Though still under renovation but the food court, wet market & NTUC are already in operation. Clinics as well as some small shops are in operation too just that they are temporary located behind the multistory carpark.

Food court is great. Good variety of food. The shops are generally above average. Safe bet to try any. Big renovation going on now. Hopefully mcdonald's can be back there. many GPs there too. Take your pick to get swabbed.

Heartland mall with adequate shopping and dining outlets. It has been here since I lived in this area and undergone several renovations since. There is a wet market and Fairprice supermarket for everyday groceries. Hairdressing services and several clinics are present as well. For dining options, there is an airconditioned food court on the second floor, as well as fast food chains (McDonald's, Canadian Pizza) on the ground floor. There is a wide selection of local food at the food court, including Chinese, Muslim and Indian cuisine, as well as Vegetarian options in the day. Also, there is a tze char restaurant which typically gets crowded on weekends. Overall, a very convenient place for daily shopping/dining needs for my family and I!

My recent visit to the shopping center brought back memories from 18 years ago when I last set foot here. The decision to stop by for some food was an easy one since I happened to be nearby after their extensive renovation. As I entered, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and inviting environment they had created, giving off a welcoming vibe to the neighborhood. Arriving around 11:30 on a Tuesday, I expected a bustling atmosphere, but to my surprise, the place was surprisingly quiet and serene. It seemed that not all the shops had opened for business yet, contributing to the tranquil ambiance. Nonetheless, the few shops that were open served as a perfect opportunity for some peaceful browsing and shopping without the usual crowds.

give Limbang a chance! Currently... If you are looking for fancy food with friends or family, go to Thai restaurant, AONE or Cafe. And when you are thirsty for sweet drinks, KOI. If you crave quick simple meals: MacDonalds, Food court, Canadian Pizza (Dine-in included) And when you need a bite, there's a Bakery Then when night falls and you want supper, visit 24/7 7-Eleven. Beware, no tables around but there are sitting areas.

have stayed in this area for past 24 years and in CCK for 30 years, Limbang SC is probably ttlhe worst SC or place in whole of CCK. The makeover seems nice but the functionality and practicality are not much to be desired. Just take a look at the market and food court, opened for how long only and they are already so rundown and dated

Looks quite well stocked for a neighborhood shopping centre. However, a number of shops are still not opened after the be facelift.

The place is just a air-conditioned 2 stories shopping centre, barely has any shops to shop around at. It mainly sells food and drinjs such as Mcdonalds, Aone, KOI etc but there is only so few.

Don't order Kimchi soup set from Japanese stall. 2nd time disappointed by them. It's basically kimchi coloured soup. Super bland with not much ingredients as there is only a couple of chicken meat and a few slice of vegetables. Literally vegetables, not kimchi.😡

Great addition of new shops especially several great eateries. Hopefully these can be sustained. Place is also more airy generally.

They recently renovated this year. Quite spacious, but there are still empty units in this area.

A newly and nicely revamped shopping centre. However, the bubble tea from KOI and pizza from Canadian Pizza were disappointing. Not many stalls were opened for business though (est 20% was operating).

The shopping center is still closed for renovations and some of the shops were shifted to a temporary area next to it.

Visited only the food court with various types of local food. The wanton, char siew and roast duck noodles is very yummy 😋.

It's a shopping mall at Limbang. It is currently not that populated with store but has a decent number of outlet open, such as a preschool centre, several clinics and food options avaliable. It is a convenient to reach by bus and serve the neighbourhood nearby. I had a decent experience at this mall. Though it is better to go to the shopping mall located at the mrt station.
