A nice and big shopping mall with many variety of shops and eateries. Has a nice indoor atrium in the middle for promotional shops and festivities. One thing I feel is the previous design which was Compass Point looked much better and unique, it had a pirate themed design compared to the modern simplistic design of malls nowadays.

The Rooftop Water Play area at Level 4 is not only good for kids to let loose and have fun, but also for catching rainbows as well! (Please note that it’s closed for maintenance on every first Monday of the month.)

I remember when I first came to this shopping center, I would get lost because there are so many stores inside. After getting familiar with it slowly, I no longer worried. There are a lot of people, and there are many choices for food and necessities. Plus, it's conveniently connected to the subway station.

Convenient shopping experience without the need to travel to town. Some shops are more hidden than the rest , e.g. pepper lunch is situated at one corner. However, those who patronize pepper lunch would know the place well. I don't recall seeing directory stationed at visible place except the lift would indicate some shops.

The air conditioning at basement 1 is terrible. Hardly can feel the aircon and ventilation. Dined at Toast Box for breakfast, was told by team member air condition only turn on by management after 10am since most retail shops only open after this. Went for lunch at 12:45pm, also feel the same and barely feel the ventilation. Hope the management can look into it as it affect the dining experience.

Quite a big shopping mall with almost all services, for shopping, dinning, banking, playgrounds, etc. I always got lost to navigate to MRT (which is actually outside of basement).

It was quite refreshing to drop by at this shopping centre for the first time yesterday. So many shops everywhere. I stopped at a shop to check it out and realized that they sold just drinks, so I passed it. It took me a while to discover that there's a food court on the highest level there, and also very reasonably priced. The ambiance was alright. It's a very well lit and rather crowded food court.

pretty good, more than just your average neighbourhood mall, albeit they don’t have luxury brands here for good reason. for starters the interior design is pretty refined. only suggestion is to improve lift system. it seems like they still keep using the same one and it is very slow. 4 lifts, yes. but with no proper system for them to follow, even hdb lift faster than this, so do take note. That’s about it. They do have a variety of food options here but do drop by the outdoor Kopitiam by the link bridge as well as it is slightly better for the budget

Compass One is a big mall. While it may not be amongst the Largest shopping malls in Singapore, it still has something for everyone. From Pos Bank to Starbucks to fast food chains, a lovely Cold Storage supermarket in Basement 1, to Valu$ to Popular Bookstore the mall has it all , with the exception of a cinema hall. After the mall went through renovation the number and sheer variety of stores increased. The mall gets very busy and crowded since it's housed in / adjacent to Sengkang Bus Terminal / Sengkang MRT and Sengkang LRT. Christmas decor was very basic in my opinion.

The shopping mall in Sengkang was once a fantastic destination, but the recent renovations have significantly impacted the overall experience. Personally, I find the renovated interior less appealing, and I'm inclined to give it 3 stars. Despite the drawbacks, the mall does offer a variety of essential stores, ensuring you can find what you need. However, the revamped layout has resulted in a cramped atmosphere, affecting the overall enjoyment of the shopping experience.

With the membership app in place, it makes more sense shopping at CompassOne instead of postponing items to buy at other malls for better value. The variety of shops and eatery are good. Well done! Hope there's some form of extension in time to come.

All shops are open, not so crowded.Food court at Level 4 practice Safe entry strictly, but tables marked"X" seems like 2 meters. Very less tables allow to dine-in.

Probably the best shopping mall in the neighbourhood. It has better shops and layout. Eateries here are of a wider choice too. We can get almost everything that we need here. It's definitely better than Hougang mall, heartland mall and Sengkang grand.

Had my haircut and highlights done by Korean senior stylist, Lisa, at Style Na Compass One & I am very happy with the result! Lisa is very pleasant & soft-spoken, offers good advice on hair styles! Hair washing by Lisa was also super refreshing as she is skilful in massaging my scalp! Highly recommended!!

Under utilised bicycle parking space (maybe because have to pedal up a small slope). A lot of rules, sign board and warning all over, probably why everyone rather just park at the botak grass patch.

  • 3/5 Sean L. 7 months ago on Google
Place is definitely nicer after the revamp years ago but can tell that the place is quite old. Also, the basement is overly packed with people drawn there for the food options compared to the other floors. It does not help that the escalators are hard to locate.

After the renovations years ago, the whole mall has changed having a new face. Shops of many varieties have come up. Even the food court kopitiam has changed with new arrangements of stalls and many varieties can be found.

This 5 star is for the Hougang Otah pop-up stall at ground floor. The nasi lemak is really tasty and affordable! Taste of Malaysia for only $2 a packet 👍👍👍 Anchovies and sambal are also sealed in separate packaging to preserve the freshness 👍 *eggs are ownself added one

Lively mall. Lots of food and variety of shops. They have atrium sales often. I have always liked going to this mall for shopping or meals. Near to and connected to kopitiam square which has a wet market. So convenient!

great place to bring your kids, very family friendly, however during dinner and lunch times, it may be a little crowded due to the large amount of schooling students that visit this place to get their fix of coffee from starbucks, nonetheless it is a great place to visit. The linked MRT and bus interchange makes this place an easily accessible area, and also the fact that there is many residential areas close by, this place is sure to be a residential favourite, there are other similar malls close by, such as rivervale mall, but in my humble opinion this mall beats all the rest as it is situated directly in the heart of sengkang.
