Superb food with michelin deserved service. I'm really sorry to have forgotten the name of the manager who served us on 14th February 2022 6pm. We went there to celebrate valentines' day with our little one. We ordered 4 dishes and he was like telling us it's gonna be enough, since one of it being the peking duck, and the meat we have asked to be cooked with carbs. He didn't want us to over order ending up to feel too full which will make the taste deteriorate. He would rather we enjoy the taste of quality food. This is legit good food good ambience and good service. My second time and definitely many more in the future!

Nice dim sum and good service. I particularly like the teochew dumplings, beef balls, the wontons in spicy sauce, the oyster porridge, the oyster omelette and the mango sago pomelo dessert.

Nice place to have dimsum with families ablnd friend inside Paragon mall. Many choices of dimsum. It is not a big restaurant but a very nice decoration. It was in the Michelin guide. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived. The service is good and workers are friendly. It serves typical dimsum dishes like other dimsum restaurants. It also serves regular chinese dishes. We order multiple dimsum dishes, and foods are delicious. If you order lo mai kai, it will take about 20 minutes to prepare. Other dimsum items were ready pretty quickly. I like the chicken feet. It is better than the one we have in the States. It was soft and tastes so good. Other dimsums items are good too but not like wow. Overall I like this restaurant and the service.

Excellent food and service! This is our must go restaurant for chinese cuisine. Their food standard is consistent with attentive service. We have been their regular customers for years. Definitely deserved the Michelin star!

True blue Cantonese cuisine cooked to perfection, served with aplomb and we got full attention all through the $338 lunch. Yes we were satiated, satisfied and walked away wishing all Crystal Palace could be like this. We will be back for sure

Wanted to have a simple chinese meal for 2. Just ordered 1 fish, 1 veg and 1 meat. It was excellent, marble goby was nice and the roasted pork skin was crunchy. Simple but really excellent meal.

My husband located this restaurant on Google maps, it was about 10 minutes walking distance from our hotel. It is situated on the 5th floor of a shopping mall and closes at 10pm. Last order is at 9.30pm. We shared a starter of crispy crab and prawn rolls. They came separately wrapped with red and green sauce. I had a lamb rack (one lamb cutlet to be precise) on a bed of potato and vegetables. My husband had braised sliced duck for one person with steamed rice. The food was nice and the service was quick. The plates were not hot, so the food became cold very quickly. The wine is expensive, but always is in Singapore. More cost effective to buy a bottle. The chrysanthemum and jasmine tea was nice.

Food was okay, nothing too grand or special. Of all the dishes we got, I would only highly recommend the sweet, sour and crispy fried mushrooms. The kangkong was good. Servers were very attentive and helpful with the recommendations. Although as a tourist, we didn’t know that every refill of our tea would be charged and they kept refilling without us asking them to - ended up paying $20 for hot water refills. Atmosphere was okay also, walkway going inside the restaurant gave it a good vibe.

What can I say, except damn good restaurant and great service. This is the best Peking/Beijing duck I have had outside beijing. Such unique flavour, amazing crisp, so moist all at the same time. Great sauce too. The grilled duck too was quite good, together with the sweetcorn soup and interesting cereal prawn dish which was really good, and I would say also a must try. But for sure the Peking duck was the highlight. I look forward to trying this here again.

really love the service and atmosphere here feels fancy hehe. we had a bday lunch here anddd some of my favs are the prawn chee cheong fun, peking duck (the skin is so crispy and thin and the spring onion goes so well with it, would eat 5 wraps if there were more hahaha) xiao long bao, century egg porridge!!! would have recommended the ming huo bai zhou (just plain porridge) but the one at Crystal Jade My Kitchen is nicer.. VEGETARIAN OPTIONS: we got the Tofu w Mushroom and veg (the tofu is made of corn btw) and the Vegetarian KungPao Chicken!! my cousin who’s a vegetarian said that the mock meat in the kungpao chicken really tastes like real chicken . tbf she’s been vegetarian for many many years and prob forgot the taste of meat cause to us there is still a slight soy taste nevertheless it was good still! it’s slightly spicy but tolerable! the tofu is so good v nice smooth soft texture :-) and love the mushrooms nice and juicy hehe and for dessert oh my god I RECC EVERYTHING i always get the mango sago and today they said they had a new avocado mocha thing and it was a must-try and I AGREE the avocado is quite light but v smooth and creamy and goes so well with the mocha ice cream which has tiny chocolate bits in it!!! and the egg tart we always always get such a cute way to end off our meal hehe its small bite sized egg tart w flaky buttery crust and the egg custard is silky and sufficient eggy taste~ love it

