Cherrie’s been doing my treatment for slightly over a year and she’s been super efficient, helpful and friendly, every visit is enjoyable because of her! The staff don’t hard sell and answer and questions or concerns you may have, and you won’t feel like just another customer they don’t care about. The treatment for my laser and peel has also been very effective.

The staffs are nice and friendly. You can highlight any concern to them if you are uncomfortable. I went for the underarm hair removal package which includes 5 + 12 treatments. The effect can be seen visibly where the hair are much thinner but I have yet finished the full treatment to see the full effect. However, one downside is that it will be good if the promo pricing during the first visit can have a longer validity instead of having to decide on the same day after the first visit. But highly recommend to go for the underarm treatment as they really wants to help with your problem and willing to adjust the treatment accordingly. However, today I’ve received such good service that I’m compelled to write a review :) I was served by Vareen who was so cheerful, bright, very meticulous and careful too - it really made my day. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the session. Not forgetting Chloe whom I usually don’t speak much to but she always greets me with a bright smile and remembers my name - shows me that they prioritise their customers and make the effort to remember their customers :)

Highly recommend Penang outlet , their service is good , treatment was excellent, previously I did hair removal with them , and recently I have tried their Scalp treatment for hair loss , it is so comfortable and result was excellent, less hair falling after my 1st session and hair get more volume and hair was manageable. My scalp usually get very oily and flat mid of the day, but after the 1st treatment, my scalp feel fresh and clean , also not oily as before , and importantly my hair was volume .highly recommend for those who has hair fall 😊 And for hair removal, I’ve done my hair removal with them for about 1 year , result excellent, and I’m sure will refer friend and relative to Only aesthetics . 😊

Only bought the LED laser (or aureoled) treatment for underarm as they are so confident that hair will be permanently removed within 5 sessions. I made the effort to confirm the info 3 times with 3 different staffs on separate occasions to manage my own expectations. 10+ sessions later, hair is still growing albeit lesser and thinner but what happened to the promise (which is still on their website)? Staff recently told me it’s impossible for all hair to be completely gone as the follicles will still be alive and hair growth is inevitable (they were trying to sell me maintenance package). Please do not be fooled by their sales tactic and false advertising. Wonder if legal action can be taken against them for false claims.

Best experience I had so far. Therapist is very friendly and helpful. I've had Acne problems for a very long time.I took up the Acne treatment and found it surprisingly effective . Will highly recommend to those who need to get rid of acne problem and improve their skin.
