You can judge a mall by the toilet design and maintenance. Parkway Parade has made it so family friendly, with baby station and nursing room, very clean and well maintained. Spoke with the cleaning lady, and she said the management set very high standards on the cleanliness and hygiene of the toilets. And cleaners are equipped with various tools and cleaning agents to do their job well!

Love the mall. Huge and it has many shops to shop and explore. It has been like 10 years ago since the last time I visited the malls. So many has changed since. Downside is the parking lot, jam at entrance till few floors up. Entrance from three lanes to one lane caused the jam at entryway. Quite spacious parking lot, there were 400+ spaces available during my visit on the weekend dinner time.

Parkway Parade is a fantastic shopping destination with a wide variety of stores and dining options. The atmosphere is lively, and the layout is easy to navigate. The parking facility is well-organized and convenient. I particularly enjoy the range of entertainment and activities available for both kids and adults. A great place for a day out with the family!

Parkway Parade is one of Singapore’s first major and biggest suburban malls. Those staying in the East part of Singapore, will remember as it has catered to the needs of local families for the past 20 years. Parkway Parade is the destination of choice, offering the largest range of stores on the East Coast of Singapore. With over 250 stores conveniently located over 6 levels. Parkway Parade is a suburban shopping centre in Marine Parade, Singapore.[3] Officially opened on 9 March 1984, it has a 17-floor office tower and a seven-storey shopping mall with a basement. Developed by Parkway Holdings, the company sold the building to Asia Pacific Investment Company in 2000. The mall is managed by Lendlease.

Quite a good mall in eastern side of singapore with a good mix of food products , household shops and more. However , do allocate extra time to go earlier if visiting it on a weekend lunch time especially the traffic and carpark can have a longer queue.

Talk about a one/stop mall in the East, Parkway Parade has it all! Been coming here since a kid, and now bringing my own kid. It has everything from supermarkets (two of them), lots of eateries, a cinema, lots of shopping options, and banks. Will definitely be back again soon!

Came here on more than 15 occasions throughout my holiday. Great shopping mall with a nice food court located in the basement. All air conditioned which is the norm for shopping centres.

A mall from the 1980s, stepping in, it still feels like the 1980s but guess what, it has the best tenant mix in any given suburban mall in Singapore and definitely the destination for daily shopping for Singaporeans and expats who live in the East. Tenants include all major banks, Best Denki, FairPrice Xtra, SingTel shop, Daiso and a host of the usual food joints all Singaporeans love. KFC, Burger King, Din Tai Fung etc

Let me tell you that I am a bit biased towards Parkway Parade because it is really close to my house and all that I need is easily available but the only thing that I don’t see in parkway parad is an Indian store however all other things are easily available. I do visit the cold storage because some of the Indian products sold by them.

Parkway Parade is a bustling shopping center located in the heart of Marine Parade, Singapore. The mall offers a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options for visitors of all ages. The mall is well-designed, with a spacious layout that makes it easy to navigate. The bright and modern interior creates a welcoming and pleasant shopping experience. The mall also offers a variety of amenities, including restrooms, ATMs, and ample parking. One of the highlights of Parkway Parade is its extensive selection of stores. From high-end boutiques to budget-friendly options, there is something for everyone here. Some of the popular stores include H&M, Uniqlo, and Marks & Spencer. The mall also has a great selection of local brands, which is a nice touch. Foodies will love the variety of dining options at Parkway Parade. The mall features a food court with a wide range of local and international cuisines, as well as a number of restaurants and cafes scattered throughout the mall. Some of the standout options include Sushi Tei, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Soup Restaurant. Another great feature of Parkway Parade is its entertainment options. The mall has a cinema showing the latest blockbusters, as well as an arcade and a karaoke bar for those looking for some fun after shopping. The only large mall in a very densely populated residential area with every day stores. Hence especially crowded on weekends but still large enough to accommodate weekend rush. Only challenge is that it takes forever to get in and out of parking.

This review is for Jan 2021 :-) Well went during weekdays after lunch hours. Surprise that there were still many shoppers around. Foodcourt at the basement not bad. Some of the food is okay. Wanted to try Ding Tai Fung but got some people are queuing. Oh why i wanted to come to Parkway Parade is i saw someone share a news that there is a NEW NTUC Fairprice Extra with new section which is about dining at there. Not a bad ideal. My favorite was the fishball / yong dao hu selection near the fish area. It was fresh and tasty ! The new bread section was offering Opening sale @ $1 EACH for each bread. Overall NTUC is neat and spacious for this new outlet. And overall i rated 4 out of 5 stars is because there is still on going construction right at the outside of the shopping mall due to the construction of the new MRT station.

