3rd visit so far to Toppen/ Ikea; 2 before C19. Very nice and adequate mall. There were few shoppers and the shops were quiet during my Jun 23rd visit. Reviews from others are good to read. I’m, however, very impressed with the hotel standard toilets. They’re super clean, dry and smell free. The family toilet (bedroom size with 2 commodes - one adult and the other for a child!) blew me and my wife away :)) …. I’ve attached photos for your considerations

Just a cross from Aeon shopping mall is the Toppen shooting centre. A big multi storey shopping mall with Decathlon sporting store and IKEA home furniture at one end. There are the usual brands of shops that you will find in any major shopping mall. A Cineplex is on the top floor and also if you need some fresh air, there is a rooftop garden with a water feature for kids to play. When you are hungry, there are many choices of food to choose from including IKEA restaurants.

A really great place to spend the day. This shopping mall has everything... 1. multiple food options including a large food court 2. lots of shops including Ikea and a pet shop 3. lots of activities, seriously, this is pretty overboard here, there is archery, rock climbing, small booth KTV, bowling, VR gaming 4. kid-friendly activities including a playground, a water play area, and kiddy rides. 5. a short walk via an overhead bridge to Aeon Tebrau The downside is that there is currently no supermarket, though one looks like it is on the way.

Mall is big, roomy, and spacious. Most of the shops within the premises are open/occupied. Each level has prayer room and access to IKEA, which is directly linked.

This is by far the most advance(it has a the most advance TGV cinema in Malaysia) shopping mall. You can watch their promotional video on YouTube for clarification. Parking RM 2 for 2 hours and add RM1 each consequence hours. It also connected to Ikea. A bit crowded since border reopening but if you go on weekdays, its still okay and you can enjoy shopping here. Make sure to go to the rooftop too to enjoy their special outdoor ambiance.

Very clean, wide selection of food, many household and kid friendly shops. Also many seats around for you to take a rest. Shared parking space with IKEA.

One of the newest shopping centre at Johore Bahru. It’s spacious and obviously new, not all shops are occupied yet. Went on last Sunday and many parking available, not sure why many guards outside try to divert all cars to IKEA, end up we went in by IKEA car park and drove back to Toppen Shopping Centre.

It was one of my best shopping malls at JB. Here have a lot of eateries. I like the food court - Food Empire. Share the same building with Ikea. There's a Bazaar at the open carpark, which happens every few months.

Great place to do shopping. Alot of activites for the kids too from wet or indoor playground to cinema. Alot of options on where to eat. My only complaint is I need to walk a long distance to go to every shop I am interested in. Its a big mall.

This has a more mass market appeal than AEON Tebrau. Star attractions are IKEA and Decathlon. Both offers great value. Mall offers ample parking and an average mix of shops. AEON Tebrau offers a greater variety of shops. However, Toppen is much more family friendly. Toilets are clean, modern and comfortable. Baby changing rooms are large and equipped with water dispensers. Free seats and toilets are close by. Highly recommended for the elderly, families and mothers.

A very hip mall created by IKEA, they have everything from sports stores, bubble tea, Thai mookata to Japanese ramen at good prices. For leisure you can even surf cybercafe, climb rocks, shoot arrows or sing ktv!

A huge mall filled with alot of home furnishings related tenants, complementing IKEA as one of the key tenants in the mall. In terms of food options, think still quite limited; Sukiya, I love yoo!.. only 1 hair salon in the mall. But absolutely love the spacious corridor door walkways. Clean and nice to walk. No issues pushing your trolleys around. Interesting toilet layout too. Pretty instagramable worthy 😂

Great shopping mall to hangout. Gorgeous design. Car park is great and connected to IKEA. There's lots of places to dine and have ranges of brands to shop. I mainly go there for IKEA but it's 2 in 1. It's not crowded with lots of parking space. Fun to go with family and friends.

