Heart Land Mall is located near Kovan MRT station here in Singapore, and is accessibility to everything such as wet market, super market, food court, and many more the only thing I love in this place is I do not need to go to other stations to have good food, groceries and not need to travel too far. Visit Heart Land Mall

Nice place to go for easy walk about. There are many eateries here also popular bookshop, challenger and Japan Home. They also have 12 cupcakes and four leaves too! Prima Deli here sells very popular waffles that people queue up for. Many patrons go to ya Kun and Toast Box! Burger King here is nice place to go and relax! Just above Kovan mrt it is easily accessible! Toilets are located at level 3 for guys. Toilets for ladies are located at both level 2 and level 3. Toilets at ground level need payment for entry. For a small mall this place has lots of shops especially eateries!

A convenient shopping ground that practically offers almost everything. Food, beauty salons, supermarkets, wet market, pharmacy, banking and many other essentials. No problem for those driving as there are ample parking lots.

Managed to get the dragon beard candy 龙须糖 at Heartland mall level 1, near to Cold Storage entrance. Been yearning for it for some time. Glad you’re here:) Grab some sushi at the Cold Storage too! Ample car parking lots as well. Easily accessible via MRT/buses.

Due to a sudden unexpected situation happen at home, chance upon Vita Care Family Clinic @Kovan located at level 2 in heartland mall through Google search. Called to make some enquiries & Dr.Alan Wong happen to answer my call. Not only was he very compassionate upon listening to what happened he even gave some very good advices. Do note that I have never visited his clinic & it was my 1st time talking to him. We were very thankful for his kind advice and greatly appreciate his helpfulness to us in many ways. Residents staying nearby is very lucky to have such a caring, understanding and thoughtful doctor. Once again from the bottom of my heart, Thank you Dr.Alan Wong!

I visited this suburban mall on a Sunday afternoon. It was extremely crowded. The walkway passages were extremely narrow and there were also people blocking the way trying to sell insurance, credit cards and so on. There were many food and beverage outlets and other retail stores. Overall it was a very unpleasant and stressful experience.

Huge mall and true to it's name, is in the heartlands. It has everything you need from supermarket (Cold Storage), eating places ie tiny cafes, fast food to fancy restaurants (Chinese, Japanese and Korean) and even a bookshop, Popular bookshop. The usual shops abound ie shops selling clothing, knick knacks, beauty salon, hairdressers and massage outlet. There's also a money changer on the 3rd floor, located next to Amore. You can spend at least a few hours walking around the shops in this building. Convenient one stop location to get what you need.

Small heartland mall but has all the basic necessities. Cold storage at level 1, ATM at upper level, and few other more shops. Quite a number of food stall available, no food court inside, it is just beside the big market behind it. Direct access from Kovan MRT. I will usually pass by if going to market from MRT.

It is a clean, neat but small 3 levels mall with a mixture of F&B and retail shops such as Popular Bookstore, Watson, Cold Storage, Mos Burger and Burger King. Located next to Kovan MRT Station and Kovan Hawker Centre. There is no car park within the mall but can park at the public car parks next to it. Since the construction of the BTO flat nearby, some lots may be removed and may be challenging to get a lot during peak hours. Not sure when did they implement the collection of $0.20 fee for the washrooms at level 1. Guess, many patrons couldn’t accept the new scheme thus causing long queues at the ones on the 2nd & 3rd level. The management may have their reasons for doing it but sad to say, I don’t agree to such practice as you are a shopping mall, this is part of the facility that should provide for your shoppers. Hence, you get one star less.

Nice mall with quite a few eatery there. However, minus one star as the toilets there are limited. There are certain floors where there are no male toilets and you have to go all the way up to the top level if the one is full.

Even though this is a relatively small mall but still can get your daily needs fix and it very near to mrt station, hawker and there is carpark just outside the mall. Cold storage, yu hua and quite a few f&b like sukiya, saizerya, sanook kitchen, malatang, nanyang dao, burger king, subway, vegeterian cafe, Ivins peranakan restaurant and etc.

For a mall it's size, this mall has all the essentials. Watsons, cold storages, a few restaurants, yakun, bubble tea, money changer, spectecles shop. Toilets are quite busy, but reasonably clean for the high frequency usage.

Singapore fish ball noodles typically consist of thin egg noodles served with fish balls, fish cakes, and pork liver in a savory broth. The noodles comes from the combination of umami-rich ingredients such as fishball and soy sauce, along with the natural sweetness of vegetables and the savory depth of garlic. The fish balls and cakes themselves also contribute to the overall savory flavor of the dish. The fish ball noodles are known for their delicious and comforting savory flavor that is both satisfying and flavorful.

