    Seriously.. the staff here really cannot handle peak hour crowd. Queue management was disastrous, the kitchen service sluggish and slow. Please do something about it. Customer satisfaction is really Low. Chicken has a funky Color and smell. It’s really not fresh. Worst KFC experience ever.

    ***PLEASE DO NOT BUY*** If possible I would give 0/5 star. -Bad Customer service. -Dishonest Staff. -Chicken is not Crispy. -Chicken is Dry like powder. On 15th Aug 2021, Sunday at around 9.00pm. My Kids wanted KFC, I placed my order using the KFC app. Ordered the new 5pcs Cereal Crispy Chicken meal, with additional 3 set of cheese fries at Junction 8, KFC. Upon my collection I requested for Thigh, drums and wings meat as my kids doesn’t like the Breast meat. I was served by a Malay Aunty wearing scarf. Her name tag was unclear and I won’t mention her name here. Moving on, She immediately told me that she’s has packed the meat which can’t be changed. I asked why? She told me it’s packed accordingly and she included all the different kind of meat cut. Which I assumed a mixture of “Thigh, Breast, wing and drums”. So I trust her and didn’t insist to change. Shortly, a Malay uncle came to collect his order. He speak in Malay, requested for certain meat cut, she immediately unbox and rearrange accordingly for him. I felt very unfair by her action which is not ethical and unreasonable. I didn’t want to create a scene there as my kids want KFC badly. Next, she packed my cheese fries in a mess, with disrespect, box wasn’t covered properly and fries were sticking outwards. This is too much and I told her for prepare a new set of cheese fries for me. She gave me unpleasant tone “have to wait ahhh” I was like fine. Please go ahead. The preparation took around 8mins, she prepare for me in a well manner as I think she realised that she might get into trouble if I raise a feedback. When I’m homed, I prepare the meal for my kids, the cheese fries were fine. But the Cereal chicken was horrible and it’s all breast meat accept 1 drum. My kids were very disappointed and I’m very disappointed by the service. This is the last time and I won’t recommend anyone to go there. Bad experience and some sort of racists service given. *This is not a made up story, you can feel free to contact me personally and my Invoice number is 9174.     I'm all for hiring the mentally disabled people to allow them to lead a meaningful life. But only on the basis that they don't harass the customers. In this case this staff she was scolding me me to make me go away just because I'm sitting at the table that she had just cleaned

    ordered curry rice bowl, got myself curry potato rice bowl. Dug the rice for 5 mins wondering, then thought to myself, when will the chicken come home? is the chicken still hatching? have i turned vegan? is it SG no chicken again? are the chickens stuck at customs? idk man…

    The size of the chicken has downgraded to typical under the block western food stall style chicken sizing It used to be two times bigger but now it's just so depressing that you might be Fuller just by eating the chicken from the western food stall under your block

    Why does this KFC consistently fail to stock new items? Is the Bishan outlet an afterthought for KFC headquarters? I simply want to try out the new Cheesy Mushroom Zinger Double Down. My lack of enthusiasm for KFC stems from experiences like this. The management leaves much to be desired.

    Extremely slow service. Either understaffed or overworked. Staff are very sluggish. Please close this outlet if you cannot take customer feedback seriously. So many unhappy customers and bad reviews already.

    Surprisingly the crowd is not alot on the typical weekday evening. Another place for consideration if you want to settle for a quick dinner. Do take note there is 1 or couple of staff who are gravitating towards special needs and will tell you certain spot cannot be taken. No need to be offended.

    Horrible service. This place doesnt even deserve 1 star it literally deserves 0 stars. Service hear is slow, judging from the outside of the kitchen, it looks like they have low hygiene managment. Please do now go here!! I ordered a simple order that should take at least 8minutes to prepare but they really cannot even haddle a small amount of people and they took almost 20 minutes to prepare me and my friends simple meal. Staff was not friendly and kept staring at us. Lady at the paying counter has low anger management and will get mad very easily. Please do not come here unless you want a bad meal and bad service and unfriendly staff. The food was not that good either. It looks like they have been left in the storage heater whatever thing for days. The way they prepare the food looks like they dont want to serve us and makes it look very bad. 0/5 dont come.

    The staff at the counter name Margaret was being very passive-aggressive when I told her my order. For some reason, she felt annoyed about it. Once my order was placed, I asked the preparation staff if I could have a mix. Instead of asking me for my number, the staff name EVA raised her hand and asked me to wait for her to call me. Once they called and my order was prepared. They didn't even give me what I asked for. My only complaint is for some reason, they felt mad at me, but yet I didn't say anything to make them agitated. And also, you don't put your hand on someone's face when they are talking. I want to get my food. I don't understand why they have to sound like I owe them a living.

    Staff were taking their sweet time while the queue kept getting longer. Waited 1hr for my meal. KFC please retrain your staff, they don't appear to have any sense of urgency.

    The staff cannot be bothered when we told them the ice is out, she still can reply us YES, instead of telling us beforehand. The soft drinks are flat. Super bad experience that we will not even eat KFC ever again

    Such a big retails, there is only one staff that was doing order picking at the front. Waited for more than half an hour just for a “FAST FOOD”. Unacceptable.

    Hey KFC please buck up! Calling you as slow service is actually a compliment! I ordered during off peak 2pm for takeaway, but your outlet can take over 40 minutes to prepare my 1 order! Simply outrageous and sluggish service!

    Need to improve the standards here. Service is sluggish and slow.When ordering takeouts 9 out 10 times something is missing from the order. Missing fries, missing onion rings, missing popcorn chicken. Cannot trust them with any order. I always need to pull everything out and check and will find something missing. I cant keep pulling everything out and putting it back in everytime i order. I might as well pack my own orders. The staff should know whats in the bundle feasts. Its not once or twice. 9/10 times one or two sides will be missing!

    Found mold in my drink before; it was a thick film and very gross. Went to try again since the nex outlet is okay but service is slow af, got so few orders but can somehow pile up. Soda is always flat as well. No wonder macs next door is so much more popular

    On 27/9, 12.30PM The cashier, named Yvonne was very rude. When I requested to cancel my previous order and placed a new one, she said "TROUBLESOME". Is the way to treat customer in this manner?! I do hope the management could send her for proper training on how to deal with customers politely!

    Bought a chicken meal takeaway. Staff forgot to add the coleslaw. Put in the cup without saying anything (i didn't notice). Turned out you are supposed to put in the coke yourself but staff never mentioned. So no coleslaw, no drink - half of my 12 dollar meal missing. Just so upset.

    Service is very slow. Outlet is understaffed and their management is not looking into this matter seriously. Reason that they gave for the delay is that they have not cook the requested chicken. I have been waiting for over 30-40 mins only to know that they have not cook it yet. Thus, I have to wait additional 10 more minutes. This is absurd and ridiculous. Kindly refrain from coming to Bishan J8 KFC to save your time. Side note, I thank and appreciate the staff that was kind enough to tell me on the reason for the delay. She's doing a great job at serving all these customers during this busy period.

    Worst horrible KFC I've ever patronised! Waited damn long for a simple riser meal. Ended up those queuing after me got their order before me! I ever went there when there's no crowd but they're still super slow! The staffs were all slow and sluggish. And the worst part was their poker face acted like nothing happened! Might as well close down the outlet!

    Make sure you TRIPLE CHECK your order before leaving the store. Encountered a very bad experience today where 2 zinger burger sets are missing! Total of 30mins and $10 wasted, just to receive an incomplete order.