Frequent here often, great mall with good food, 2 supermarket & a cinema. The food court is little old, time for some upgrading with better food selections perhaps. The layout of the fast food column can be better, cos everything is just like trapped in a corner.

The whole mall is so confusing. You can constantly hear some people asking others for directions. However, I do like that it's quiet in the morning before lunch time. There's also a huge variety of shops too. The nearest bus stop is walkable.

Parkway Parade is a fantastic destination that combines the best of both worlds – a bustling shopping mall located near the beautiful East Coast Beach in Singapore. This unique location sets it apart from your typical shopping centers. The mall's proximity to the beach not only offers a refreshing change of scenery but also provides various recreational opportunities. One of the standout features of Parkway Parade is its diverse range of shops and dining options. With a multitude of retailers, from well-known brands to boutique stores, there's something for everyone. Fashion enthusiasts will find the latest trends, and foodies can savor a wide array of cuisines. The mall offers a shopping experience that is both convenient and enjoyable. Moreover, the beachside location allows visitors to take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque coastline, providing a pleasant break from shopping. It's a great spot to unwind and soak in the sea breeze. The beach is also ideal for outdoor activities like picnics and water sports, making Parkway Parade an excellent choice for a full day of entertainment. In addition, Parkway Parade is well-connected, with ample parking facilities and accessible public transportation options, ensuring a hassle-free visit. The mall's cleanliness and friendly staff further enhance the overall experience. Whether you're looking for a shopping spree, a delicious meal, or a relaxing day by the beach, Parkway Parade delivers on all fronts. Its unique blend of retail therapy and coastal charm makes it a must-visit destination in Singapore.

Parkway Food court has a gem for minced meat noodle m, the Ah Ma Chi Mian. The soup is delicious and flavorful. It’s has a few choice however I prefer M4 set.

Food court in basement really really really needs improved ventilation. STINKS of oil. Otherwise a good mall where you can get most things taken care of. Constructed with good materials so the overall feel isn't cheap or even flimsy like the glass panels are gonna fall off when you lean on them.

Kudos to a sweet Indian young girl working at the concierge for being patience to every shoppers who came to her for assistance. I was at the concierge on 9 January late afternoon, seeking her help to update my rewards points, and had already notice her good service attitude with the shopper before me. She informed me about the new shoppers’ rewards program, assisted me in downloading the app, and waited patiently for this old lady to complete my registration without a slight sign of impatience from her at all. Thank you for making my already satisfied visit an even better one.

The mall is now nearly in full swing with almost all shops open. During the CoVid safe distancing period it is a relatively easy place to visit as most stores maintain restrictions quite well. The biggest disappoinment though has been the exit of Giant ... Leaving cold storage as the only option in the building leaving a wait time during this period.

After the impact of Covid 19, a few shops folded in Parkway. Giant on the 4th level left Parkway in Jan or Feb, heard is due to rental. Rumors said NTUC will be taking over, but so far not confirm... It is getting more and more crowded since phase 2 kick in. Usually, I like to come here for a walk. There are BEST Denki, Harvey Norman, Daiso, Guardians and Watson, Republic Food Court, Isetan, and many other eateries like Vietnamese restaurant, Chinese restaurant, Fast food like Burger King and KFC. Starbucks also available. Toast Box and Ya Kun...

Not only does Parkway Parade have a lot of food varieties, the food is also not bad. I would say that the place is good for kids and adults. This place changed a lot in a span of 15 years, since my last visit. More shops and more organized, with interactive directory. Shops are getting variety too, not too much of repetition nor fierce competition. Not too confusing for a big place like this. Combined with commercial office space, is considered good.

Building design is no good. Access to level 5 has only one set of escalators, if not working have to make a long detour to the carpark to take the lift. Had to do multiple safeentry check-ins along the way just to get back to the mall. Cash card top up machine at level 4 is not working, regardless of top up amount chosen, couldn't find another top up machine. Self-service laundry machines at level 4 only accept old one dollar coins, what a joke. Old building design with mostly boring shops.

