Visited few times. Quite a big mall but nothing much here for me. However, there are few malls around here and can walk around there. Always got the best parking spot in few times visited. Comparing to PLQ which park at 3rd storey, here is better at basement. Huge parking space and easy entrance.

Quite big with a good variety of stores inside. Feels a bit dated though, but it's clean. It's near the Paya Lebar MRT station so easily accessible through public transport.

The basement escalator near NTUC is always down. I guess its deliberately faulty, to make more people walk all the way to the other end of the mall.. Witnessed alot of elderly having difficulty going up the escalator.

If you opening hours is 10.30 am, please update Google as well! So you don’t waste other people’s time waiting in front of your post office. Don’t just update your own website where people still can find your opening hours at 10 am with other name of location. Please fix this!

Easy way of posting of items overseas via online. Quene is just nice and the place is nicely decorated with history of SingPost and a souvenir shop. Carpark is spacious. However, the rates are fixed by per 10kg block and thus, it was quite expensive to ship 12.5kg with rates based on 20kg.

I love it here. It has everything for all your needs and is connected to 3 other malls! Easy parking and access to public transport! Just avoid sundays where you find many loitering around its building!

Interesting shops around Got 2 shopping mall next door with Paya Lebar MRT & circle line & bus stop beside. Nearby walking distance got Haig Rd hawker ctr & One KM & City plaza & Geylang where lots of eatery also. SingPost ctr is a must go.

It's Singapore Main Post Office and HQ for Singpost. Including a cinema, shopping mall, many restaurants and cafes. A nice place to go to enjoy the food, watch a movie, but don't go on a Sunday evening. One star less due to the certain service, I myself hate. Take note if you go Singpost, do expect long waiting time (minimum 45-90mins) due to many people. They have many types of services, that why the long waiting time. Beware Do not press the wrong button for the Wrong Q number!!! For overseas shipping service. If you need to sent any package oversea. Must be able to fit their box size requirements and updated international shipping requirements. If not your item package failed the required requirements. You just have to go home and repackaging it and come back again. For any people going there to send items overseas. Please help yourself by checking out online information about how to send items. Don't waste your time and others people time who would be waiting behind you. It would annoyed many people behind you when the calm Singpost counter staffs need to explaining to you, like a child how to post things to overseas. Take note: The shipping cost is costly By air and do bring credit cards along. Do bring a pen, penknife, scissor and packing tape if you going to ship item overseas. Reason is So you can buy their carton boxes, fill in the required documents, pack the carton box, seal it and sent it out. It save you hours needed to travel to post office again.

We had so much fun here @singpost ! We had a great gathering in the vegetarian shop and had desert/coffee break at The coffee Bean & tea leaf. We shop at the Korean supermarket at basement and bought yummy cakes & pastry at basement bakery shop too! The hair spa services a bit hard sell though, overall great mall to hang out ! Must try to go again !

A big transformation into a shopping mall whereby there are shops, restaurants and supermarket. SingPost is still available inside the mall. Just to name a few stores available in the mall are Mr. D.I.Y, Daiso, Watsons, FairPrice etc.

Full range of services, F&B, entertainment outlets available to cater to the needs of all surrounding estates and also office workers within PLQ buildings. Great options catered for everyone. Very accessible via Paya Lebar MRT too. Easy to navigate as well. The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf on level 1 operates on 24 hours basis. One of my favorite malls in Singapore.

Very well designed shopping mall. SingPost Centre sits at the heart of Paya Lebar Central, earmarked by the Urban Redevelopment Authority as one of the commercial hubs to be developed outside the city centre. It is well served by the Paya Lebar MRT which is the interchange for the East-West and Circle Lines.

It's a reasonable size mall and next to PLQ and PLS, and a convenient location with two MRT lines. The food choices at SingPost is good, and it also have many beauty and children enrichment centers, a big fitness center and 8 screens cinema. The only mall at Paya Lebar with a central atrium.

A very irresponsible and dishonest delivery service I even had. Singpost sent us a SMS that my Adidas sport shoe had delivered to me on last Friday 15/7/2020 @ 753pm. But I did not receive any parcel at all. I called Singpost centre on 16/7/2020 to check on it. The staff told me that the sender had threw the item into my house ...But I did not received any parcel from anyone. Moreover my autogate was opened while I was sitting on a chair waiting for my children to come back home. On 17/7/2020 afternoon a staff called me .She told me tht Singpost was unable to locate the sender and will need 5 working days to investigate.Around 7.05pm, I receive a strange SMS claiming that he is from Singpost.. asking me whether i had received my parcel..I called Singpost immediately.. The staff told me that the system did not show any SMS sent to me. She told me to screenshot it and email to Singpost. On 18/7/2020@ 615pm..a little girl appear at my doorstep to deliver the parcel to me. I followed the girl to a van which was parking 50 meter away from my house.. A malay young man came down from his van ...i wanted him to explain what had happended ? He told me that as his vehicle was broken down on 15/7/2020.He could not deliver my parcel to me..I ask him why the system show the item already delivered with a signature of the receipent? He told me that Singpost system used to " cockup" most of the time...? I wish to feedback that Singpost is a very lousy and inefficient delivery service company that I had even encounter. I am very disappointed with Singpost and will have no trust with Singpost .

