This Shopping Mall is quite new and also a big mall in the Yishun area. Everything you can find here too😁!Easy transportation! Bus Interchange was just nearby. This mall is also a heaven of street food!

This shop have some uniqueness of it, small to get around, didn't expect much but everything that you need for your shopping , the pricing comparison to the biggest mall are a bit cheaper. I'm not sure if something to do with the national day of Singapore, and hack their prices. Catching up the train or bus is just so close and walking under cover so it's easy to get around. So far everyone I encountered are accommodating from food court staff to retails staff. The Northpoint are too far from the main attraction but seems they are more friendly.

Shopping Mall serving residents in Yishun. After the expansion in 2017 Northpoint has become the shopping destination for people living in Yishun, sembawang & Canberra. It is also connected to Yishun Integrated Transport Hub. There are 2 basement linkways connected to Yishun mrt for smooth & sheltered connection to the MRT. There are 3 food courts here, a Uniqlo, Baskin & Robins, Challenger, Swensens, Sushi Tei, Genki Sushi, Timezone, Harvey Norman and many more stores located here.

Largest shopping mall in the Northern part of Singapore located near the Yishun mrt station which is linked by an underpass. I think this mall is dedicated to food lovers. There are over 100+ dining outlets here. They have makan town where you can find many food outlets concentrated in one area, 3 food courts - Malaysia Chiak, Kopitiam, Bagus and many other restaurants. However, you can still expect long queues at popular restaurants during the weekends. Other large tenants include FairPrice Supermarket, Harvey Norman, Uniglo etc. Overall, I think it is a nice place for the residents in the North to visit and dine.

On 23rd April the aircone wasn't working when we visited Cotton On Rubi and Only Fashion at level 2. It was a hot day,we started sweating so we left. It can be good place to shop but the management must make sure that the aircon is working well.

A very big mall where I get lost every time I come here without fail. Yes it’s big, and worse still, everything looks the same. There’s no clear division between the north and south atrium and I don’t know where I’m walking 99% of the time. If you ask me to find the shop from store number, 99% I need to ask service counter. Pros is that there are a lot of stores to choose from, especially food. But are they the stores you like? Depends, because they are not for me.

A very nice and a big mall to visit…it consists of 2 wings combined together! This place is located in the heart of Yishun area (I think so, sorry, I am not really familiar of Yishun area). It is very nearby many amenities!!!😃 Examples include Yishun MRT station, the air conditioned bus interchange and even some condominiums located above the shopping mall!! Many stores and shops to find there…very convenient to go to the mall thanks to the underpass linked from Yishun MRT station…Many floors of this place…lots of things has changed over the past few years…👍👍 There are lots of food choices to choose from there…the photos I have taken is the underground basement part of the mall in the North Wing…the parking…I think overall quite good, although the place and the design is slightly weird…during the weekends, the parking lot would be full! Best if you come to North point earlier if you want to find a parking…😞

Doesnt have a lot of places to rest/sit. The platform benches that used to be outside of the library is gone. Additionally, there is virtually no place to sit down and eat my food/drinks without having to spend my money at a restaurant. I would rather not relax and consume my sweet drinks at the food court either because I choose to respect the people who need space to dine.

A newly renovated and redesigned shopping mall, extending from a normal heartland mall to an integrated transport hub with shopping and residential apartments. Right beside it is Yishun 10 where there is a Golden Village cinema. Although it has become bigger with much more retail shopping spaces, one can only feel it's a messy and confusing mall. Most of the shops are restaurants but you could imagine the floor plan designed be so much better and simpler. Level 1 and 2 are mostly restaurants with ample seatings but when you head down to basement 1, it's so cramped and restaurants are managing with so little areas. Tons of food options though. There is a gym which is a brand Anytime Fitness where you can access 24hrs a day. I chose to dine at Teppen-Yaki which has several outlets in Singapore. The staff here are much friendlier and professional. Compared to other outlets, the food served here are much fresher, good portion and cooked better, not to mention it's halal certified. The chef will ask your preference and cook your meat to your liking. Northpoint is a all in one heartland mall in the North but I wouldn't return here as it feels too messy. Just don't get lost here.

I got to know this place recently. One of the best soup I ever tasted! I don't really fancy much of Japanese food but ever since I tried this, I really love it. I can still remember how it taste like. There's a variety of choices from the original signature taste to the spicy ones. Ambiance and service was good. Customer service was a little disappointing. We were asking for our dessert to be served but the response that we get was kind of rude. Hopefully this can be improved. Overall, I'm satisfied with the food. Thank you.

Very crowded but I love to herbal duck rice/noodle at the Yishun bus interchange. Meat is soft n skin is yummy, always long queue. Better off-peak hours in order to eat there as well. The Malay stall selling Nasi Padang is also yummy. This interchange is getting more interesting with lots of food to eat n Shopping 👍👍👍

This is the biggest shopping mall in the North region after the upgrading with the extensions. The food choices has increase significantly. There are now 2 connections to the MRT station. Although the new wing layout is slightly more confusing and there are some stores that are quite inaccessible.

