A
newly
renovated
and
redesigned
shopping
mall,
extending
from
a
normal
heartland
mall
to
an
integrated
transport
hub
with
shopping
and
residential
apartments.
Right
beside
it
is
Yishun
10
where
there
is
a
Golden
Village
cinema.
Although
it
has
become
bigger
with
much
more
retail
shopping
spaces,
one
can
only
feel
it's
a
messy
and
confusing
mall.
Most
of
the
shops
are
restaurants
but
you
could
imagine
the
floor
plan
designed
be
so
much
better
and
simpler.
Level
1
and
2
are
mostly
restaurants
with
ample
seatings
but
when
you
head
down
to
basement
1,
it's
so
cramped
and
restaurants
are
managing
with
so
little
areas.
Tons
of
food
options
though.
There
is
a
gym
which
is
a
brand
Anytime
Fitness
where
you
can
access
24hrs
a
day.
I
chose
to
dine
at
Teppen-Yaki
which
has
several
outlets
in
Singapore.
The
staff
here
are
much
friendlier
and
professional.
Compared
to
other
outlets,
the
food
served
here
are
much
fresher,
good
portion
and
cooked
better,
not
to
mention
it's
halal
certified.
The
chef
will
ask
your
preference
and
cook
your
meat
to
your
liking.
Northpoint
is
a
all
in
one
heartland
mall
in
the
North
but
I
wouldn't
return
here
as
it
feels
too
messy.
Just
don't
get
lost
here.