Great dimsum with excellent service. We originally booked a private room but because of the additional head, were relocated to the central dining hall. Seating was spacious and service was prompt, crews were courteous. Food was nicely presented and ingredients were fresh. Peking duck was great and could compete with other specialized restaurants. The starter combo platter's pork trotter jelly has got good taste and texture. Sweet crystal dumplings were decorated with edible flower petals. I personally like the spicy prawn paste stir fried rice cakes.

Our recent dim sum lunch at Crystal Jade Paragon is a reminder why this restaurant remains one of our two favourite restaurants for high quality Chinese and dim sum cuisine. For our previous meals, we ate in the main dining area. This time, as the main dining area was fully occupied, we sat at the bar countertop area. The three of us were comfortable, perhaps more so as this area is quieter with only a few high dining chairs. We shared and enjoyed our dim sum orders. Staff Carol served us with a friendly smile and made sure that we enjoyed our lunch in this dining area.

Very good service, food and menu options very well explained and able to customize for diners with food allergies. The guy taking orders was very nice and friendly. Good job. Some of the food tended to be a bit salty. Dessert was good, but pricey.

I had always wanted to try this restaurant. But it’s always skipped my mind when I’m at paragon due it’s located at level 5. So this time round, I’m very focus to go to this restaurant with the purposeful trip down to paragon. As much as I’m excited and anticipated for this restaurant, it starts to turn me off little by little as i walked in, when we’re seated to our table, we could smell a strong damp and moldy stench arising from their carpet floor… this is a killer for our dining experience in there. Apart from that, the food definitely still maintain its Michelin standard (though the Michelin was no longer accredited in 2023), also we like the “old” staffs working there, the service from the traditional Chinese restaurant where you can experience, they know their stuffs, and they do know how to talk to customers. Had a great chat with the staff as well. I guess the restaurant really need to upgrade n change their carpet.

The place is quite conveniently located inside a shopping centre. Very nice ambience and comfortable. As today is a public holiday so all promotions are not available. Otherwise it is value for money for dinner dishes. Ordered their special homemade tofu with seafood. This is really good as the tofu was soft and silky. The beef cube with fried garlic is another must ordered dish as the beef was juicy and delicious. Also their special fried rice was good and had the 'wok hei'

I recently visited Crystal Jade restaurant on a Monday afternoon and had an absolutely wonderful experience, thanks in large part to our amazing waiter, Willy. From the moment we walked in, Willy made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of his way to ensure that our dining experience was top-notch. Not only was Willy attentive and responsive to our needs, but he also took the time to make recommendations and share his knowledge of the menu. He was always there when we needed him, but never intrusive or overbearing. His friendly and professional demeanor really made us feel like valued guests. Overall, I can't say enough positive things about Willy and the service he provided. He truly went above and beyond to make our meal a memorable one. I would highly recommend Crystal Jade to anyone looking for exceptional food and service.

Had lunch and food was good. Service is great too! My sister cannot walk as she has very extreme pains on her back, while we walked to the entrance halfway, the young man offered to get a wheelchair for us at level one. Appreciated his kindness.

Our Most Favourite Restaurant This is one place we frequent every month for dinner. They have an upscale ambience, impressive menu and warm welcome by Ms Agnes. Mr Jonathan and other ladies regularly serve us very attentively. Our order is quite fixed. Jasmine Tea with honey walnuts and peanuts Deep fried Eggplant with pork floss Sauteed Minced Pork with Fried french Beans Crackling Pork Belly served with Mustard sauce Deep Fried Prawn with Wasabi Mayo sauce Their homemade sambal chilli is to die for. They sell those in bottles as well at slightly higher price than those in supermarket racks but worth every bit of the extra price. It is worth a try at least once.