Nice neighbourhood mall with supermarket, shops and F&B. Used to have emporium , A&W, Texas chicken back in the 80s and 90s. They still kept the vibes by adding other fast food restaurants and etc.

Comprehensive neighborhood mall with all you need under 1 roof. There are Popular, sports shops, Watson's, cold storage etc. And there are nice eating places too eg Korean, Peranakan, Japanese, Oriental, fast food etc. Toilets at every level are clean, though they might be a little tight.

A small mall but comes with almost everything you need, from groceries (Cold Storage), F&B (quite a selection from Japanese, Korean, coffee joints, fast food, western and local cuisines), electronics (Challenger) to other lifestyle shops (fitness). It's located just above Kovan MRT and there are quite a number of buses within 1 min of the mall. Parking is also ample with a large outdoor carpark just beside it. I wouldn't recommend Heartland Mall as your weekend shopping trip but if you stay around Kovan and Hougang, it's definitely worth coming here every once in a while!

A fairly large food centre with many popular stall selling Prawn noodle, Wanton noodle, Carrot Cake and Bean Curd and Grass Jelly drinks. Last week, my family happened to go there for a meal and shopping. As for meal at the hawker centre is so much variety of local delights. Well done but bird issues is major problem. As for the mall, it does not seem happening inside the mall. Not much people's walk around. Don't know why but can see many window shopping but not.much people buying things over there. It seem outside the mall more lively.

This pic is posted for one main objective: to improve the shelter above the ramp. When it's raining heavily, rain water will drip from the edge and the floor will be wet. And the ramp is meant for those who have difficulty walking up the steps (and there's lots of them) to the cooked food centre. As I have some walking disabilities, wet floors are disdained by me. When a choice between a wet floor and steps becomes inevitable, I will have to hold the rail to walk up the steps because to slip and fall is best avoided. I hope to see improvement to the shelter on my next visit.

They should renovate this place asap. It's too small for the volume of people. So many residences around and there will be a BTO coming up as well. Toilets are super limited, only 3 cubicles per floor? And there are many people from the hawker/market who use the toilet as well. Really hope that this place will be renovated to accommodate more people and so that the experience in the mall can be improved.

Nice mall to shop for groceries at Cold Storage, get a coffee, get a quick meal, etc. I like the overall vibes, parking and cleanliness. The tenant mix is pretty good too. Kudos to the management for running the place. I'm definitely coming back!

My favourite restaurant to go to is Sukiya bowl, newly opened in the last week or so. Quality Japanese Don without breaking your wallet. Small mall but sure packed with renowned restaurants and essential shops. Every corner there's a food outlet to tempt your stomach, especially when one is hungry. Anchor tenant being Cold Storage Supermarket.Heart Land Mall is located near Kovan MRT station here in Singapore, and is accessibility to everything such as wet market, super market, food court, and many more the only thing I love in this place is I do not need to go to other stations to have good food, groceries and not need to travel too far.

It is a convenient mall for people like us who live near Kovan MRT. It has most of the things you might need day to day. Grocery store (expensive, but okay for some things), lots of little shops and restaurants, good barber for hubby, book/school supply store, pet supplies store, drug store, fruit stall, etc. We walk through it most days to/from work and often pick up one or two things that we need. The Thai restaurant is good, and the fruit stall is good. We are happy to live near it.

Small local mall. The best part of the mall is what's outside: excellent hawker centre, restaurants, bakeries and fruit stands plus, hardware shops, cosmetology, and everything else you need.

Backside to this mall, you can reach Kovan hub. Where you can buy fruits, vegetables, and many other shops, like guardian, also there is DBS/POSB bank office and front of the mall, they have UOB atm machine. Very useful mall for everyday purposes.

👍👍 A really great place with 3 different coffeeshop for your food choices. The popular ones here are the wanton noodles, Lor mee/prawn mee and nasi padang. Long queues can be seen for all 3 stalls, so do come down earlier to avoid disappointment! Food aside, I also uploaded the community cat, fei mao...

👍 Quaint shopping center. Not much to see on a weekday. They have a curious selection of shops - 2 florist, a computer repair/sales shop. One antique shop, and a couple of eateries. It's not modern but has its own unique flavor. Very nostalgic like a blast from the past to the 80's. Feels a tad like M...
