The Odeon Katong is a beautiful apartment development that has many charms to it. There are various facilities that residents can enjoy while living in The Odeon Katong. Residents of The Odeon Katong would not have to travel far to get their basic necessities as everything is close within their reach. Residents can enjoy taking evening walks around the apartment as well. closest bus stops are located at Roxy Square, Katong Shop Centre, Amber Gardens, Parkway Parade and The Holy Family Church.

(Translated by Google) This is an elegant and European-style commercial center. In the early morning, young blond and blue-eyed men and women have a Western breakfast together. At noon, I occasionally enjoy the fragrant rice bowl made of Chinese cooking. If you like ice cream, you have chosen the right place. The freezing masters here can be called master craftsmanship. There is also a first-class Chinese Medicine Hospital, which is the well-known Guoan Chinese Medicine Center. It is said that the doctors here are hired from China. It is true that if the mountain is not high, there is a fairy!

Pretty old building with old facilities..Toilets there are straight outta a horror movie with flickering lights and eerie music (in one's head) thrown in. Carpark is the very old cramped-style kind. Nothing much there cept a couple of ground floor eateries and a big church community.

The rare find of this building is a little food store/snack bar by the side of the building called Kipo that sells really good dishes like pork chop noodles and wanton noodles.

not much to do here.....nice dining options on level 1 and on level 2 is a community church. There's a traditional Chinese dessert shop on level 1.

I was at this Wan Mei dessert place hidden backlane of Katong Odeon East Coast Road. Tried the Red Tea Longans Ice on the warm evening is really nice! Price is reasonable just over SGD4, serving reasonable not too sweet. Of course the fine ice is not as fluffy but small flaw. I will be back to try the rest.

A local 5000 members church is residing at 2nd and 3rd floors, a thrift recycled goods retail store found at ground floor, next to a nice organic breads cafe and a well known TCM. Above this small commercial mall is private apartments.

A small and old mall located in Katong. Most of the shops are closed in the evening with only the eateries and pubs still open

  • 5/5 Marc A. 7 months ago on Google
Cornerstone. Best church ever (since I attend here too) If you're here, it's probably for the church that occupies most of the first 3 floors of the entire establishment, and for good reason. The services here run on both Saturdays and Sundays with cafes, bookstore, Sunday school and more under their care. Parking here has been slightly better after covid but be prepared to park at the highest floor 7 if the earlier service has not ended.

Dirty, run down and seemingly only for church activities which takes up multiple floors in the mall.

  • 4/5 Sebastian T. 5 months ago on Google
Surprised to see many eateries. Haven't been back for awhile. It's a small mall more traditional shops. Don't have time to try the eateries this time around. Am sure some will be good.

There is small shop called Kipo on level 1 near the exit , dishing out decent old school taste chinese food , easy on the pocket , and a Italian joint at the front of building. Also , there is the TCM called Annie Tiang for relief of pains and aches , at the frontage.

The mall is where Cornerstone Community Church located. The parking is filled during Sundays. If you are going there on Sunday, try parking at Katong Shopping Center or down the road.

The place is often packed like sardines during the weekends as tons of people, mostly childrens, usually attend church in the morning. I often find it hard to eat in peace due the obnoxious voices of 9 year-olds and the horrendous food they serve. Cornerstone should just occupy the entire "Shopping" Centre as i think that this utterly useless dying "Shopping" Centre doesn't even sell a single clothing!

Home to Cornerstone Community Church, Faith works Bookstore, the Barn (which is for used items). Great establishment which houses all the previously mentioned places. Also has good noodle and food stores to eat at.