A Mega Mall This mall falls into the integrated hub category of having an MRT station, a bus terminal built into the mall and the mall itself. This mall used to be called Northpoint but added the word “City” upon a phase 2 major expansion that saw it grow by more than double its original size. In the new extension on level B2 is the popular Malaysia Boleh food court. There are also many other restaurants there. Apart from this, there is of course an NTUC, pharmacies and coffee places. This place also has a popular money changer in the basement. This mall has practically everything you can think of, except it does not have a cinema, although a cinema multiplex is in an adjacent building. Overall, you can’t go wrong coming to this place, because, you will eventually find something you want.

A real sore eye in a beautiful Mall. If you want a nice cup of coffee then go to Joe & Dough. But be careful where you sit. Don't turn a blind eye on The Green Party as its not a sight to kill. Used to be a nice shop with plush soft toys, today it's packed with over supply of stocks. Anyway, it's still a nice store but just don't like the entrance. Perhaps the owner should find a way to store the items better or speak to the Mall Management.

Always confused when walking around inside. Tend to get lost or going round in circles. Signage need to be more detailed. Like a maze inside. Never got used to there but many shops there and so it is good for window shopping.

Food court flooring need more cleaning. Small food stuff found along walk way. Poor cleaning around trolley & trash bin area. I fell while walking along this passage walk way instead of having a great meals with friends. Thanks to these two kind persons who were eating near the place where I fell. They helped me up & picked up my things from the floor. Building management needs to look into proper guidance & cleaning supervision.

Amongst the Covid-19 restrictions which include no dining in, the mall was much less crowded than usual. The cooked food outlets catered only take-aways at the 1st & 2nd basements & those at the ground level & 2nd floor were quiet & deserted. Even shoppers were scarce as they seemed to avoid the retail shops/outlets.

As a staple shopping center in yishun, layout can be very confusing, especially for first timers. Even as a long time resident of Northpoint who have been going here before it expanded, the new Northpoint is simply too confusing with weird angles and levels. Differentiating between the North and South wing can be very confusing at times too. Perhaps they should have named it as "Old Wing" or "New Wing" Nonetheless , Northpoint has an excellent spread of shops and variety and together with the cinema, bus interchange, MRT and Blk 925 market beside it, a truly integrated development.

Nice to have this Halal option in the North. Food was good I had the Chicken Ramen and my wife had the Spicy Seafood Ramen. I thought that the ingredients and flavours were rich. The broth was full bodied and definitely had the umami flavour. Personally, I actually preferred the spicy seafood ramen, I felt that the broth was rich but it had a little kick that would keep you wanting more. With the chicken broth, even though it was good, I found myself getting tired of it. But this is definitely a personal preference. The rest of the restaurant was okay, just felt like a place to eat rather than an experience, like for example if you went to Ichikokudo. But service was fast and prompt and overall I think the price was pretty much the same for this type of cuisine. Will definitely go back to try some of the other dishes.

The lady from the Fish Soup stall inside Bagus is very rude and impatient. She does not speak good english, so I repeated my order and remind her that "No Milk", she never replied me so I have to say again, then she threw her temper at me. It is ok if she doesn't speak good english but she can at least be patient and learn, instead of throwing a bad attitude like this.

Great place with a large array of facilities, restaurants, and to top it off convenient to go to. Came from Punggol, so buses 85/39 helped us reach there quickly. Went to: Timezone and Song Fa today. Although I saw both elevators moving downwards which served some inconvenience, it was quickly fixed so it's fine. I'd say layout is quite confusing with the addition of a new wing, but it's spacious and well equipped so it's not a big problem. Library Aircon was also super cooling so, Overall 5/5 stars! 😁😁

Its a mall that I go wirh my family regularly. Its a place for both adults and children. You can have a varieties of eating places, be it food court, restaurants and places of different cuisines. Prices are reasonable for family outings. There are many different shops to cater to the different needs like stationery, shoes, flowers, clothes etc. I enjoy doing the painting activity with som and the store sells printed stickers and chops too. Its a fun and enjoyable activity to bond. Location is convenient with both buses and MRT.

I patronising Northpoint regularly and I will get my daily groceries and household items. The facilities available include stationary, community library, rooftop playground. There are several eateries and supermarkets. Fir banking facilities, there are UOB and OCBC.

Very large mall, with lots of food choices. They went with a large area instead of height, and as a result, unless you're here often, you'll likely be wandering around a bit finding wherever you're trying to get to. I do like that it's integrated with the air-conditioned bus interchange, and there are two underpasses to the MRT station.

Is the mall management going to do anything about the abnormally hot air in the new wing carpark? It feels like my lungs are getting baked everytime i come here 😰☠️

This is one of the biggest mall in Singapore. You will be spoilt for choices of food. There is the popular "Malaysia Boleh" food court where you can get almost all Malaysian food from North to South to cater to your cravings. You can also find Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese and many local food chains here. If you want to buy jewellery and gold, there are also many around. You can do your grocery shopping here too. Best of all is that the MRT station is connected to this mall. Enjoy your eat-shop-eat day here!