The dim sum dishes were generally good though not as clearly different from the other Crystal Jade restaurants as before. Particularly enjoyed the shrimp steamed rice roll (ha cheung), lean meat and century egg porridge, and steamed bean curd skin roll with abalone sauce.

Was within the vicinity and decided to have lunch with wifey. Nice ambience and great service. The food is even better. Ordered: A bowl of century egg porridge, prawn fritters, mango fritters, chicken feet, siew mai, carrot cake, plate of yi man. Wash down with clear chrysanthemum tea.

Went for dinner, food was ok, our favorite is actually the free appetizer they gave, so we asked for more and that was charged on the final bill. The service was not bad. Food was a little too salty, even the bird nest soup I had to mix in rice to tone the saltiness down. However the biggest surprise came when the bill showed that we were charged for free tap water for one person! (The other two had tea.) I have never seen something like this. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Superb quality dimsum. Remember to make reservations as they are usually packed. We were given bar seats as the main dining hall was full. Service was great and attentive. Food was also served fast. Make sure you don't miss the XO carrot cake.

We had a wonderful experience in Crystal Jade Golden Palace. The food and service was excellent. We appreciate that the Peking Duck was served in a traditional way. The restaurant also offered us complimentary Longevity buns for our birthday celebration. The only thing we may have to comment on is that the Peking Duck pancake is a bit too thick. Other than that, everything else was great. We will be back!

Go to place for dimm summ. Reservations are encouraged to avoid disappointment. The standard 3 items of dimm summ - siu mai, Har kau , char siew pau - are always consistent and excellent. The roast pork is awesome however pricy !!

Extended family dinner to welcome back our nephew and niece who are studying in UK, back to Singapore on summer break. The food was great and service was good, prompt, attentive and friendly. We've been here several times and always had good experience.

The dim sum taste are excellent especially the charsiew pastry, soft and yummy. Porridge is Teochew style. I would prefer the hall seating because the room seating can be quite loud. I have little comment which is the tea not hot enough as they use thermal bottle for tea refill.

price raised during CNY and portion get smaller. crispy roasted pork get thinner, vegetables not hot. wok-fried glutinous rice is too 'watery' and not enough 'wokhey'. waiters all super busy and not very attentive.

This flagship restaurant is well worth the price of admission. We were there for lunch and ordered a mix of yum cha favorites, house specialities as well as dishes from the a la carte menu. I cannot fault any of them. Every dish is good and some are outstanding. The service is excellent and attentive. The dining room is very well appointed, open and airy. Tables are well spaced in the larger dining area and the seats are comfortable. Smaller and cosier private rooms are available. Thankfully, it is more elegant and smart rather than gaudy. It is the flagship restaurant of the chain for a reason. That level of food and service doesn't come cheap. It is not outrageous in the overall scheme of things but in a city where you can eat well and cheaply, it is definitely on the high end of the range.

Got a private room but it noisy due to children's playground outside. Short of manpower at reception. Roast pork belly good but a bit $$$$. Dessert not as great as other dim sum place.

  • 5/5 Diana L. 1 year ago on Google
Beef cube with garlic, pork with wine, fried rice conpoy are all very delicious. The beef was so tender that it's indeed worth the $38 price tag. Price is on the high side but the quality of food is better than average Crystal Jade. Service is also fast and friendly. I highly recommend this for a nice dinner with family.

Food standard was pretty fantastic, we enjoyed the 三瓶 consisting of their soya sauce chicken, pork belly and roast duck. We also ordered a few other dishes which were great as well, but I particularly enjoyed their egg tarts and crispy charcoal toufu

Best experience in a Chinese restaurant! Food were top notch and were rather quick to serve as well. Service was very good and tea was always replaced when it got cold. Can be on the pricey side since it’s in paragon but well worth the price.
