The Hard Rock Cafe is definitely not an everyday place to go. It’s a novelty. They have a very American menu and if you’re craving that, it’s not necessarily a bad choice. The value proposition could, however, be better. You need to order carefully from the menu and it’s never really gonna be the best deal in town. They do have a wide range of starters and burgers, as well as a few other sandwiches, steaks, and ribs. The Cobb salad is actually pretty nice. The burgers are hit and miss. Be careful with the kids’ menu as the portions really are very tiny, like half the size of what a primary school kid could eat. Also, their food tends to be salty and sugary, so again order carefully. Service is decent.

A funny story: as my friends and I were walking into the restaurant, I casually mentioned that I used to frequent this place on my birthday for several years in a row. Little did I know this story was overheard by one of the staff and after our meal, the staff came over with a birthday sundae on the house! Thank you so much to the staff for the superb service throughout the night. Food-wise, this visit was my first in over 10 years, and the food is still as good!! Had a bbq bacon cheeseburger and the patty was super juicy! Overall a delightful trip down memory lane coming back here.

Came here for dinner on a Tuesday and was quite intimidated by the whole vibe because it seemed really grand and old school vibes. Even the staff were rather chill and carry this rock & roll vibe. I like how the crew was rather professional as well. 😊 Water is complimentary. We ordered a few dishes, and here are my thoughts! As a big eater, I seriously think their position size was huge. It's really great for sharing. Twisted Mac, Chicken & Cheese 🧀 Extremely kid friendly dish for those who are picky eaters. I really love how fun the long twisted cavatappi pasta is and that it's so generously coated with four cheese and some bell peppers. Chicken breast is rather tough, but not dry and stringy at all. The addition of lightly toasted bread on the side goes so well when you dip it in the creamy pasta sauce. Overall, it is a very carby cheesy dish that is very filling. I rate: 4/5 🌟 Original Legendary Burger 🍔 was pretty good as well. I really enjoyed the Cajun fries on the side as well. The onion ring in the burger was thick, and the batter was light and crispy. The whole burger was very substantial and flavourful. The only confusing bit for me was why it was called a Fresh Steak Burger when the meat was a minced meat patty. 🫢 Was kinda looking forward to biting into a piece steak. I rate: 4/5 🌟 One night in Bangkok Crispy Shrimps 🍤 wasn't really as loud as the name. Quite mediocre with small crispy shrimps coated in light batter and drizzled with some tangy creamy sauce. There is coleslaw under the shrimps as well. Price point wise to taste, I'd rather pay for another main. I'm not really sure where the Bangkok name comes in terms of flavour. I rate: 1/5 🌟 Other than the food, I really like the vibe of this place. There is this old-school punk rock and American air to it. There was also a DJ, and we saw some guests dancing on the dance floor. It was fun!

Food can't get more American than this. Believe the portions are the same as the portions I had in the US - totally worth the price paid. In order as pictured, we had the original legendary burger and the BBQ bacon cheeseburger. I'll say there isn't that much difference in taste between the two other than the sauce served on the side. I loved the fries (hot and crispy) and the combined taste of the different elements in the burger. I'd prefer if patties are a bit more seared, but at least they are very juicy. Service is excellent. Ambience is still as nice as before even without the music. Will be back again.

02/09/23 The buffalo wings are small, dry with too much vinegar. The Chicken burger is dry and tough as well. The only tasty and worth mentioning dish is the Baby Back ribs.

This place has been there for decades & we decided to check it out. The interior is quite run down but still has the vibe like how I remember it many years ago. The menu is still the same as the olden times, baby back ribs, fajitas, NY strip steak, ribeye, burgers. They have wines & beers going for 1 for 1. Food was decent & hearty & waiters were friendly.

It's my husband's dream to go Hardrock cafe for his birthday. So today, that dream finally came true. Just wanna say thanks for the very best burger, surprisingly good latte, friendly staff, and free birthday sundae. We weren't expecting to go on stage for everyone to sing happy birthday to him. Lol. That's a unique experience. We'd definitely look forward when live performances are back. 🥰 -1 star because no live band so expectation for ambiance is a bit different. it's not 'hard rock' at the moment. 😅 And they missed out my message and was asked to walk in instead so I panicked thought we wouldn't get a table.

A trip to Hard Rock Cafe is part of the RediscoverSG Voucher that we have gotten. We had done the booking through a 3rd party as the tickets are not directly from Hard Rock Cafe. There seems to be some human error on the booking part as Hard Rock side do not have our reservation reflected. But thanks to the patience and excellent service staffs, they could easily resolve the issue and we are able to proceed with our lunch. Looking at the entitled lunch set menu for our vouchers, we are deciding on the choice of drinks, the selections available are all cold but we are really happy and glad to know that their ice lemon tea could come without ice and something even more delightful to us is that we could even have it without sugar, which is perfect for our diet. The main we chose is Fish and Chips. I would like to compliment that I haven't had such delicious Fish and Chips for quite awhile. This has a very old school taste. It is definitely value for the money and certainly worth the visit. This used to be a bustling haunt but this pandemic has make it worse. Do really hope that things will pick up soon and it will be able to rock the city again.