I find Toppen one of the most child-friendly, family centric malls in JB. There are two free playground spots in Level 2, as well as the free water play area at the rooftop. Colouring activity for kids are frequently conducted at the concourse. There's also Smaland under IKEA for children between 100-130cm height (FOC too). You can leave them there to play (there's a staff on duty) and have "me time" for an hour 😄

Mall is clean and kids friendly with indoor playgrounds that are catered for children of all ages. There are also many children-related shops such as Toyrus, Poney and Mothercare. Ikea and Decathlon are linked to the mall itself. A good place to shop for sports goods and home furnishings!

There are many shops, but I don't really like the layout. Toilet have a good concept but not well-maintained. Good thing there are many rest area and some with USB charging points. Parking are a lot but almost always full even or weekdays (perhaps due to free parking promo till Jan 2020) It's just ok. I won't travel purposely there unless if I really need something from Ace Hardware from the lower ground level.

Many restaurant and stalls selling food and drinks. Many shops too like DIY, hardware, clothing, supermarket, etc. Ample parking lots. Carpark is very expensive if you stay quite long there. It's next to IKEA store.

Very big mall with IKEA right beside. Very clean and spacious. The toilet design almost same like Somerset 313. I Went on Thursday and it is not crowded at all. There is a food court (Food Empire at level 3). I came here as first timer as my only goal was to eat the Dookki here to see if there are differences between Singapore and Malaysia food served for the buffet. Coming from Singapore, there are buses to take from JB Sentral. But the buses don’t stop directly outside like mid-valley mall. Have to walk around 10mins to the bus stop from the mall, and from the mall to the bus stop for going back to JB Central. (There is a YouTube video uploaded by The Biannual Travellers which I watch for reference on how to take the bus back to JB Central) I took bus T18 back at 4.45pm and the whole journey took 1hr15mins back. I used the Manjalink card and the whole fare for the single trip is Rm2.70, which is cheaper than taking Grab/Taxis. For coming here, I took GrabSaver to Aeon mall(which is opposite toppen mall) from KSL mall, cab fare is 16Rm. (It was raining heavily and the normal fare was 19-21Rm, thankful for the GrabSaver option)

Great place for family. There is a playground at almost all level. On the top of the shopping mall there is a mini water park which is free, just need to bring cloth to change. There is also activity zone at the same level where u can climb, play skateboard and basket ball, very good flooring system. There is also a garden at top floor and a hall for private event, it is also link to ikea , great place for whole family

The mall has a very good layout and is very lively. We were unlucky that there was an emergency evacuation when we came so there was CHAOS. We were not sure why there was an evacuation. The announcement said it was because of a technical problem.

Building connected to IKEA and accessible between floors. Only 2 hair salons in this complex (Recommended to visit Historia since they use better chemicals according to my wife), however, the prices has inflated too! Unfortunately, there is no spa/massage parlors in this complex. One great thing is the TGV cinema where seats come with Augmented Audio (in-built) speakers to enhance the 3D audio experience. Be prepared to fork out about RM25 for each ticket. This mall is not as crowded since most shoppers are locals living in the vicinity.

The attraction at The Hub area is fun but facilities are bad. No air conditioner, so damn hot. I regularly go to Forum Tebrau badminton court, it is one of the best badminton court in my experience but common area? So hot, almost 2 month already this area open, still no air cond. Gent toilet been under maintenance for a month already. There are around 1k people at one point during weekend while only 1 toilet working for men. Since OKU toilet had been repaired, I add 1 more star for you guys. Hope management take a serious action on this matter especially on air conditioner. People might fainted due to heat on this level.

This is a shopping mall that connected with the popular Sweden furniture brand, IKEA. You get to see lots of IKEA stuff as well along this shopping centre. Shops here consider medium to upper class. Electric car charging station available here as well. Parking rate count by hour, at RM1/hour. Next to this Toppen Shopping Centre, just opposite road, you will be able to shop for grocery at Aeon Tebrau shopping mall.

😠 Terrible customer service. Horrible experience. No customer service at the counter. Madilyn the manager was extremely rude. Pointing fingers. Manager had been reported to G2000 HQ in KL. Please avoid this shop. No choice but to shop here today. Speaking in a different language at the front counter.
