This mall has most / all of the essentials a neighborhood would need and id ideally call it a neighborhood mall. From a cinema hall to ntuc finest to fast food chains, hair saloons, dental clinic the mall has it all. What's missing though is a food court. The mall is not as crowded as Compass One, is well connected by buses and an lrt station. Still the mall lacks the Oomph factor that can catapult it to the next level which is why i called it a neighborhood mall.

This shopping mall is very very heartland, whether it's with the crowd, the kind of shops available, or just the overall vibes. You'll likely get all your daily needs from this mall, which is great. Fairprice is here, there are many food stalls and restaurants, and they even have a HDL here. That said, do calibrate your standards, because it's a heartland mall afterall. It's unfortunately not a mall that I'd hang out after work, if that makes sense.

These 2 managers in black shirt are super friendly. Our family visit this restaurant almost every week because of their warm hospitality and good value for foods. We love their red wine as well.

Early morning sunrise in front of The Seletar Mall. This mall has mostly food stalls/corners. It would be nice if there’s a Public Library and Apparel (clothes, makeup, gift shop) stores too.

Lots of restaurants to try out for an average size neighbourhood mall. The amount of eateries really amazes me for a compact mall. It even has a cinema on the top floor. Pictures are from restaurant located at level 3.

This is one of the best heartland malls with access to LRT, cinema, lots of food, NTUC, and many other fast-food like Mcdonalds, Burger King, Yakiniku-Go, Mos Burger, Texas Chicken and bubble tea shops too!

A Successful Neighborhood Shopping Mall This is sizeable neighborhood mall located in SengKang. It is usually not so crowded during workdays for lunch and dinner, but is crowded on weekend. Because of the lack of a large food court in this mall, numerous small eating places have evolved, thereby providing a food selection of food court-priced lunch places. There are also higher end places like Hai Di Lao and other mid end places. There are also many retail spaces such as Japan Home, Fairprice, DIY.... To top it off, this mall has a cinema on top ! It really appears to be a one stop shop for everything you need.

Always a welcome to find Yew kee speciality duck rice. The price is reasonable and the quality is constant. Perfect chilli sauces is a look forward for the variety from spicy red oil fragrant thick pasty chilli for the duck meat, to the sourish garlic chilli sauce I love to use for the tofu.

Drive into the mall at your own risk. My tyre was punctuated by nail while carpark is undergoing upgrading. Mall management refused to take responsibility on 6 SEP 2021. On 10th Sep, they informed us that the matter will be handled by their insurer.

Lotso nice food here. Had Yakiniku-go this time and it was cheap and good. You can also get your household shopping done easier, there's a very big supermarket at the basement, a few bakeries, Watson's etc.

Spectacle Hut at Seletar Mall provided outstanding service. The staff was friendly, sharp, and understood my needs from the start. Jackson's top-notch service, from greeting to recommending, made the experience unforgettable. A wide range of high-quality frames and accommodating staff made it perfect. Five stars!

It's a small place. Nothing much to rave about. I suppose it serves the neighborhood. There's much more at Nex which is near by, though it's also way more crowded. I don't fancy the circular path at the carpark entrance either, so I'll probably won't visit often.

Well...the only shopping mall that is walking distance for me. Quite a few nice eateries in there, Song Fa, Soup Master, Wanton Noodle, Kampong Chicken, Thai Boat Noodle, Sushi Express and also the Ramen. Just beside Fernvale LRT there is a western food stall inside Kopitiam which is quite nice and reasonable pricing.

A fairly small suburban mall located south of Singapore's Seletar region. Right adjacent to Fernvale LRT station. A small selection of malls in a very tight enclosure. However, FairPrice is available at the basement. Can be crowded at times. Lots of food delivery riders. Has all the major outlets like Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC and Burger King. Few bakeries located in the basement as well.

Im very upset on today incident happened this morning and I meet a rude security stop me from entering the mall without my mobile and devices dispite I still show him my IC. He shouted back at me without your devices I can't get into the mall. I hope whoever see my feedback please think hard for people who doesn't have a mobile or devices what are your alternatives. My case is I'm in the hurry try to pick up my son from the education centre and I left my mobile at home. And I believe thing happens for a reason I appreciate someone could reply on my feedback as I wish to bring this up to our residents PM for advice.