Part of the Capitaland group of Malls. Its attempts to rejuvenate the old SingPost Centre tore down many years ago. I see that their focus seem to be for food eateries. There is one Supermarket there, NTUC finest. There is also a fitness centre there. Not too bad. Beside this mall, there are 3 more malls just back to back of each other. No worries if you get tired of this mall.

most retail outlets were opened for operation, a point to note - some outlets limit no. of shoppers inside - a good form of social and crowd control. however one bakery shop at basement overlooked social distancing, when i was browsing for bread, one of the cashiers approached me very closed to me, recommending their choice of kueh bulu, i was kinda put off and grouchy, does it mean the sales of product is more important than a person's safety and health concern, employer should educate their staff health and safety concern and social distancing esp during this period, if not careful, we SG will follow suit like our neighboring countries lockdown for a 2nd time. at the atrium, there are too many people crowding, domestic helpers and locals and esp teenagers and young adults were seen and heard enjoying themselves like as if covid19 pandemic is over. reason for rating 3 stars - at least shoppers at basement were wary of social distancing, people were very cooperating, there were no rushing or pushing in their shopping for essentials.

I am just reviewing the SingPost outlet for this review. Although I have been to this new SingPost Centre several time, this is the first time I went to Singpost outlets there. The area is divided to 3 areas, the postage area, the stamps outlet and the general postal service outlet. Manage to take pictures of the post box, those in 60s and 70s, I have never seen before. It is good to take picture of it. The red colonial time post box is around the corner and is still accepting letters. The stamps outlet is where I like to visits. Stamps are tiny mesuem to me. The stamps tells a lot of stories. Bought the 2019 year box and a recent release stamps. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable how to handle stamps for collectible.

A well-designed and easily accessible shopping mall sitting a few steps off Paya Lebar MRT. A one-stop destination for almost everything one might need - banks, movie theatres, restaurants, fair price, and a post office, to name a few. A vast open space at the center on the ground floor gives it a less-crowded-easily-roamable feel. If you can’t find something here, there are around three more malls in the vicinity.

One (maybe the only) of the SingPost that opens until 8pm. It's the nicest looking one with plenty of serving counters. I went after work on a weekday and didn't had to queue at all as there were so many open counters ready to serve, practically being served 5 seconds after getting the queue number!

Parcel delivery delayed for 10 days (and counting) with no proper updates. Multiple calls to customer care hotline yielded same results, with unfulfilled promises of escalation and call backs. Very chilly shopping mall with Singapore post office. Their air conditioner at level 3 is very cold. Not sure if it's due to less people or there is a cinema there. The fair price store is better than PLQ in terms of promotion, and etc. They do have a big area at level 1 for event and promotion sales

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Kevin Teh my dermatologist, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and overall demeanor. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Kevin took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly examine my skin. He was able to diagnose my condition quickly and provided me with a comprehensive treatment plan that was tailored to my specific needs. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions, which made me feel confident in his abilities. Throughout my treatment, Dr. Kevin was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. He was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about my well-being. His bedside manner was exceptional, and he made me feel comfortable and at ease during every visit. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Kevin to anyone in need of a dermatologist. He is a true professional who is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to his patients. Can imagine in the shopping mall there is a mail distribution center, all singapore mails are collected to here and sent to their destination

The old SingPost center has been fully transformed into a modern mall. They post office is still there and occupy a corner on one of the floors. Standard mall with food stalls, restaurants, ntuc, daiso, etc.. Still a nice place to come and have a drink or meet with friends.

Great mall with tons of shops and eateries. There are also banks and a huge post office in there. There are ample parking spaces in the complex and is also wheelchair friendly.

it was a delightful experience! I opted for their signature noodle and lotus soup set. The noodles were cooked to perfection, offering a delightful balance of tenderness and chewiness. The rich flavors of the soup blended seamlessly with the delicate taste of lotus, creating a comforting and flavorful broth. Go try it! #kookeeyongtowfoo

Nice and convenient mall to walk around and shop. Simple layout makes it easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. However, one improvement could be the shelters around the area as they do not fully protect against rain and strong winds, often leaving pedestrians pelted and wet.

It is one of the best places to meet up in Paya Lebar, just next to Paya Lebar MRT Station. The photo is the view from Paya Lebar MRT station

Went to GV on L3. Decent mall but small. Good thing is posb atms and post office on ground floor near side exits , which is convenient.

Received a parcel from a lady who seems to have mild special needs. Very professional in handling parcel, polite and pass to you with both hands. Apologied for knocking the door which she does not need to. One of the best delivery experience. Better than ninjavan where they love to leave parcels at the door without knocking.

I’ve been here a few times now for the kids year end concerts. First with Bright Kids and now Sunflower (did you think I would say the latter kids were less bright?). Anyway, it’s actually a nice little cosy theatre up on the top floor with enough leg room for me too. I’m surprised I never see any other acts performing there to be honest. The mall is OK too - there is one of the few remaining Carls Jr there - and I do love their Angus classic burger. And not too expensive.

Been at least 7 years since we last had this (in Plaza Sing). Unfortunately they no longer have their wonderful $25++/pax set (min 2 pax) where it comes with an entire array of vegetables, mushroom, chicken, meatballs etc.. We ordered their original Bijin Nabe soup (2 pax $19++), Vegetable Combo (promo $12++ instead of $20++), Angus US Beef a la carte ($15++). Thankfully the food quality remains high, vegetables are fresh as well. Their service levels were the same as my last visit: above average. Our soup was topped up once without us asking for it, as they noticed the soup levels were low. Overall a nice visit during cold, rainy weather, but I hope you can bring back the set in future!

I was there around 4pm to collect my new passport. There wasn't a crowd. The process took me less than 10 mins. Service was pleasant.
