Been here 2 times only. Parked at the mall first time few days back though it was very old mall because compared to Singpost center and PLQ mall, this mall seems old. Only have 2 storey parking, didn't seem would fit many. A bit difficult to find parking slot here on weekday lunch time. Mall itself has decent shops.

PayaLebar Square shopping mall has 100+ shops and it is closely connected to PayaLebar MRT station. Also, PLQ mall and SingPost Center are nearby. You will fall in love with the open space and also inside shopping experience. I love the McDonald's outside the PayaLebar Square mall. I would recommend visiting this place once.

Love how the whole food court was Halal , for me to recommend to my muslim friends n colleagues❤️ The goreng pisang place looked nice n freshly made. Pity the one i had felt completely underripe and white. Hate wasting food so i still downed it, but couldnt stomach the other so had to dump🥲🥲🥲; aside from that experience… wife had the korean saba n chicken, daughter had the $3 mango dessert which she loved😍😍😍 and overall a great selection of food inside and nearby the PL Square. Singpost ctr, PLQ mall, PLQ 1,2,3 also all great places for foodies 🥰

New shopping mall besides Lifelong learning institute along Still Road. Great crowd and heavy traffic during weekends. Do plan your parking if you are driving. The majority of the patrons are of different ethnic groups. Outlets include Giant, Burger King, QB house, OCBC bank and many more. PLQ Mall is next to it.

This mall are facing competition with 3 more new malls next to each other. They have to survive based on the mix tenants, which some are here when this mall started operation years ago. Next to one of the MRT station which is the oldest MRT line in Singapore.

The new thing that excited patrons at PLS is the Mixue Mascot! He is really entertaining and funny, he brought new joy and fun to the mascot business. His stance had surely won the hearts of many, young and old, most importantly, it has drawn a good amount of business to those busking there and to the Mixue stall!

Nice malls (SingPost, PL Square, PLQ), nice food n restaurants, pleasant el fresco cafes n food outlets, ice desserts shops, large outdoor square with fountain n occasional activities under a roof, pre requisite retail outlets, a Shaw theatre - all add up n blended into a nice area for a stroll, a meal, bit of shopping n finally a movie to round up the night 👍worth a visit for sure. Big Plus - MRT Station!

A convenient place to pick up food or dine in... Wok Hei, Burger King, Macdonalds, Toast Box, Pezzo, Old Chang Kee, Monster Planet at Level 1, Kopitiam and Jack's Place at Basement, Green Dot (Level 2)... A few retail shops selling clothings and shoes etc. Next to the buildings are Institue of Adult Learning, Singpost (Aston, Carls Junior, Putian GV Paya Lebar Cinemas, and PLQ with more retail outlets and restaurants...

A small 3 levels little mall at paya lebar MRT station... Mostly are foods stores... Compare to the QPL, which a bigger mall, this is for foods only.. the Biao Main store at the basement foodcourt really bad, do not ever try, cook by two China women when I was there...

Lots of places to eat and meet people. It does feel a little small and cramped, but it's still manageable. An ideal location for those who work nearby. The food court is a good size

  • 4/5 Michelle B. 3 years ago on Google
It has an affordable provisions shop (Value for $) that can rival the cheap supermarket (Giant) a few doors away. Adequate eating options with two major fast food players (Burger King and McDonald's) here too. Upper floors have the essential services like schools besides the ground floor banks (OCBC and ICBC). Boring retail options though. Mall is connected to an office block.

A big mall with great food to fast fashion. It's right in top of the yellow and green MRT lines so it is very easy to access no matter what part of Singapore you are coming from. It's just across from the Singapore Post building. It's near many coffee shops and is a good spot for meeting up with people. If you're looking for a movie theatre there is also one right next door in PLQ. This area is up and coming with more condos in the area and more people moving East.

Honestly the only good court that I love is at B1 Paya Lebar Square because all stall halal. Because I'm a muslim so is very important to make sure the food is halal. They don't allow non-halal food there. So I have so many options. Malay food, Chinese food, even Thai also :)

Not to be confused with PLQ Mall. This is a shopping mall separated from Paya Lebar Quarters by the MRT track. If you are searching for it from the PLQ side, the MRT station most likely will block Paya Lebar Square from view. You have to cross over to the other side of the MRT station. Do not confuse it with the other buildings of PLQ which are all on the same side of the MRT track.

Went to a cai png stall called "潮兴" during weekend, ordered 1 Tau kwa and fried egg with rice, all without meat, was told it was $1.80, my wife also heard the same price, when the same lady asked for payment at the counter, she demanded $4.80. When asked why such a huge difference in price, she replied "It will never be $1.8". So dishonest and despicable.

I was at Paya Lebar Square yesterday morning around 9.15am.Went to the male toilet at level 2 and while in the cubicle , I saw a huge rat scurried across under my leg from one end of the toilet and disappear. Not sure where it went but I believe the problem would be because there are now food outlet on every floor. This attract rodent also the bin centre which has food waste contamination which is also a source. Hope the MA look into this an ensure that the rats are caught as if infestation set it it will be a big problem, Chris