Love Seletar Mall for what it has today except missing our dear neighbourhood POSB physical branch which is still a preferred form of banking for elderly folks in the hood. Visit regularly for affordable food at Let's Eat, Wanton noodles, chicken rice, kuay chap, porridge, Boost drinks, Han's no preservative Kaya (best so far, keep in fridge and consume within a week), Japanese crepe layer cake, Yakun's and more. I consume a 250 gms pack of medium roast Columbia coffee within a week - this is my most preferred blend after drinking others like Starbucks' House Blend, Ethiopia, Kenya etc. I don't like dark roasts cos darken my teeth. 😬

I am bias in this review as I live pretty near the mall. Anyhow, you can have whatever you need from this mall. Has a 24/7 supermarket, lots of food choices and even a cinema. Because of this mall, I seldom step into other malls already. LOL

13 and 14 Oct, i had sent massage to The Seletar Mall Management through FB. Feedback that your Security staff at Entrance did not check status and allow anyone walk-in. Unable to redeem Prize caught a from Hi-Claw claw machine at level 4. After managing to catch a Prize from the claw machine, had contacted the owner on how to redeem the Prize, he advised that we can collect on weekdays 1 to 6pm. As I'm working office hours, I went there during lunch time and called the owner and he asked me to go to the playground at level 3 to ask the person to open the locker to get the Prize. But the person at the playground said there is another person who has the key and will only be coming at 3pm, so I asked didn't the owner say can collect between 1 to 6pm and she replied, "yeah, 3pm is 1 to 6pm" seriously.......... Afterwards I whatsapp the owner to try and arrange another timing to collect and all he replied was an okay emoji and nothing else........... Definitely not a place to waste your money at.

The mall itself is nice but getting into the carpark entrance can sometimes be dangerous. I don’t understand why lorries are allowed to park alongside the main road to unload or load their goods and right in the very presence of the mall’s security personnel. This robs drivers of a smooth lane leading into the carpark as they have to navigate out to the second lane to do so. The big vehicles totally obstruct the view also. Surely they have loading/unloading bays specially for this purpose.

Entire mall, not a single place to sit. Used to have bench but removed during covid. Ramp tiles outside is very slippery during rain, whose brilliant idea to use smooth tiles for ramp, wear the wrong shoes, standby to slip. Ambience music is irritating dong dong dong nonstop. Ntuc is 24hr, but main door is shut and only one side is open. One last advice, wkend almost all eateries has long Q, becos they are smaller than in bigger mall. 1hr wait is not surprising.

Seletar Mall is smaller in land space as compared to other malls in the older estates. However, it never ceases to amaze me when it comes to the variety of outlets available within the building. Popular bookstore and various eateries that most other bigger malls have are also available here. Its compactness actually plays to its advantage as it kind of provides a cozy feel whenever one is in it, as compared to the bigger malls. If you have time, come visit it and feel the ambience for yourself. :)

As for me this Mall is accessible for the parents before and after you fetch your children or child because this Mall is near with a lot of school. You can have some lunch or some food. And the food is also good and for breakfast have also here to enjoy. So if you near and didn't yet go to this Mall then try to visit this.

Wanted to eat at Haidilao @ Seletar Mall but it was really too crowded. Given an estimated one hour queue wait number but turned out 1.5 hours. Anyway we decided to head to Swensen since we got a place there. Seletar Mall is quite an entertaining venue for families with young children. Lots of activities and children's favourite eateries. Car parking is real problem. Still we enjoyed the short outing there.

i’ve been to this mall many times and generally i’m quite happy with the stores and amenities of this place. however, i was so sorely disappointed with the nursing rooms here when i came for dinner with family one evening. four levels of nursing room and only one was accessible. i was on L3 for dinner but the nursing rooms on L2, L3 and L4 could not be accessed via the intercom at all. i had to go down to B2 and when i walked in, i saw THREE ROACHES in that one accessible nursing room, which speaks of the extremely low hygiene level of a nursing room in a mall. i’m really quite disappointed because i’m a frequent patron of this mall. i really hope that management will take a look at this seriously and make changes.

    - poor management from the mall (from bad to worse). - please have a standardised timing if you want to open the main doors in the morning. (sometimes the security open at 7.30am, sometimes they open at 7.45am, is the security sleeping???) - since the mall closes at 10pm, shouldn't they close the main doors at 10pm instead of 9.30pm? open late but close early haha - not sure what the security guards and technicians doing everyday, always seeing them gather at the lrt station chit chatting and smoking away. - recently the escalator near the maxi cash store took so long (~close to 2 weeks) to be repaired (again, not sure why it took so long when i see the technicians are very free walking and smoking outside the mall). - just recently the escalator opposite burger king was under maintenance and to my surprise, it seems to be a tough problem that it needed a group of technicians (4-5 of them) to fix it and one security uncle using his eye power to fix. - sometimes the lifts are not working and under maintenance, heard from others that they do it on purpose. - toilets are forever dirty and the cleaners are so angsty as if owing them money, always scolding in their language. - forgot to mention that the security uncles are so arrogant and rude, not sure what they eat to have these kind of attitude.

The theme for this mall is mainly dining. So many eating establishment here. The bad thing is the passenger lift are always fully occupied by patrons from carpark so it's better off taking escalator instead.
