time dining there today for dinner. Happens to be a 初一 so it was very crowded. No seats and long queue but the turnover is high as people leave after they eat. So it didn't take long for me to get a table. Quite a variety of vegetarian & vegan food to choose from and also reasonably priced. Food was very hot when served and it was also served quite fast after ordering. Overall I enjoyed eating the curry vegetable noodles. Will return to try other dishes soon.

Very disappointed by the price difference between restaurant and Grab self pickup… the same dishes is at 5.8$ in shop but 14.10$ on Grab! Tastes and quality is there but such price difference is not acceptable

Decades of delicious comforting bowls of yong tau fu noodle soup, this is one place we return at least once a week for their constant good healthy tasty food! Must try yong tau fu soup in different types of soup bases, all of them are good & Authenic! Marinated seaweed, kway chap, assorted kuehs, braised duck noodles/rice and the holy grail claypot rice 🤤

This store has ridiculous SMM measures. We are a family of 3 and we are prepared to sit separately in line with covid 19 measures of 2 pax dining. This store staff insisted that they are not allowed to serve us even if we sat separately as long as we come in together.

Other than the fact that everything is vegetarian, I really enjoy the ambience in this restaurant. It is tucked away at the bottom corner of an apartment block and has a well kept garden in front. The decor inside too is very nice. While the mala hot pot was bad and left a lot to be desired, the chicken claypot curry with rice was delicious.

Price is quite expensive for hdb vegan dining experience. I.e. fish beehoon is $5, with a few pieces of fake processed fish slices and vegetables. If you go to a hawker center and order fish soup with actual fish slices, it's probably more nutritious and cost the same. They do use alot of processed food (small portion with huge serving of rice). If you want to eat healthy, hawker center food with real ingredients is better. Worse thing is that they serve the dishes very fast i.e. 5 mins, you guess how much effort they placed into their food. Final thing, the lady boss and her staff has really bad attitude, the lady boss in particular. Idk why she always have a sulky expression, what a great way to drive away your customers but I guess she doesn't treat/respect her customers well...

Lady owner’s attitude needs to improve. @Lady owner, if you are reading this comment, I advise you to learn about hospitality from your foreigner staff. They serve your customers much better than you.

Affordable and good dishes. Oyster suace veg is a bit salty. Claypot tofu-would prefer darker sauce and saltier.

Drove from east side to eat here. Best vegetarian claypot rice! Reasonable price too.

👍 A replica of the real penang foods. Looks like real but not authentic. Taste like replica. Smells like replica. The prawn is dead more than 12months ago for sure but kept frozen then thaw in the restaurant chiller.

👍👍 Yoyo Tan service is good. She has provide good excellent service and the food is delicious especially this 2 dishes. This time, there is a limited edition pomelo import from Fujien. The pomelo taste is sweet and sour. Everytime I came to visit, the food quality still remain the same.

😠 Unbelievable, crazy high price, without price displayed. One set of butter kulcha (just a naan with some corriander topping) and 2 pieces of roti tissue costs $16.50. I was shocked. When I pay high price I expected high quality, the naan came out cold and dried up. Not to mention unfriendly attitud...