The kids were surprised upon arrival, “Hard Rock Cafe?” Getting into the momentum, I shared with them the franchise history and the foundation of rock music. The historical bonding approach and American cuisine paired nicely and they were already having a great time. They loved the burger, the steak and the fries. We will be back for more and many thanks for the great hospitality from the service crew.

Hard rock cafe has one of best set lunch options in the Orchard area. Previously 15 nett (now 16) includes soup, main, dessert and a drink. Unfortunately nowadays the dessert is limited to only a scoop of ice cream. Hopefully they bring back dessert of the day.

Food with extremely generous portion - definitely no complain. Despite saying the restaurant is opened at 11am, the staff was half way (or maybe just started?) cleaning the floor when we got there at 11am. Toilets are not yet ready at 11.30am. 50% discount with payment made via foodpanda

Came to buy hard rock t shirts and might as well also dined in at the cafe. The food on the higher end. But portion wise is worth as we were really full. 20% off merch if dined in. Also, they were having ongoing promo of buy 3 shirts get 1 shirt free.

Visited the restaurant last night due to a sudden craving for nostalgia. Made a reservation via Google and it was strange that the restaurant had an automated voice call which kept calling me to confirm the reservation despite already confirming the reservation earlier in the day when a restaurant staff called me in person. In this day and age of spam callers, it is only normal for me to never pick up calls from unknown +65 numbers, and especially when it was an automated voice call on the other line. The restaurant needs to look into their use of this automated voice call system. Arriving at the restaurant, I was disappointed by how run-down the place had become. It has lost its original vibrancy and is now a pale reflection of its former self. Even the staff although still as attentive as ever (thank you Bumi!) seemed to have lost their passion which was ever so evident in the past. Kudos to team for maintaining the service level and the food are still as good. But it’s a pity about the loss of the original restaurant’s unique hard rock spirit which seems to have gone missing.

Huge portion of the food which explains the price - recommend to share with friends! Hot Fudge Brownie portion was huge too, can't finish by the two of us after each having a main. Great ambience with MV playing on the big screen - Take On Me by A-ha was playing (favourite song)! Worth to visit once :)

Visited on a Wednesday evening and the place was fairly crowded (could be due to the recent relaxation of 5 pax done in). The relaxed ambience of the restaurant is great for families or couples. The staff were all very friendly and humorous! Didn't managed to catch their names, but one particular staff who wore a jacket was great. We ordered the twisted mac, chicken and cheese ($30.95) and original legendary burger ($29.95). As we had the Entertainer app, we managed to get another burger alongside their grilled chicken fajita ($30.95) (not pictured). The mac and cheese portion was huge. The cavatappi pasta was great at holding the sauce. However the sauce can get a bit heavy after a few bites. The chicken breast was cooked perfectly, juicy and tender. The garlic bread was crispy and packed full of garlic flavors. The burger juicy and flavorful. But I did find that the patty was a bit too minced up, that there was almost no texture. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The fajita was a fun dish that let you customize what you wanted in a bite. Overall a really good place to lounge and have a meal. Pre covid, I heard there was live music which I would imagine elevate the dining experience. Though I do find the price of the food can be a bit pricey. The total came out to be around $137 for 5 pax (we also ordered booze) after Entertainer.

The restaurant appears outdated and in need of renovation. Among the Hard Rock Cafes I have visited, this one ranks as the least impressive. The food was generally average, nothing special. We couldn't order hamburgers because the grill which is used for all proteins cannot be deep cleaned after each order (chicken and fish are fried). However, the service was excellent!

Energy of the staff - rather lackluster. I ordered baby back ribs- from the set lunch menu/ Abit small if u ask me. Fries were really well done! Hubby ordered a cheeseburger from the lunch set- not quite nice- disappointing. Lunch set is worth it still at $18. Food came in , we ate, and left in 45 mins. Not much interactions with staff… music was good - we had Bon Jovi and axel rose …

Came at an non-peak hour and the atmosphere was quiet and nice. Baby back ribs were cooked to perfection. Some say that the sauce it’s a little sweet but I like it this way. The ribeye was cooked the way I liked it, medium rare. Good portion too. Just a little too thin. Thicker piece would be perfect. Service was accommodating and servers were nice and polite. I’ll be back for the ribs soon enough

Been here quite a number of times but unsure why I never thought of leaving a review. Great service, food is good, and atmosphere is splendid! Would recommend the ribs. Steaks aren’t their specialty, but still alright to order.

We have been to Hard Rock cafes all over the world and an unbiased review is that this by far has one of the best and the most genuine service. But I have to give a special shoutout to Lisha, a definite asset to the establishment. My son celebrated his 1,4 and 18-year old birthdays here. And a couple of others in hard-rock overseas. Only cos it feels comfortable and familiar.