Many shops, clean toilets, cold air-con. Due to mrt construction, quite a crowded walk to get there about 7 mins with some people smoking outside outdoor shops.

This is by far, in my opinion, the best mall ever! It has everything you need and the entire mall feels very comfortable, like a home. Not the most convenient mall but convenient for those staying nearby!

Bug and spacious Fair Price Finest, lots of choices of products too. Clean and tidy with specialised spices area and staff for spices. 3 stars is because of the staff work there, not well briefed for their products, promo, and like to toss customer to Customer Service counter.

Going there today for the first time in 30 over years,I was mesmerized by how little it has changed where I loved going to Peppermint Club where probably first Philippines band that came to our shores in the mid 80's to a roaring success that the phenomenon hold's true to this day....

Leisure walk at the east coast leads me to this climbing frame and ‘hike’. If my kids weee younger this would one of their favorite place. The garden was lovely. Many things to explore. Highly recommended for a 2 hours outings and have meals there after.

It has been more than 30 years since its beginning. It has change a little over the years. It's a great place for shopping. Many shops and many varieties. For children and their parents, Time zone is available for fun and entertainment. Something New - Fair price Xtra and Scoop - an Australian/Singapore venture.

The entire Singapore is moving cashless. Yet the kids enterainment stuff requires cash. They only accept $2 and $5 bills.. after an intense shopping and cranky kids we still had to hunt down those bills… no ATM dispenses that denominator so after drawing cash you still have to find a kind soul to change the bills into smaller denominators.. Parkway parade, please do something about this. I might just shop online with this kind of experience

Awesome medium size mall with great Food Republic food court, nice stores Watson/Guardian, Challenger/Harvey Norman, etc. Nice restaurants, eg: Din Tai Fung, hot pot, dessert/boba tea places, etc. Also a good size Cold Storage grocery and a few bank branches.

A very "old" improve shopping mall in the east ... No MRT station at the moment to reach there but soon... They used to have free buses but due to the convid, all had been stopped... A hideous gem in the east side of Singapore... They do have a cinema at the top floor too... Visit the mall if u can for a different experience...

This place is epic. 4 Towers, 2 tennis courts, 2 50m sized swimming pools, a mini water park for kids, multiple wading pools, multiple stacked BBQ pits (one for each type of cuisine, some even have fridges? its nuts) close to ECP. The only issue is that is not near the MRT, only near the bus stop at Seaside condo (which is about 200m walk away). What I especially like is that there are like 3 decent size lifts per tower and no need card to go up to specific floors making it easy to accommodate visitors.

Stores at Parkway Parade offer a wide range of products and services. There are stores for clothing, shoes, electronics, homeware, and more. There is also a food court with a variety of food options. The mall is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The mall is a safe and pleasant place to shop. And have a cinema too

It's drizzling suddenly and we didn't have our umbrella with us at the traffic crossing outside Touch Community Centre. To our surprise, a kind young man with a young son sheltered us across to the other side of the sheltered walkway before returning to the original side of the sheltered walkway. Thank you and God bless you and your family!

I love this place. You can practically get everything under one roof. Food, clothing, supermarket just to name a few. Been there a few times but didn't have the chance to go every floor due to time constraints. Will love to go again and spend some time on all the levels.

Very nice mall with a variety of mainstream chain outlets as well as speciality stores. It is clean, well designed and easily accessible for neighborhood residents. It will be even more accessible when the MRT station is completed. Perfect for either a leisurely visit, or a quick dash to pick up something.

Parkway has serviced the Marine Parade / East Coast community for a while. While the mall clearly is in need of some refreshing, the shop and food options are what makes this a great mall. There are 2 huge supermarkets, 1 of which ends at 11PM. Every nook and cranny has food options to choose from. And with the upcoming TEL (Brown) line, this mall becomes even more accessible.

I am thankful that there is a private space for pumping / nursing mummies. However there’s is no ventilation, let alone air conditioning in the room. At the changing area, there’s only some air (not even cold one ) coming from the vent . It is extremely hot to pump or nurse baby in the room. Hope management would look into this. This was at Level 2 near 6 element hair spa .

It's a lovely mall, very close to the East Coast park of Singapore, where you can happily spend almost a day. There are nice outlets, restaurants, fast foods, beauty clinics, and massage centres. There are no kids playing areas inside the reason I don't rate it 5 stars.