My last visit was 3 years ago. But this time it was disappointing. The cocktails were diluted and hardly had alcohol in them. The fried chicken was slight burnt but replaced without question. It was not tasty though. The burger was disappointing. The patty had bits of tendon. Service was not what it used to be. Overall a bad experience.

Had good experience when i redeemed its lunch set meal using SRV voucher. Service: Was having issue with the redemption and the service team was quick to escalate to the marketing personnel. The oic promptly contacted her counterpart to resolve the issue. Kudos! Food: Good portion and flavourful Definitely will visit again😊

Been a long time we last dined at HRC and decided to pay a visit with the kids during a staycation at Hilton. Buffalo wings, carrot and celery sticks with blue cheese dips and BBQ ribs were still so good, fall apart fork tender n so moist. We felt transported back to American dining in USA! Didn't realise we missed Hard Rock so much til we were there. Its been a tough period for F&B but so glad HRC kept the Halloween theme up with their decor. Please pay them a visit!

Amazing place though little expensive. Good service and had that "hard rock" ambience and kids friendly. Just couple of veg options, not for fussy vegetarians. During covid no live music

Missing some vibes due to music restrictions, but can't penalize them for that. The menu seems to have been pared down to the hits, and the food didn't disappoint.

My wife and I arrived early at the cafe to avoid the dinner crowd. We were ushered to the banquette seating in front of the bar counter. We shared the cafe with customers from 3 other occupied tables. For appetiser, we ordered One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimps. Our mains was Original Legendary Burger with Black Angus beef patty. Medium-grilled, it was tender, juicy and tasty. A great burger worthy of Hard Rock Cafe's Legendary status.

We took the lunch special deal, but the serving felt like it was half of normal sizes. The food was forgettable, but the ambience was OK. My fish and chips was the better option strangely... My friend's hamburger was even smaller than a McDonald's cheeseburger

Food is amazing as always. Always big portions and tasty. I tried pork ribs this time. It exceeded my expectations. Despite the fact that I do not really like pork. Those ribs were amazing and a huge portion which is enough for two.

We tried to book online 1 day in advance and realised it was full. Called and was told the same. So we took a risk and walked in at 1pm on Monday and was given a table for 3pax. They were quite full but not 100%. Their set lunch was fantastic value. Drink, soup, main & HD ice cream, all for $16 nett. Good selection of mains, generous serving and yummy baby back ribs. The fish (fish & chips), has a thick layer of fish and batter crisp. Took a little time to catch staff's attention to place order. But after that, all was prompt and good. The only thing I didn't like was the loud background music and depending what song was played the base could be heavy. OK for dinner crowd who are drinking, not so much for lunch crowd who are just eating. Highly recommended for the set lunch.

Great place to celebrate with friends and family any special occasion or just to enjoy a fantastic time together. A huge variety of perfect dishes and drinks - a clear favourite for year is beef fajitas. The atmosphere is always special being surrounded by the rock stars' memorabilia which decorate the walls.

  • 4/5 ws L. 1 year ago on Google
Enjoyed the weekday lunch set (net $16) that includes soup of the day, a drink (choice between soft drink or ice lemon tea), 1 main course, and 1 scoop of ice cream. I got the baby pork ribs for the main course, and the portion was quite small (though sufficient for me with a small appetite). It also came with small sides of fries and coleslaw. The pork ribs were good though - soft and tender meat, marinated nicely with the sauce. The soup was okay/passable, though tasted quite diluted. Overall, food is pretty good, might be worth it if you get the lunch set.

  • 2/5 Xiang Yan C. 1 year ago on Google
Service and atmosphere were amazing and we were chilling very nicely with some classy music. What spoiled the mood were the tough slab of beef burger and hard piece of grilled chicken sandwich. The so-called Original Legendary Burger had a very well done beef patty, not the good quality well done but the over done sense. It actually tasted a little sandy with its level of doneness. The chicken sandwich didn't pull its punches too, as my friend gave up chewing, even the knife couldn't even slice through without exerting a lot of force. The only saving grace was the one night in Bangkok spicy shrimp. It was fried to perfection and had a tangy taste to it. I really dislike giving one star for this as the service was impeccable. Please focus on higher standards on your burgers, as they were so amazing a few months back. It was definitely one of my favorite places back then too.

  • 5/5 Yingxi 2 years ago on Google
Humongous portions. The waiter told us not to worry as we can always takeaway the leftovers. But, we ate it all, down to the last morsel as the food was amazing. So embarrassing. Haha. Will definitely be back!

Friday: Nice ambience, good food, great company. The lunch set was $16 with soup, main and drink. My main complaint would be the small serving of fries. Quality was okay for the price. I liked how everyone's food came at almost the same time.

  • 1/5 Cees L. 1 year ago on Google
Sitting on the bar. have a some beers. music playing and on the 2 tv above the bar only advertising. order some food and get irritating about this advertising. No hard Rock vibes. no video clips nothing. Ask the barman to change from advertising to music clips. he talk with his manager and after 20 min it's still advertising. Sorry Hard Rock Cafe but you don't deserve this name. Next day it's the same seems like management don't want to change.
